Day 558 Moving " upon" the section of a group.

In looking at words and what memories come up, a thought and memory came up with the word ‘ upon,”  which means to be “connected with.” I read this word as up on, and then I was in a memory of sitting in an orchestra section and having the thought “ Move up on.” It was the idea that I had to move up, move forward, move upon the seating placements in front of me. That being forward had more value than where I was. The motivation to be more than what I was within a picture of one thing being more than another and defining me.

Such a movement is not good or bad, but being the motivation to appear to be more was a distraction from being what I was , where I was, and giving my attention to what I was doing. Having a thought, a judgement, was myself as mind paying attention to an idea within a structural belief of hierarchy, and not myself seeing the whole and the parts, realizing that in space and time, there really is no difference. And, to know, that when a section leader plays really loud as a means to leading, it is really annoying, because the sound of the group, the section, should be balanced, where it sounds as though it is one, all as one. So, each part is really equal, and it is only the illusion of one seat, placement being more than another.

This is also me competing, believing that I must compete to prove myself, where the proof of being present, in this scenario, is to perform in a way that joins each seat with the other so that the sound is stable, able to be heard and balanced, so the section can respond to the other sections of the group and as such, hear all the interplay, which is what is fun in playing anyway!

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the thought ‘ I have to move upon”, as up-on the front of the section, becoming connected to the front of the section.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that being up on the front lines gives me greater value than being behind on the section in seating placement.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to connect “ upon” with a personal value of myself in relation to society.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to imagine myself being of greater value were I to be upon the front lines of the orchestral section.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to define value with my placement in a group, meaning I have more value if I am on the front lines of the group.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to distract myself from paying attention to the whole in and as thinking that I would have more value on the “ front lines” of a group.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to define upon within the measure of where i am from a limited perspective in and as being placed in a spot, in a group.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to separate myself from where i am, to imagining where I should, or could, or would be, and what that imaginative idea would create as a value of what I would be defined as in separation from myself here, being equal and one to and as what I am doing and where I am here as being the value of life as what is real, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become such a thought as “ I have to move upon” to prove my self worth, and as this meta-physical idea, separate myself from seeing directly here.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand how this one thought creates a sinking feeling from my head into my chest, where I become a self judgement of being this thought, that I am less than because of my position, and within this, creating a heavy feeling, occupying myself with an idea of more than and less than, and limiting my ability to grow and expand in awareness as my attention is on idea, instead of a focus of equal measure to and as practical reality, as it is only here than I can change, see, and equalize myself to practical actions that enable me to reach the full expression of and as myself as life, here.

When and as I find myself having a thought such as “ I have to move upon,” I stop and I breath, and I realize what values I am accepting and allowing to determine a definition of myself as a more than and/or a less than, and I slow down, and I see, realize and understand that the value is life, and that i am here, and that I can only move myself from here, from where i am, and that it is only from here, that I can hear what is here, as an idea in and as my mind, is just this, an idea, and not what gives me life, and enables me to direct and move, as i am here as a physical beingness, the way and the means of and as life, thus, what is real, where growth happens in thought word and deed is paying attention to here, to the physical.

When and as I find myself becoming an idea, as a thought, I stop and I breath, and I bring myself here, equal and one, breathing, to be in common sense of practical reality, looking at what steps I can take in one moment that direct me to the next step as this is the way and the means of life, as life in expression, as, in all common sense, life will.

When and as I find myself becoming an emotion of believing myself to be less than, I stop and I breath, and I slow myself down, and I forgive the memory, as the thought, as the emotion being the accumulation of and as such thought, and I bring myself back to practical reality, to realize a common sense measure as the physical, and I become the principle of what is best for all, as that which does no harm and takes that which is good, to see realize and understand myself as life, here, equal and one.

DAY 417 Common Sense is Our Natural Learning Ability

All children are born with an ability to sense the world. They start ordering this world, sensing its structure with their very physical bodies, the tool to sense this world. This is why they start putting things in their mouths, to sense the texture, the shape, the size, all the qualities that an object of substance consists of and as. Slowly this builds into clear structures and awareness of properties of this physical geometrical world.

As well,  the child senses their own physical body and the way and means of movement within that form. This then leads to learning words. Words are structures that define the space of here, that describe the qualities of here. In Iceland, I believe there are many words for the various formations of water turned into a solid, and if one is born into this culture, one is taught how to read the solid water on the landscape. Important for survival in such a world.

