Day 320 The quieting of disgust
It has been interesting to walk this sheen, this character, this movement into fear, as what disgust really is an allowance of as what I am/become. To have walked this sometimes subtle habit, and a habit it is, seemingly commonplace, yet once noticed, and caught as what I “go into” as a personification and stopped, using breath to ground myself, to not allow this, allows a inkling of remaining here, seeing here. Here, takes on more depth, more movement, more discernment within what is here being something that moves instead of seeming like a labeled thing - so to speak.
Yet, i realize that under this is more fear, and this fear disables this discernment, this seeing of what is here, this actual seeing of life, here, so vital, how much have i allowed myself to miss in becoming fear, petrifying myself within a distortion that is stagnant?
Which would mean that creating fear on this planet, is really a crime, a crime so absolute, I actually have the thought at this moment, that to become aware of life, which I have not realized, is going to realize the shame of what has been accepted and allowed by men believing that wealth defines existence, when the real wealth is becoming equal and one with and as the very expression of life.
What I find now what comes up a lot , is a fear of punishment. Which is a fear of death, yet to not remove fear is death, to chose not to discern what is here and how here functions and moves, is to die. Thus to not stand and support a system that supports all life as the value is a crime. The shadow of the elite, and the presentation of knowledgeand information that is ambiguous and unclear, limited, partial, is a reflection of disinformation for them as well, as a living shadow existence is not living, because in seeing life, in realizing life, there would be no fear, only a desire to become one and equal to and as life, here.
The only choice is to turn and face fear. It is the only way out. And one has to do this alone. No one can do this for us, we must do this alone. A system that allows this, as anequal money system, would allow so many who struggle so absolutely, the opportunity to stop and look at walk into life, to get this planet in order, the order of life being the value.
So, is this reaction as disgust, masking a fear of punishment from childhood.
I would sit and listen to my mother, as this was a way to placate her so I would not be punished. And I was disgusted with myself for doing this, and I want to say that my mother was disgusted with herself for what she accepted and allowed, a sense that my mother was running from her own self denial, being the want and need for attention in place of facing her self. So it was like catering to something that was dirty and being disgusted because in doing this one protected oneself from punishment. Sitting and listening to my mother was like being caught in a trap, yet at the same time the trap was a respite from the alternative which was punishment.
And as a child, I did not have the means to communicate this, so silence, and listening to wait it out.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear punishment.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe, as I am here at this moment as an adult, to blame myself for not standing up within that past moment and to judgemyself here as that, as a less than for accepting and allowing, without speaking up, the behaviors of another, to avoid punishment, where I probably did not have the worlds to speak, and even if I did, because I was a child, more than likely would not have been heard, as the program of my mother was that children were seen and not heard, which was the program of many adults at that time, and still is.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to judge myself as not having the strength to stand and communicate based on a past experience where I was a small childand could not make an adult hear me.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear speaking up and looking here, to remain quiet within and as myself to avoid punishment.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear speaking up because i might not get things from my mother as in being special because I sat and listened without reaction, all the while sitting and listening to avoid being punished.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have avoided looking and instead to have become “waiting patiently” to occupy myself instead of looking at my mother, because looking at my mother meant watching her separate from herself into and as an avoidance of herself as she had chosen to become authoritative to organize her world and keep it under control, as a means of survival, this approach being a way and means of not looking here, as organizing everything and ordering everything, meant not looking at life, here, not seeing and realizing the movement of life here, this life so vast and alive, a world the adults did not move with, and punished should this be spoken of, a description of what was here, as fluid and moving here a type of shadow existence hidden in avoidance tactics known as characters of knowledge and information, the means and ways of being lazy in disciplining self with life here.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear describing here, as how here moves, which ironically is actually not too hard, but such would seem strange and other worldly should someone attempt to describe such to a stagnant entity disconnected from here in and as fear.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear describing consequence, to fear describing here, as life as something that moves, as this would also mean that lack of opportunity means the depression of life here, which the present system creates, a lack of life, as poverty in taking what sustains life, as a system of greed that is a state of stagnation by its nature that is a starting point of fear of loss, which is a separation from life.
i forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear sharing life , as one time I took mice from the barn to show my mother and she flushed them down the toilet with a shriek, and I remember being shocked and horrified, and ashamed that I had brought the baby mice into show my mother, the reactions in the moment in the memory were numerous and I became overwhelmed.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become angry within this as well, an anger that is embarrassment for not having discerned that this would be the reaction of my mother, thus my own anger is really shame, and thus a non-looking at what is here, as I had wanted attention and acknowledgement through the baby mice.
