Emotional memory verses superior memory.

What is an emotional memory? It is a memory that moves by association, a scattered self, building stories to avoid looking directly here, and choosing to self direct in effective and  practical ways. It is a memory that is a mis-use of the imagination. It is a memory of value judgements instead of moving in a direct application of practical steps, something that demands a presence in the physical and practical reality. It is a memory of memorized information, without real mastery of the subject, as the story memorized becomes greater, as the focus of the ability to sense,  than what is real as the physical. It is believing that the numbers and words and pictures falling down the screen of one’s mind is more real than the wall of the mind composed of atoms and electrons and the forms therefrom formed as that physical symbiotic system as the physical.  

An emotional memory is an inferior memory, one that cannot remember what happened yesterday, or the day before and has no real insight into tomorrow. It is a metaphysical shadow, invisible yet telling in the words and focus and movements of the machine called the human physical body, as that body loses the gentleness and grace of movement so visible in children, those children before 7 years of age, or sooner because this emotional memory has become an elephant in the room in so many, and the children absorb it so readily, that some could say the law of compounding has reached a critical mass, and that mass is so large, children are being inundated at an earlier age. Children are the poorest on earth, they have no way to escape as the adults believe in their inferior emotional memory, the ONLY thing made real, more than the ability to be practical. Being practical builds a more superior memory.  

A superior memory, has a living creative and critical thinking ability.  The emotional memory loses spatial ability over the life time of the person, so visible in no longer being able to drive a car, as driving the car becomes difficult because the loss of focus ability in real space and time, has  become lost in a emotional directive as the self following an emotional memory of ideas, beliefs and opinions, polarized value judgements that is the manifestation of a lack of real self  responsibility. 

 An emotional memory cannot see that real story, as it is lost in the manipulations of self interest. An emotional memory,  cannot see consequence in space and time, as the present systems moving on the world stage. An emotional memory cannot see that the paper religions are the means of abdication of self responsibility. Paper religions say one must ask some invisible force for forgiveness, because the emotional memory is so lost in itself, as its own accepted and allowed construction, that it lives in a story of information that reflects the denial of the real self. 

 An emotional memory made huge, projected out onto the world lives in constant anxiety, and avoids what may reveal the self interest of a composed shadow world of denial of the practical, the physical. If anything, an emotional memory denies and denigrates the physical, that which is in plain sight. An emotional memory driven person has a harder time keeping their house in  order, has a harder time overseeing a reconstruction job- something that was not so difficult at one time. An emotional memory driven person, has a harder time with relationships, as the stories of information creating metaphysical stories that have nothing to do with the practical that sound more spite and blame than anything else, are a spin of information much like the story of Humpty Dumpty, a shattered and dispersed collective of bits of events constantly weaving and forming to only continually substantiate a logic of rejecting self responsibility, a kind of perpetual motion separate from reality. The outcome, a loss of real spatial ability. It becomes a memory that consumes and no longer sees the real horizon, and will choose to watch cheap entertainment instead of looking at what is real and moving and forming on the world stage, and with the trees right outside one’s door. 

This begs the question as to what is a superior memory?

A superior memory most probably does not exist. A superior memory would be a focus in the practical reality, respecting all things, from the smallest to the largest. A superior memory would be aware of the movements of what composes this world in the immediate and the distant. A superior memory would see, for instance, that the religion of Islam, is a newer religion, and would look to see why this was formed within the context of the whole.  One could also do this with the formation of Christianity, where a man came and said god is within, at a time when there was a movement from polytheism into monotheism. It was the message that the qualities given to existing within many gods outside of us, were to become living words, as one could stand equal to the qualities projected and begged for and yet not seen to be the capacity of each, as the composition of the practical, as the living physical reality. Instead, the qualities of things that are here, as the physical, were self denied and a belief that there was a god that gave and took away the ability to be aware of the states of being as qualities one could become and understand and stand with to focus on the living reality were denied by the self, again, and made into a belief that such was given, and thus, this is a religion of fear, a paper religion because it exists only as the words of men, made into an emotional memory. 