But what if a world in which one lived, presented a limited expression of self? What if a world where a few owned what is freely given and with this form an added structure of power and control, taught a limited vocabulary that adhered to the values focused upon in self interest for the maintenance of that control and power? If words are keys to expression, then words can be impulsed within limited actions available to survive, diminishing the common sense, the natural learning ability into an arena that is of limited values and because the values are limited, not necessarily good or bad, but limited, the child becomes limited in their expression and thus their understanding of this geometrical world, where what is here as the physical world makes sense when investigated.

But this is the problem, if the actual real physical world were what we were taught to read, we would understand this world. Instead we are taught to read behaviors of values as a personification of what serves power and control, instead of community with physical reality. If we understood physical reality before behavior to a central power, we would have the power of ourselves as our natural learning ability to realize the movement and function of this real, supportive physical world. In being impulsed to read the venue of a form of power and control as the without as us, we take in following an idea over the power that is innate within us to read and understand physical reality. We give our power away to a directive created with what is the directive, our natural learning ability, and we allow this to be the following of and as ourselves, a second hand. Another cannot direct the object of ourselves here because they are not here on our ground, they are there on their ground, thus their directive will be of a limited perspective. This is why there are many men, to allow the expression of men to be on earth to see what is physically happening on earth. If we are taught to read this physical earth, we must then value the ground on which we stand, then we will not only come to understand but also take actions that do no harm  to that on which we stand. A centralized power loses contact and thus common sense of the physical. Just think of all the bureaucracies that layer a state of confusion which is really to hide the lack of perspective from a central power because that central power has no sense of physical reality, being lost in directing and believing that they must control which is ourselves fearing our common sense and abdicating ourselves as life, ironically that which we end up longing for. And when the control does not go according to plan, more controls are placed. We keep doing more of the same expecting a change, when more of the same does the same. Those with the control and idea of power do not realize that it is the non development of man as the perfect tool to read the physical that when developed to read the physical geometrical world would become the structure that understands the physical and moves with and as it in common sense. It is like the tools are here right in front of us and they are of much greater ability than anything man has built, and yet we deny them, so great is our separation from reality. An evil, as it is the opposite of “ live.” Just read the news, the play-out is all there. And it is a crime to not look. All actions of blame are an abdication of self responsibility. Self responsibility is innate as our common sense, right here in front of us as us, thus self responsibility is common sense and this would be solution, absolutely. It is right here, right in front of us, and it is what is real. Consciousness/mind is the story of our separation. 

The answer is not in putting up more signs, the answer is in developing the carrier of common sense: man. Thus human “ rights” would “ right” the world, as man would be able to read the physical. No longer would abnormal behaviors be directives, the directive would be equality with physical reality. Ideas about the physical, limited perspective, that are in essence abnormal behavior, would end as they would be balanced out in common sense with physical reality. The rape of children would end. Starvation would end, we need only accept ourselves as life, take up our common sense, as this is the principle of what is best for all.

The physical world is a brilliant design, because it does not allow a centralized power, it gives the power of creation to all, it gives the very substance of creation, which is real power, through the total fabric of the physical reality, to enable it to work with what causes no harm to any part, thus things that form are what is best for all, sustaining a state of balance. When this power is made second hand, this second hand cannot choose what is best because it is not equal to all parts, it has taken on a value of being more, of believing itself to understand, when as its very starting point is of a separation. Thus, by giving/allowing natural common sense to all of life, as the forms created working together,  the total functions.

We have been behaviors of survival for so long, stepping out of this habit may seem like a death, when all it is, is stepping out of a limitation and back into our natural learning ability to structure this world into an order that understands the myriad qualities of the physical world and “ plays “ with then to express creation, a much more fulfilling state of being than a lesser substance, known as energetic movement, as emotions and feelings that are the accumulation of limited values as thoughts of dictate to serve a lesser god of centralized power that is by form and design in separation from physical practical understanding of this geometrical able-to-be-read world. It can be realized within this that the present structure is a crime against life. Period. Thus a change into a system of equality, is really just coming home. What we have all been seeking.