Why does this attention always seem to come up? it is like wanting to be good, and share, as thought sharing is a good thing, like what i am supposed to do. But this is a positivepolarity, thus what would initiate this seeking of a good? Simply not wanting to be punished? Had I learned a selective sharing as a way to stop punishment.
I do have a problem with seeking attention, and I react to others that I label as seeking attention - it is one of my pet peeves - so to speak.
Thus this is me, I become disgusted with seeking attention when I project this, see this, in others. It really is like I use this to not be attacked, to avoid punishment, to keep the enemy of punishment near. Like the saying keeping the enemy near. Hide from what is here. Don’t look now, you might be punished for looking.
I have a neighbor with whom I would speak and greet and chat with sometimes when we crossed paths. He has had a new girlfriend for a couple of years now. She is very loud and aggressive. One day we chatted, and he basically apologized for her behavior and said that she was too unstable and then looked at me. We no longer greet one another and chat, what we do when we notice one another is meet with our eyes, give a slight nod and that’s it. We cannot communicate any more than this, because any action that triggered the reactions this girlfriend is known to have ( she supposedly has a police record for this) are avoided. So, my neighbor and i no longer have the friendly neighborly chat. I have heard this woman go into a verbal tirade, so I am not really interested in facing one, thus I join in in the distant MO of greeting.
This is a fear of death, simplistically, I am afraid this woman is going to come and beat the shit out of me, because evidently she has done this. And she is a school teacher. Figure that one out. lol
To avoid this, is being a non-looking at here. It is like, well it is, as there is a voice in my head saying “ don’t look, don’t look, don’t look” again and again and again.
There is even a movie with Donald Sutherland called Don’t Look Now, and I remember it well, it kept me on the edge of my seat many a time.
This not wanting to look, which has come up with me before, no longer has this layer of disgust after having done forgiveness on this.
The behavior within disgust is to not look, and the fear is a fear of death and the correction is to breath and to slow down and to look at here, to stop being lazy and taking on the character of tribute to knowledge and information to entertain, where attention is an indication that I have successfully entertained myself away from looking at what is here as life. This seems a comfortable place. Un-fortune . But it is the only way out of fear.

Day 208 Fluctuating vertigo
Ladder, Vertigo (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
I had had this the days before, and had spoken some SF on the point, and a memory from high school where I experienced a man falling onto his head onto cement. Today I remembered a story about a relative that died falling off a ladder. It was cool, because when I started this project the vertigo was much more intense, and though it returned today, I “caught it”, and the duration of the experience, as mind, was not as overwhelming.
So I will walk some more self forgiveness on this point, and tomorrow see what happens. I have to say, I am not sure what triggered this, but perhaps it will come up.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to suddenly get nervous about being up on a ladder, and within this losing all sense of the physical space I am in.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have had the thought that I wished i had someone there to help me with this one corner of the house.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that it was at this moment of “wishing” that the vertigo suddenly appeared.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that I also had the thought that I was close to the edge of the house, and the end of the deck and the ground below the deck i judged as being far away, despite the fact that I had taken careful steps to secure the ladder, and had even been up to this corner of the house before, and everything had been fine and secure, thus there was no call to worry about distances and then to go into self pity about “having to take care of this ‘ all by myself.”