Today we could say we have a god of science. A god that supposedly has done all the research and therefor no more questions need to be asked because the science is done ( and we have been behaviorally programmed to follow ONLY- without question - practiced in the design of public school education, consuming years of development) . And that science does not need to be reviewed and checked. This in itself a body of emotional memories in fear of losing their jobs, as the self interest in survival is greater than what is best for all men, this a continuation of denying self and living outside of real capacity as a superior memory.  We are moving into a chemical god , that is a chimeric god of information, a limited story serving the belief that we cannot know, and continuing the imposition of ideas, beliefs and opinions that we cannot be responsible, when we have been told that god is within, as life, manifest as the practical and physical world, hidden in plain sight, where the answer is to become the living word, to respect the immediate and be aware of the distant, to cross reference the real and very practical physical world, to understand the qualities of this world and to work with them in ways that do no harm and to practice standing equal and one with them. Even the educational understanding of accelerated learning techniques tell the way to building a superior memory. To use the senses, to cross reference the immediate and the distant, to build relationships with words have a direct application to this living reality that surrounds us, that is us.  

One could say that our cultures are our past, that we cling to (the information not all bad) instead of reforming into new ways of doing things that support and value all life. One could realize that our banking system is a private club manipulating economically to bring forward systems of control, in the offerings of what avenues are allowed to structure our lives, as we are not being responsible on an individual level, choosing survival over what is best for all.   An emotional memory is a memory at war with common sense, the systems merely a representation of control of each at war with being in common sense and respect of the physical. The loss of spatial ability a mirror of an emotional memory. An emotional memory being a inferior memory, and the resistance towards being one’s self in one’s real capacity, which is to exist as a superior memory.  A superior memory being the ability to see directly here, to make the only choice available, the choice to investigate, assess, review, cross reference, here, the physical to move in ways that do no harm, that consider all things, that realize and live in presence, in body, in spirit, in focus of and as what is best for all.

A superior memory sees, realizes and understands that the paper castles of men as the words composing the systems , holding them in place to control a lack of self responsibility because of the acceptance of an emotional memory ONLY -  a smoke and mirrors show - a form of limitation, causing a war of polarizing bodies of contrasting lie-by-omission storied tales that are but a wall of numbers and letters falling all around us as the media ( amazing how our popular culture reflects what we do!) , and the voices of an emotional memory informing us as persona’s thereof, distracting us from seeing directly here and accepting a natural capacity to be and live a superior memory.  All of this is rejection of real capacity and a default system of acceptance of the suppression of self, that feels like a depression because a rejection of self is a form of depression that leads to behaviors of anxiety, fear, denial and eventual physical dis-ease. I mean what did one think the story of Plato’s wall was about?  What did one think the presence of becoming ‘ the living word’ was about? What did one think one’s loss of spatial ability is? What does one think self forgiveness is about? 

Ask yourself; " How is a house built but in practical ways and means? " Time to take back self as life, and live in the physical reality as being life information. Focus here, forgive an emotional memory and build a superior memory. Become present here, take back a direct focus,  the tools are here, they are simple, effective and move piece by piece, a walk into life. Become the potential you are meant to be.  

What opinions have I allowed to incorporate me? Day 709

I remember when a boyfriend of mine said to me that I had to try Buddism if I wanted to remain with him. I decided to try it for three months.

What I noticed is that this religion, this opinion about reality had many benefits for members of the society. The place being New York City, there was a broad spectrum of people from many different levels and placements in society. 

I ended up playing with the orchestra. It started to take over my life. 