Stop the paranoia of unknowing common sense, start self forgiveness and self corrective writing yourself back into and as yourself as life, your gift of life, your common sense, your natural ability as life. Day 366 What is a prophett, the prophet of a system of inequality known as profit?

Day 366

What is a prophet? Someone who uses some common sense within looking at patterns of behavior, the limitations as a collection of ideas , opinions and beliefs, creating a limited form directed by its selected dictates? A collection of values made huge, warping the substance of here as it takes only parts and builds a construct as a road map of directives and in the process separates from the physical world here? Creating an alternate reality? Much like the present use of technology in tandem with the form and function of usury? Usury being a form that funnels money into the hands of a few, who also have road maps built of values, an inner quantum map made bigger than life? The memories, as stories that are the imagery built of play out of the limited values selected? The machine as the form of usury via the hard-drive as the banking system? Driving that money hard to a few for control?

So a prophet is simply someone that begins to read the map, this map as mind as consciousness, its own separation projecting a halo/bubble/around each of us, that upon death the edges of which pop like the surface of soda pop in a cup? The energy release of the “ gases” of built up energy as the vapid life lived feeding off the physical, and upon death evaporates as it has no equality with the substance of life as the physical?  The outflow of this pattern here is that if you have a halo, you are standing on hollow ground and you have wasted your life as a lesser being, thus heaven is hell and earth, well many live in hell, is the only point where heaven can exist. And we were all told this by Christ, that we had to bring what we called heaven to earth. So, we cannot blame anyone, as we have been told, we simply did not listen. We made our memories of more import than physical reality. I mean, how can a picture in the mind be more than what is physically real here? In all common sense!

It really is all backwards, and it has to stop. Prophets simply stand back and look at the patterns of our accepted and allowed behaviors, and thus then read the pattern. Rarely, if ever, has there been a solution. The solution is to look at the pattern here as the systemic form is the dictate of how here is moving, and to realize that this form is not being supportive and then, in all common sense to change it. If one cannot see this, then the road map of memory has become very big, thus one has to slow way the fuck down, give up the memories, and look at what is here, right in front of us and how it is moving, without any fear of loss, and realize what is here must change how here moves what is here, the very structure of our system is not supporting here, not working with here, in some ways yes, not all is bad, there is good here, but this must be reformed. Those who are benefitting from what has been accepted are only benefitting on limited levels, as they are not life either, they are limited, stuck behind their desks, monitoring their “ more than” and also in separation from being equal and one with this physical world. Yes, they can go and get in an airplane/jet when ever they want, and fly off to their islands whenever they want, they have food, comfort, shelter whenever they want where ever they go, but have they developed themselves, used all of themselves as their human physical bodies, or do they spend all their time maintaining their wealth and having all the toys, which I would think would become boring after a while, because in a way it is limiting? Is there any real substance in their lives or just toys, big ones?

The point is that what is here can be used to equalize us with and as the physical to develop ourselves into a full potential as in moving with and as the physical here, but in order for this to happen, we must all be equal to the physical, which means we need a system that supports life absolutely. It is like the REAL “ toy” is earth in all her physical aspects, and we are ignoring the BEST “ toy” around! It is so ridiculous when one realizes what will be said is WTF was I thinking! And, lol, as usual the answer is in the words, “ You idiot! it was that you made thinking HUGE! More than life itself!”

I think, therefor I am an idiot. Our history is made of incomplete sentences. If there is room for ambiguity there are questions to be asked. If a person reacts when the walk is through the ambiguity, then you know that person is lost in memory, and the quest through the incomplete just is not on their map, so the answer might be ( which I have gotten A LOT) , “ we don;t go there”, or - and this is a good one, “ we don’t like people like you.”  Here the demon in me wants to start laughing. This is self abdication in placing an idea onto an object and then blaming the object for a movement in common sense, it is hating life because life is an expression, a movement, from nothing to something, in each moment, the map holders don’t want to let go of the map, and throw a tantrum when anyone suggests looking up from the map. So, laughing at someone who says something like, “ we don’t like people like you here” triggers the behavior of self interested salvation, and then naturally the response to laughter is “ You hurt my feelings” and yes, I am looking at more than what is on your map, and that will hurt that energy focused on that limited value map, yes it will, but this “ hurt” is really to stop the ‘hurt” of self in separation from being equal and one to and as life, to bring one back in common sense of what is real, the physical, where hurt does not exist.