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that at this point images came up of a story I had been told about a relative that had died from falling off a ladder.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have imagined myself falling off the ladder, where within this image I hear the sound of the head of this man I saw falling off a ladder as it thumped onto the ground with a cracking sound, thus the story and the sound of a cracking skull came up as i began to fear my own death through falling off of a ladder.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have a memory of myself, just having gotten off the subway, as I travelled home from school, and began the two block walk home, to have come upon a man falling through the air and landing on his head on the cement sidewalk, where it all happened so fast, and that sound was so loud I gasped for air and was shocked that this man had somehow just fallen off this ladder.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have felt some guilt about this, believing this to be my fault, as i have another memory of a friend suddenly falling while i was walking along a sidewalk with her, holding her hand when she suddenly fell and hit her head on the sidewalk, and had to go and have stitches and her parents blamed me.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have had this physical sinking feeling as I was moving into vertigo, much like the sinking feeling I had when I experienced the man falling off the ladder onto the sidewalk on my way home from school.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that I had this same sinking feeling when my friend’s parents blamed me for their daughter having fallen on the sidewalk.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to separate from myself into and as fear of falling off a ladder based on memories from my past in and as my mind, not seeing, realizing and understanding that I was on a ladder that I had carefully secured myself, and climbed up many times in the last days, and had no problems being up on the ladder, thus to suddenly have vertigo was a clear indication that I had gone into my mind, as I confused the situation with ideas, opinions and beliefs, in and asemotions , feelings and thoughts, instead of remaining physically present in common sense of what was real within that moment.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to judge the ground being far away as scary, especially since I have to legs and two arms, that are perfectly capable of climbing a ladder, and two eyes with which to see what I am doing.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that I notice this pattern of clenching my inner thighs, as my legs together whenever I become tense.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that I found myself doing this very same thing tonight driving home in my car, which is something I will have to look into.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have this reaction, in and as my mind, as a seemingly distant “back chat” where i begin to pity myself, as in wanting someone there to help, or assist, even when doing this ‘job” needs only myself, as I have had others help and found this unnecessary.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that when I become uncertain about what I am doing, I begin to wish for help, then go into self pity about not having help, and separate myself from what I am physically doing and lose my own practical physical, here, sense of space.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to tense up the moment i become uncertain, especially through my legs, where, within this, I become heavy in how i experience myself, and actually dealing with what I am doing physically becomes harder.
The moment I become uncertain, be it within what I am doing as in making a decision, or an evaluation within possibility based on the physical situation and within both go into fear, and thus separation, diminishing my common sense of reality, I stop and I breath and I bring myself back to physicality.
I commit myself to, when I have to make a decision, and become uncertain, to stop and to breath, and to go over what I have physically decided to walk in detail to stabilize myself here instead of allowing myself to separate into and as uncertainty where I sidestep into self judgement based on societal values of myself as a womanforgetting my self awareness equal and one to this actual physical world, which is to say, I remove myself from “here’ into and as belief, opinion and idea and the ensuing emotions composed of such thoughts as judgements done over a period of many years of training to believe such self definitions lacking a self honest development of myself in totality in common sense of what is real, this actual physical world.

Day 153 Listening and solving involves no reaction
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have this memory that comes up, where I lose the “good graces” of my mother.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear creating anger in a parent
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear the wrath of a dominating figure, as this was lived in childhood, without the parental figures even aware of what they were in fact doing.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear the domineering force of someone bigger than myself , as this memory is from my childhood, where I was small and had no choice but to accept the aggression as the mind as the parents, in separation from life, from self as life, and thus I was powerless to speak up and stand up within myself.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that when and as I become confusion, within myself , I am in fact allowing an unequal focus into a general perception absent details only, where it is almost like not being able to breath, as though I am not looking at the details and the general overview and thus my breath is no longer one and equal to what is actually physically here, because i am not taking this in, I am not allowing myself to become one and equal to what is actually here, thus i miss a breath, i am not one and equal as breath, as the very substance of what is here, and thus am in ignorance, separate from common sense. Here I am causing uncertainty within myself as though meeting the demands of the domineering force is separating common sense as what I am where there is a jump- so to speak-as a bypass that negates common sense details.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear losing the :”good graces” of a parent in fear that I would be attacked, or my life made difficult.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that I acted this way in facing a woman the other day, where my fear was going against what she wanted, even within common sense, as the issue had to deal with money, and within such issues, things are not revealed as what they are, and the illusion is accepted and thus believed to be proper behavior in terms of business.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to want to hide from facing the lies I have within and as myself
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to define fear within speaking up, within speaking and describing what is here, when all speaking is is describing what is here
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to define fear within speaking up.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to connect fear to speaking up and to standing up within connecting fear to speaking up and standing up in separation from myself here in common sense, where I fear giving details that contradict and expose in common sense, where the voice of the domineering voice often gets louder as these details upset self interest as what is wanting to be presented. Here I stop and I breath, and i walk the details as being in common sense of what is here, despite a rising voice, as often such details will upset a consciousness of self interested persona as what supports a survival belief system developed in unequal awareness of life as the value, as money has become of greater focus than life, and thus is the human a persona reflective of money being greater than life, and this is the force of separation from life, dominating earth, causing abuse and suffering to life.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear facing women for fear of losing their good favor, their favor.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear losing the favor of another person, not seeing realizing and understanding that remaining in favor with someone means giving up myself into and as their favor in separation from myself, where there is not favor to lose and the only “favor” is to be life, here, one and equal here
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear what others will think of me within and as my choices of change
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to connect fear of loss to favor
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to define loss within favor
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to separate myself from favor and from loss through defining loss within favor in separation from myself.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to connect loss of friendship to standing up as life
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear no longer supporting the emotional needs of another as I feel responsible for the emotional needs of another, as though I must change the emotional state of another, which is a starting point of wanting to change another, but it is the expression of life in separation of life, that must realize details supportive of a common sense of the value being life, as the composition of what is here is one and equal to me as life and must realize life as the value.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that I can be bullied
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear being bullied, where even when I speak I will be bullied, and thus i must just face this, as I have done this, I have build up ideas in and as my mind and then believed them to be real, where what was faced was the bully as the mind, separate from this physical reality, to listen to what is here, without reaction and to stand and bring what is here, within the principle of oneness and equality, back to self as life as the solution to create equality as life, where the value as life becomes the purpose as what life is in fact as an expression as life.