If I took what was good about this structure, I realized that it gave structure to so many. Yet, was this a structure that rewrote one’s script, one’s soul, one’s order, one’s hard-drive memory, was it what placed one in awareness of the real ‘ corp’ that is this physical world, this physical earth, this instrument, this orchestra of incorporated life?  Did this system incorporate all things, giving one self mastery of self in relation to all things, as this physical world that has withstood the test of time longer and with greater synchronicity than the systems of opinion imposed on and structured as systems in the world around us? No.  An opinion about something cannot be what is real. It is a story, that if chanted again and again and again can come to be believed to be a truth of self.  And, why THIS repeating chant? Why not repeat being present and here? Why not place one’s presence and awareness and will into being here, to incorporate real life? To place the real corpus as a real relationship, as the physical? To practice ‘ reading’ and communicating with what is real?

lol, Religion, cultural in-doctoring, Corporate media, they are all opinions, they are all bodies of opinionated form, that can become what is your story within, or my story within, yet not one of them is the real story, a story, a storied layering of what builds and sustains and is life, as the actual sound formation of and as the physical. These things for sale, accepted and allowed, that can take over your life, they are not life, even with inherent good as the very means used to story those who follow such opinions, because this is how we work, we can learn anything, we can understanding anything we set ourselves towards uniting with.  In one way, the means to follow is the means to become self empowered. It is simple and it is right in front of us.

It takes 10,000 hours to master something, it takes 21 days to incorporate a new skill. With the violin, I would incorporate a new skill, the first week was like mapping it out, the more care and presence I placed within this, without distractions ( the chatter in my mind about some unresolved event- a past-time of not being present or not integrating something clearly, or racing to integrate something without realizing the process of integration with enjoyment and patience)  the more fluid the integration. The second week was to ingrain this with movement, and the third week was to practice checking it, so that the checking of it became what was automated as presence. This means, that I got to the point where moving myself through the new ability to measure, of awareness or skill, of mastery of a point,  moved with precision and ‘ flash speed.’  I owned it! 

Is this not what the religion, the culture of our parents as the story of information absorbed in the first seven years, the corporation of the media - is this not what they are doing? Does this mean that the means to the end is right in front of us? And does this not mean that because humans use words, that the way and means of real communication is to KNOW YOUR WORDS to the extent that you can process the storied information to assess what does no harm to this physical reality, and does this not mean that you can by the very design of what and who you really are, mean that you can understand this physical real story all around you that is you?

Day 660 The ease that comes with self responsibility.

That a child is born without language and without culture, means that a child eventually is programmed. This means a human is a programmed man. What is behind that program is a form, that can take in information as what is impulsed within an environment. If what is programmed into a man, ends up in friction and conflict than what is programmed, which is a measure, must be looked at and corrected until that man performs with ease, meaning without dis-ease, without friction, without conflict. A dis-ease, meaning a lack of movement in this physical reality, and a lack of movement that is beneficial for all,  is a program that is not of equal measure to what a child is before any language and any culture becomes the measure as what comes to direct the physical form.

Each has a presence that is an ability to look at measure, which is form. We are this, or we would not take in the form of the culture of the language in our environment.  The choice to move from the collective to the personal, reveals this capacity too. It is all a form of change within, a change in measure, in using values, bringing some forward and placing others in the back ground. This means that we are all aware of what it is that we do, in every moment.

We are born, without a measure, meaning without language and without culture- though we may have some genes from our forefathers, that come on and/or go off. Yet this too, reveals that a measure within can come to direct us without, yet since we can change, that measure need not be what directs us. And, we can blame no one for what we accept and allow, because the physical practical world is always right there in front of us. 

Also in this sense, all the religions of the world are a measure, and a program, because we are not born with them. And since all the religions of the word have not created a situation where each and every man is at ease, meaning in their full potential, non of the religions in this world are valid, they are a measure that has not created ease on this earth, they are a program that is not working.

Life will eventually come out, meaning no suppression can ever work, Meaning, if the program is not equal to what allows the full potential of a man to live with ease, then the measure of the belief system is not aligned with life. If  the measure of life on earth were equal to a state of ease, then there would be no religion, the name would not need to exist. What would be on earth, is life. 