Day 306 Self Commitment Statements Disgust Character

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understand that seeking attention removes myself from here, from existing in practical common sense of how what is here is formed and functions, as I am too busy, too consumed with self validation.
I commit myself to breathing to realize myself here, to slowing myself down and to interact here, without seeking a more than in and as self validation, as what validates is equal understanding of what is here, within and without.
I commit myself to breathing, to notice that my own humiliation is believing myself to have lost a “win” of attention, as self validation, where when I become disgusted with this behavior in another, it is myself disgusted with having sold myself out to playing a superficial role within and as judging myself according to limited values to fit into and survive as a quick fix in lieu of standing up within and as myself in self responsibility to and as life, here, to have chosen a measure of protection instead is standing within and as an empathy with the nature of life, as this was not what the adults in my world existed as, having themselves sought self validation over common sense of what is here, believing much of what is here, to fit into categories within fixed defined systemic points, organized to hide self abdication from common sense and sympathy with and as life, where there is no win and no loss.
I commit myself to slowing myself down, to remaining here, when and as I become disgusted with a behavior of seeking attention, as this is myself ashamed of myself for a past act of separation into wanting self validation, comfort and attention thwarted in one past moment, where so great was my shame that I did not want to face this and instead blamed another for my own failure within and as acting in self interest only to survive, and to pretend the belief as the behaviors of the adults in my world.
I commit myself to slowing myself down and breathing, to align myself with this physical world, to take into consideration how what is here exists within bubbles of vapid non self substantiating equal and one movement with here , to see, realize and understand that what validates is the value being life as what is best for all, and thus best for self, is equal and one consideration of all life with every step, with every breath.
I commit myself to seeing, realizing and understanding through breathing and slowing myself down, to be equal and one with and as what is physically stable as in realizing practically what is feasible, here, in common sense, realizing that the “rush” in and as mind fears a past and dreams of a future all available knowledge and information utilized within such fantastic meanderings a being of self based on one’s societal environment of belief, opinion and idea based on societal construct of selected and thus limited values from class, race, nationality, cultural tradition, consumerist ethic, economic availability, educational exposure only as imprinted ideology lacking physical inclusive proprioception, which cannot be self here, equal and one.
I commit myself to “standing back” into equality and oneness as breath, to slow myself down as what I am as life, as substance in constant with physical common sense equality, to see, realize and understand the tool as the mind, a register of what was made huge as value lacking common sense of physical hereness, within a systemic construct of inequality where more became more, creating less and less actual living, was an idea unsustainable and destructive as what now manifests on earth, all based on a de-cor -e made/judged as more, which was a process of separation de-coring self as life.
I commit myself to seeing, realizing and understanding that the disgust with myself, as myself, is the realization that the attention I seek has no real value, thus nothing becomes substantial within and as this, thus developing a character perpetually seeking for a supposed bling, energetic state, that is a state of lack, that can never be found but in short bursts, an act of depletion and separation from here, from self as life, from stability, sustainability, movement and understanding with and as life, here.
I commit myself to seeing, realizing and understanding that within the storm of judgement, that is a storm of separation, that is a falling into uncertainty, that is separation that is fear, attempts of redemption, as supposed acts of love, useless if done in self interest instead as the gift of life, as self being self directive in and as life, as the gist of life, thus charity without any self action/ability to stabilize within self honesty and self responsibility and self determination is a smokescreen, a show where the props are removed as soon as the cameras of profit/consumerism are removed, and what has not been done, yet what is recorded as having been done, is what is made real, and what is real as continued and increased devastation is ignored, as the picture show has become more than the actual physical world, in all common sense a crime against life, of which the solution is to create economic equality using the structure of what has been created by men, to begin the journey to life, through providing all life on earth with what is needed to exist within dignity, this being a collective realizing the value is life.

When and as I sense a character of loss, as disgust, I stop and I breath, and I become one and equal with the object of my projected separation into/onto/as to realize this projection is myself falling off the wall into a million pixels/pieces as I allow myself to separate from myself into a Humpty-Dumpty of a million pieces, where I forget myself as equal and one to and as life into separation, to stop at this moment of separation and to breath, and to bring myself back here in common sense, and to become equal and one in the shoes of another, to communicate equality and oneness in common practical sense of what is real, as this actual physical world, this gift of life.