Day 141 Facing the fear to look. JourneyToLife
Dream (Photo credit: Nagatta(나같아) Very busy)
The Safety of Fear (Photo credit: Alyssa L. Miller)
English: There is no fear, until we make it up. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
“Fear causes hesitation, and hesitation will cause your worst fears to come true.” (Photo credit: Mark J P)
I Can't Bare to Look (Photo credit: Rennett Stowe)
I met woman yesterday, with whom I talked. As I talked with her, I noticed this really uneasy feeling, and fear. Her presentation to me was seemingly agreeable. But I was extremely uneasy and had a hard time looking at her.
Like I am looking at her, and presenting a happy face, but at the same time becoming overwhelmed with a feeling of bitterness, and anger, and spite. A lot of spite.
I breath, I realize that under this is fear. I continue to breath.
I realize, we, the human, are composed of emotions and feelings, and thoughts, and that these emotions and feelings and thoughts, are based on experiences from our past, and conditioning of environment, all of it as it presently exists within a system of inequality.
I remember this same thing, being this same way as a child within facing people. I am terrified - so to speak, the only different is that I have learned to compose myself with supposed civility.
But it is as thought the unresolved fear is there. This un-walked through fear, that is really an illusion, or the allowance of this fear, believing it to be real, has no value, is simply non directive.
I breath, I must take in all that is of this, it is the only way through, and there is no going back.
It is like feeling the pain of this woman, of all that she is, and then I remember the point in high school where I stopped looking, to learn to have the personification to fit in the social chatter, to appear to be social. I remember the difficulty breathing within this, as I know I am only concentrating on limited values, and not seeing all that is, I am ignoring why there is even a need to approach such a scenario in this way in the first place. I mean, why is this even existent? Think about it, this means something is amiss in and as itself. Period.
And we all have done this. I watched my son do this this summer, and I could see his breathing was in “gulps” and not in ease. The slightest physical movement can reveal constriction. Try playing the violin, any constriction makes it more difficult. Especially, when I know the notes can be read as a whole, flying over the staff, reading the notes. This cannot be done so well, in constriction, as the body tenses and the focus must then be on this constriction to get this to relax.
The ease “state” and the “constriction” state determine reading ability, and I am sure this is related to being, to reading what is here, physically here, and to what ever language is being read, be it numbers of words, and form that is here. Constriction is fear, physical constriction, a pulling back instead of a directing of self. So to speak. It is no wonder, the eddies of fear, turning into avoidance, can cause so much discord within communication and understanding between people, and things.
Back to this woman. I did not want to see her, I did not want to see this spite. A feeling of sadness comes up, at the idea of this being here, as what caused this, as why this is. And realizing that being this sadness, not good or bad, is not a solution, cannot become an endgame, the end of the line as it is not. So move through it. And this woman, is as physically thick as she is thick with an undercurrent of emotion. I don’t even know where to begin. This is a momentary meeting. I breath and speak words of gratitude and leave.
I keep breathing.