If someone comes up with an idea, and then walks the necessary steps to implement an idea, and suddenly conflict and discord happens, it is not the object that is to blame, as the act of blame is not the corrective measure, which means to investigate , to communicate, to assess all movement and measure, to see where the smallest of movements arise that show where a loss of ease of movement has occurred, and to correct this. A behavior of blame, is not this action, is not this movement. An action of blame has forgotten that a child is not born with language or with culture, and that the form as the man is capable of many many things, varied things, hence all possibilities of movement must be assessed when a consequence of friction or discord, or frustration happen in the man. One has to assess the form, and all things in the environment, not a belief system as what religion really is. A man is a physical form, not a meta-physical construction of a right and a wrong. The physical world is the starting point of what a person is before any meta-physical construction of limited values. Disease is a suppression of life, because it is that presence that measures/senses space and time and learns the measure of language and culture, that is not equal to a measure within that allows an expression without that moves with ease. 

In this modern age, where the world can work together, to produce food, and energy, and goods that last, and give each access to learn things, is there any reason for a belief system that limits the ability of that child that is not born with religion and culture to not explore and learn any number of things? With the technology we have today, is there any reason to play roles when we have the means to follow what we once desired to follow as children when we, for example , were interested in mechanics, or dance, or plants, or animals? And if each child were allowed to follow their inclination when it went outside of any cultural or religious conscription based on a past, what would become of this world? Would we continue to fall into addictions that consumed us, to fill what is really a lack of having been self trusting and following what we found made us feel fulfilled and happy? Would there be addictions to sex, for example if each had been self honest and followed what allowed them to express themselves and became the measure of a person who felt at ease? And, when a person is at ease, is there any desire to do any harm? Or does the person realize, having been self honest, that the only way is to do that which is good, respecting all  physical forms/things, in every moment making the choice to do no harm as the state of being that is the only way to understand and direct into living here on this earth with ease? 

The present systems on earth, are really a reflection of a lack of self responsibility. They are managing that lack of self responsibility in each. Religion is to manage what is a lack of self responsibility. The money system is to manage what is  a lack of self responsibility. Gender bias and class order, they are to manage a lack of self responsibility. All of them, they are a reflection of self abdication of one’s common sense, as it was that presence within, that had no language or culture, that absorbed the measure without. This means that that presence within, that which can change, as the ability to assess what one accepted and forgive it into a measure that leads to what self responsibility will bring, which is a state of ease. A state of ease has no blame, no desire to hurt, no desire to spite, as that presence realizes that the only choice is to become self responsible, as in respecting all things and taking that which is good for self, as what is best for self is what is best for all.

It is interesting to realize that blame and spite, that lack of real investigation of our present system,  is a reflection of how much the self suppresses the very life within one’s self that is the very presence that has the ability to change and reform, and become responsible and stand with ease here on earth.  It is like one is working really really hard to reject joy and ease! 

We have become a mind conscious of lack only. That self definition of lack is all we can see, because we choose to focus on it! And that lack is composed of parts that need to be balanced back into what it means to live equal and one with creation, which is physical, that real thing under your feet. That construct, that measure one relies on, that religion, is a imagination that is not respectful of what is constant and ever present- the physical world. And the physical is composed of the substance that is life information.  The doom and gloom imaginations are a consequence of judgement, as a belief in good and bad, where the imagination can compose any manner of things. And that imagination sucks from the physical, like a matrix that is a construction, a quantum construction imposed on the physical. It cannot work, and it is not working. It leads to suppression of life and will as a consequence cause conflict and war, as the life within is stressed through lack of equality to itself where is can live self responsibly. This state of self responsibility is a state of ease- one that cannot pretend. No one has really lived this, had they, then there would be no death, as the end of a form,would be a transformation, not a destruction or a draining of life. As we can see with what is happening in our world, our systems are a structural violence, reflecting the lack of self responsibility within each. The only choice, is to become self responsible. This means being equal and one with life, the physical that is life information. This means taking that which is good and does no harm. This means making the choice to live with ease, as this is one’s natural state of being.

Day 658 Ideas need not define me, because what I am before ideas is physical.

I realize in so many ways how the habit of fear, of not looking here, can cause myself to want to hide or rush an idea into a situation. And all the while, that which is needed to solve problems is practical and measurable, right in front of me.

The other day, in a presentation, I slowed way down, breathed, and instead of rushing to reform I stopped and looked at the inform I allowed and the inform of those I presented to. I realize I had time and space.  It is like listening to a piece of music, the difference in not judging this.  I allowed the other person to complete their train of thought, to where it simply stopped, as I could see they began to answer their own question. 