Judging is not a solution, this is another “end of the line” act, and not a solvent, not what removes what is compounded within this woman, and or myself, judgement as a sign fixed in stone, remove the dis-ease, the undercurrent of dis-ease. And I cannot do this for this woman, she must find this and do this for herself. No one can put her back together again but herself. She must walk through her own construction. If she chooses, I can aid her in seeing her construction, but i cannot be the actual doing of this for her. Theory alone does not work, it must be actually lived.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that my thoughts, emotions and feelings are but the separations of myself into and as devices to justify my own ignorance of life here, and that what is here, as life , is the value, where the fear is a smokescreen, as a belief that something can be lost, the the fear s the separation, initially caused in childhood, as a child is trapped within lack of an ability to communicate and the bullying of the adult who is already in separation from life, having abdicated self as a child as well, in order to survive, which is the family generating that which is a fear of self as life.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that all thoughts are actually minuscule, and can only determine what I am if I accept and allow them as all that exists within a moment, not realizing that I am a creator of life, and thus can take what is here and align it with what is best for all, within the principle of give as I would like to receive, supporting all life, as one and equal to me.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to to feel that dealing with others emotions is tedious, and impossible, even my own, and thus just want to run away and do something like read a book, tend to a garden, and or exist away from the chaos of emotions and discord.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to allow this idea of “dealing with the discord” as mind , to be something that is huge.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that “dealing with the discord” as mind, is a burden.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have an idea that dealing with the discord of the mind, within and without, is a burden, is too huge to face, is too difficult to face, is more than I can handle.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have a feeling of anger, an emotional reaction as anger to and towards this emotional program as the mind consciousness system, not wanting to deal with this, not wanting to speak up about this to and towards others as the response will be one of reaction, as fear of death of self as mind, as memory, as idea , belief and opinion, as want , need and desire, which means that I myself remain fearful within facing what has been accepted and allowed as mind in separation from life, just as fear came up when talking with this woman, the woman with an undercurrent of spite, as fear.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that this idea of “not wanting to face” what is compounded within, a repetition of reactions during childhood, as energetic responses imbedded within and as the human physical body, through the dna of parents, is not life in full potential expression, but separations from self as life, a division and conquer of the human, as what life accepted and allowed in separation from the realization that what is one and equal within and as all, is the substance of life.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the mind is a tantrum of opposites, looping around from one pole to another, and thus not a mechanism that can solve the opposition, and when this is made huge, the realization that the mind is the divide from life, as what it is as thoughts, that eventually compound into emotions and feelings, that thus, within this, the mind is the signifier of separation and not what is real, where through breath and self forgiveness as life, the mind can be realized for the limited viewpoint it is in fact, and realized for the tiny storm in a teacup that it is in fact.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that we, the human, have told ourselves that we are aware of the mind, in the halos we have painted around the heads of supposed saints.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that there are many instances where the human has spoke of a bubble being around humans, and thus it is not something new, or unbelievable, that there is an existential bubble around each of us, and given the state of this world, it is evident that we have not taken care of this world, and thus we are not one and equal to this world, as we have not found, existed as, that which is best for all, thus have we not found the absolute solution to what supports life, thus any statement of “that is the way it is” must be a program of this bubble, serving self interest, as it is not self as life, where self as life, is the actual being of self as life, realizing self as life as being one and equal to all that is here on earth, because all that is here on earth is of the same substance, life.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that there is nothing to fear, there is only becoming one and equal to life, walked practically through standing up and supporting a practical system that supports all life, as the structures are existent on earth to distribute resources to support what is here, at this point, to begin to realign life to be, accept and allow life to reach its potential as life, and this is supporting an equal money system.
I commit myself to breathing, to walking myself into and as self awareness as life, as being equal to all that is here, and thus within this to realize that there need be no fear, as all that is here is to allow self realization, where it is only the mind, as belief, opinion and idea that separates myself from equality as life.
I commit myself to breathing, to remaining here, and even when I cannot see the answer that is always there, as life, right in front of me, I stop and I breath and I do not allow myself to judge, to end within judgement, to begin to move myself as life, one and equal to what is here, to become a self perfected being as what i am, becoming in alignment with what I am as life, here.
I commit myself to breathing, to remaining here, within and as patience and humility, to stand within and as breath, to move myself as life as breath, to remembering myself to life through the fear as the illusion as the separation, to realize that fear is only an existential non-seeing of what is real of what is here, of what we are all one and equal to and as, which is life, the substance that is what is here in totality.

Day 93 The needing support character
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to believe that I an the character of needing
support from another human being.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have wished, when I got a flat tire today, that
someone would stop and help me.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to believe that because I am a woman, I as a
character, as a woman, needs support , as only the character of a man
can change a tire.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have been aware of this and continued to have
taken the steps to fix my tire, without self pity, when a man stopped
and took over and did the manly character strength part of changing
my tire.