This was a moment where I realized that nothing can define me but what I accept and allow, and how much ideas can drive one to the extend that an ideology is pushed without regard for all things, meaning to work with what is here, and to reform into building a focus that has responsibility in every moment. In this, any friction is getting stuck on a lack, where the limited form can be directed into what finds solutions, as what can lend ease to a situation.

I have allowed blame and spite to be the behavior of myself, instead of allowing assessment of reality, to gift myself self responsibility. Self responsibility is what each seeks, as in the desire to push one’s information out is a desire to respond, yet somehow the desire to participate has separated from real responsibility, which is to consider all things and take that which does no harm. To cause harm is to destroy a means of being responsible in a seemingly odd twist. One is chasing an ideological form without cross reference to reality. We have been told not to follow false idols, and a false idol reveals itself in actions that cause behaviors of harm in mankind.

Where does truth hide when idea is made greater than reality? Right here. If we look at the media at present, it is touting blame and spite onto a people who have fled a country that no longer has a infrastructure to support them, only to turn and propagate a fear of the same people under the guise of their religion. This is a stew of ideas and beliefs and opinions, streaming though a ubiquitous media owned by a few, in self interest, that is an idea that has no relevance to what it means to live. All those refugees are people, just like you and me, and they, just like you and me, want to feed their families and take care of their children, they want to enjoy life, they want to live. Anyway, the story makes no sense, as who would decide to get on a very thin boat and risk death unless the situation was extremely desperate? I mean, when Americans decide to help in this country, class barriers are forgotten, as well as religious differences, even species differences are forgotten because we will help animals - and they have no religion. 

Our media is buzzing with fear mongering, again and again. And, our congress in American, is passing ‘ mandates’ in the interest of the means of wealth accumulation and suppression of self responsibility in each, despite many standing up and pointing out problems with accepted practices in this age of information readily available on the internet. It is like the information of innovation and lack in current accepted practices is right here. Instead of using common sense, on the ground, we are the good students of imagination only, following information without question, as we accepted a schooling system that by design took us away from reality and forced information into a memory. We are zombified by information, accepted as a truth, despite the outcomes of lack surrounding us in every way. I mean just look at the health of Americans, and our children, we are not healthy and it is getting worse, despite what the media touts.

There are many in my world that say they can see this, and yet believe there is nothing they can do. And meanwhile, many jobs are tied to this system of dis-ease maintenance. So, in reality, there is no one holding this in place but each and every one of us, waiting for someone else to solve the problem, when is is only each of us that can solve this problem.

We can start by investigating our own accepted and allowed beliefs, opinions an ideas, and investigating the real measure of what supports us and what supports the men as the human refugees that no longer have homes because it has been bombed into a state of rubble. These men, these humans, are at the point where they simply want what we all fear losing, which is a stable shelter, clean water, nutritious food and an education.  A system that respects life is necessary in all measure, which means each must stand up and respect what it means to be a physical beingness.

As children we are not born with language and culture, this is what is impulsed afterwards. Hence we are all the same, it is only what measure of belief, opinion and idea that we believe defines us, that we learn, that causes discord and strife. What we are first is a form as a man/being on earth. The rest is a collection of values about life, based on an experience one was exposed to, like carrying information about how to live that can change from one climate to another, from one moment to another.  In this sense, religion is to justify not wanting to change, to project a blame onto something else, because a man has chosen an idea about something to define him, instead of realizing that what a man is, is a form that has two arms, a torso, a head, and two legs that are perfect mechanisms to interact on this earth, create things, build things, working with nature. And that men have the ability to assess the nature of the environment and understand it. Somewhere along the way, ideas became greater than reality, and the few who forced their ideas over others, in the temples of their minds as their memories, forced others to pay them to follow their memories, their measures of belief, opinion and idea! Within this, the followers accepted and allowed this despite the harm it has done and continues to do to so many living things on this earth. Our responsibility is to life on earth, to become what sustains and respects all life.

The things dividing us, are ideas made larger than reality, as the physical. That physical world, is the truth hidden right in front of us. As our refugees make clear, it is not ideas that sustain us, it is food, shelter, clean water and an education that equalizes us to being at ease on this physical world.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become an idea before respect for life, as physical in form.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe the measure in and as the thoughts, ideas and opinions, within and as mu mind.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that one value is more than another, and within this, to not see realize and understand that a value is a value, and has a name that fits into physical living, as in practicing being life, and respecting all things, taking that which is good and does no harm.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to place idea before life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not ground myself equal and one to the physical world, in thought word and deed in every moment of breath here, to see realize and understand that what ideas exist within and as my mind are just this, ideas, beliefs and opinions in and a s my mind, where I can slow own and cross reference the physical reality to ground ideas, beliefs and opinions in measure to a practice of physical living that causes no harm.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that self direction as mind, as idea only is energetic,  as this is the measure of that idea inflated and made larger than life, separating presence into an inferior state of being.

When and as I find myself ungrounded in reality, as in losing a sense of being self responsible with ease, I stop and I breath, and I slow myself down, and I cross reference my within to the without, my above as an accepted mind consciousness, to the below, to investigate and assess and consider all things as all things are me in another life, until I am calm, serene, at ease, to ensure in thought word and deed that which takes that which is good and does no harm, applying the golden rule to give as I would receive, and to build a world that is what is best for self, as this is what is best for all.

When and as I find myself having a shallow breath, I stop and I breathe, and I slow myself down, and I assess all things, taking that which is good, in this physical manifestation of life as life would, to ensure that no harm is done to plant, animal or man, to stand in responsibility with and as all life, to become equal and one with life as the physical, as this is the eye of the needle, the gift to birth myself in equality and oneness with life.

Day 598 The Living Word Grounding us Here in Equality

I had a phone conversation with a business man, who complained that no one knows their words anymore. With the use of expediting words within texting words, abbreviations have become a norm for younger people.

But, like our cultivation of plants, that over time, as the American Indians have done, with pollination, creating larger grains heads of corn, our words have changed and built associations to constructs in our past, just as we do, and we can see that we do because we all have personalities, and what are personalities made of but a collection of limited associative values, a separation from the whole, from what we all are as being the same, built of the same building blocks in reality. The ideas we have of ourselves as mind, these are just ideas in separation from that starting point of practical reality.

So, I want to look at two words; evangelical and condemn.

Evangelical really means to well announce. Condemn means to force down.

These are the movement units of these words, they describe a living movement - so to speak.

Somehow, as I have done and been taught, evangelical is associated with the church. This is really a processing spoke in the wheel when it comes to actual living, and one that pulls in all manner of associations, distracting one from the essence of the word.

Condemn, as its essence shows what happens when one uses a force and presses down, as opposed to up. Somehow, over time it has become associated with a negative value, as though one is condemning another, which is in a way, condemning a personality. I mean, classism is a form of pressing down on another that has not had the opportunity for development, a construct that exists because we have allowed a government that voices democracy, the supposed voice of the people, yet supports and upholds a financial system that is in form and function in opposition to democracy! 

So, our words, have changed in meaning through added meanings/values/collective-meaning/story over time, and given that we all come from various levels in our accepted pyramid scheme financial system, we will all have different associations to our words, because we will have different ideas and values coming up with each word.

I also had someone say to me that what is needed in this world is more brotherhood. The lack of brotherhood, could this be because we are all walking around in bubbles, mixed up in all this hi-storical reference, trying to find a match , an exact match to our associative stream of images that are really ill defined? This means that we are not going to find that perfect match, because no two people can occupy the same inch of earth, thus it is an impossibility.

This is why we must realize an equal starting point. That starting point must be what allows us to exist. The physical. The physical reveals what works and what does not work, it is the manifestation of life in FORM. It is creation. It is thus, the eye of the needle. And it is the one thing, our education, our religion, our cultures lead us away from, because if we realize that the physical is life information, than no one can place a viel over our eyes. I mean, where to hide that which is real? Right in front of us, right here.