I forgive myself for not allowing and
accepting myself to have seen, realized and understood that the jack
was easy to work and the bolts easy to take off with body weight and
thus, I was doing well all on my own, and actually did not need any
help.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have had the thought while I was taking the tire
out of the car, that I was a woman and thus it was un lady-like for
me to be taking a tire out of my car.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to want to be the character of a woman, where –
with the tools that I had – anyone would be able without much
strength to change the tire.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have felt happy that a man stopped to help me
change my tire.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have been amused at how classical the scene was
in and as a collection of characters, where the man was broad and
muscular, drove a brand new blue ford mustang with the horse on the
front, like a modern night in shining blue armor coming to the
rescue of a damsel in distress.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have been the character of the damsel in
distress.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have had the thought that I be rescued.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have taken pity on this man, this blue knight
sweating in the very hot son.
I forgive myself for allowing and
accepting myself to have also had the thought, why would anyone stop
and help a woman who was not a young girl, which was myself accepting
and allowing myself to be the belief of myself as the character of
the old maid.
I forgive myself for not allowing and
accepting myself to see realize and understand that all these
thoughts as beliefs in and as my mind, are myself in separation from
what was physically real, my self with my car, with tools that
functioned without much effort, and thus the additional story lines
in and as my mind adding and wanting characters present to allow
myself to exist as a character had nothing to do with what was
physically there within the moment, thus it was like a system design
of the addition of characters within and on what was physically real
where these characters were what has been taught within this world,
as a memorized added story board of want, belief in need, and feeling
of desire based on accepted and allowed roles and personifications.
I forgive myself for not allowing and
accepting myself to have realized in the moment instead of character
wishes , that all of existence should have the means and tools
necessary to be able to solve such things as a flat tire.
I forgive myself for not allowing and
accepting myself to realize how much the broadcast of my mind is
within the belief in what characters are taught as children through
story, education, culture, media, the consumerist agenda, etc. again
and again, over and over again until the mind becomes the dictate of
living the stories and the characters in and as ourselves, where
these characters are considered before life and what is physically
practical and real, in support of this physical world.
I commit myself to stopping the mind
broadcast of characters and remaining in and as breath, being here
with what is physically real, and not allowing the wishing in and as
the mind in accord with the characters taught as what I am.
I commit myself to realizing that I am
not a character out of a fairy tale, that I am here, physically able
to direct myself in common sense.
I commit myself to stopping the living
of myself as a character.
I commit myself to remaining in and as
breath, being thankful for what is here, yet not acting the part of
the character.
I commit myself to realizing that what
stopped to offer help was another human being, and that this
interaction of help as support should be what is the action of this
world, for all people on this planet, and not in a few places only.
I commit myself to supporting a system
where any one on any part of this planet have the means to support
self, and/or support another, where no matter in what shoes I am as
life, I can help myself or help another.
I commit myself to realizing that an
Equal Money System is the means to ensure all life on this planet is
able to either fix a flat tire.

Day 77 Taking care alone, a labor of self pity
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to begin to have a thought that I am all alone when I have a project that involves labor around my home.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to allow myself to become a belief that I am the character of the woman alone when I have to do physical labor on my house, and within this I start to pity myself.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe, in and as a thought, that doing physical labor on my house without another person here is difficult, where I judge the practical walking through of what needs to be done as being difficult, where the task is not difficult, it is simply a series of steps that need to be organized and assembled.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become a care actor of self pity, my self giving a care to what is believed to be “how things should be,” instead of being here, realizing this physical world, as this is what is real and not an imposed idea of limited elements being “needed” to get things done..
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist as a care actor, giving care to, feeling that I am alone, when I am here with this physical world, taking care of my physical existence, which needs no additional energetic emotional characters but only common sense.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that being alone and caring for my home must fit the image and likeness of the current system on earth, where I am missing all the characters considered to be the norm in relation to myself being a woman.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not realize that it is this mind dictating how the character of myself here should, or should not be that is the drama in and as my mind.
I commit myself to realizing every moment I separate from here, into and as a thought based on a belief, externally dictated, internally allowed and accepted, internally believed, evident within and as my thoughts, that add a believed and accepted and allowed care, to what is actually physically present and here.
I commit myself to seeing, realizing and understanding the characters I need within myself to have an image and likeness of having more than what is actually here, not realizing that, in this drama, I am actually here and able to direct myself here as life, in oneness and equality.
I commit myself to exposing how my focus on the following of my thoughts is an accepted and allowed belief that I am in lack.