If we walk around and speak as all these inference associations without realizing that we are doing this, then it is like we are constantly forcing our heavy square pegs into a round hole, again, and thereby not really communicating with anyone.

This is why we were told, we must become the living word. This means, considering, which in a way is changing our focus, to include the physical manifestation of creation, which is earth, here, we must “ force” ourselves to see and include physical reality as being the value, and then can we change and transform heaven onto earth. We are all the same, it is only that television in the mind that is separating us from reality. And that “ sins of the father” television is passed down “limited” values only. This has no real transformative value, it is a state of being that is a structural violence against life, consuming it, sucking the life from the physical as our HUEDman bodies. We are so filled with colors, as values, that we are in separation from what is the value, which is being/existing as physicality - a circle of building blocks that is how we manifest here as life. We can either decide to realize the physical must be respected and valued and worked with in ways that do no harm and allow the full potential of each part to self realize, or we can continue to hide in limited values as mind consideration only, until we destroy this world and start again, until we realize that we can go no further until we accept ourselves as being special because we are life information, which is physical and that each is us in another from, because we are all of the same substance. I mean, in so many ways it is a brilliant design, we must only accept it, and ground ourselves here.

Why do we not see this cognitive dissonance, this game of disassociation that is the cause of so much false dilemma? On some level we all know this. we see the spin of the mind because we are walking comparison, incessantly seeking like symbols through emotional values that comfort our own. Instead of seeking like emotional values, which are our compounded beliefs, why not forgive this and realize that the physical was here, grounding us if we would only accept this as the real value? That one little change within, that one little perceptual change would begin to build, to or more in my name, which is the physical, and this would begin to build real value, real support, and as such real living, where each would begin to become the living word. How much fun would that be? More than our televisions could ever ever ever convey!

Day 352 Methods of Division

One time I talked about Methodism. It was decided at the time that the name fit the crime. And crime it is.
The workers in England were drinking too much gin. The cause was that with the advent of gin, cheap alcohol was now available for the working/laboring classes. So, there needed to be a way to get this under control. Hence “ methodism”. It was a religious denomination to bring the inebriated laborers “ in line” and producing the goods for society.
Now this religious denomination is moving their way up in American culture. Or so they think. And I have had it said to me based on my cultural upbringing denomination, that they, the methodists “ work for their money”. I always wanted to laugh, but in this group, women are not supposed to laugh at men.
I also went to a few embassy parties in Switzerland. And I noticed that it did not matter so much the race, but the class, as within each race, the women more towards the “ top” of the pyramid were educated. They managed their weight better, moved with seemingly more ease, were more open and conversational. They could be Indian, or Spanish, or French or Turkish. It did not matter.
So the common thread was that the upper classes tended to educate their women and the lower did not.
Now an educated mother would tend to create a more stable environment, also because she would probably connect with a more educated man. Thus, financially the wholefamily life would be more stable, and thus the children would be more stable and exposed to a broader vocabulary. I have read, or heard that the intellectual capacity of the child is based on the education of the mother, generally, as the first seven years the child would normally spend time with the mother, as the father is usually out working. So, in general ( as there is also data within educational studies that if one takes the time to look, a non-educated parent can work with a child and learn with the child, and achieve the same results as those, that more than likely will do well in school because they came, from a background of higher level educated parents)
So, back to Methodism. The gender roles are very clearly defined and regulated. The woman serves the man, she cooks, she cleans, she keeps her mouth shut and defers to the man. This would not happen within a stable environment where the girl children were expected to get an education, to marry a man who was educated and thus raise children, as that girl child would need to be able to practice communication and conversation and also be treated more as an equal to feel secure and participate in discussion, as the very treatment of the girl and her own self esteem would need to be developed and made secure so that she could then raise children within a secure environment, and thus maintain the continued development of educated children.
If a women is raised within a “ lower ecelon” within a system of inequality, how would that suppression of her self esteem and intellectual development be maintained to ensure that she was not educated, not verbal, subservient and therefor undeveloped so that her children would become of the same caliber as herself, lacking in what she lacked?
One way is to create leveled religious denominations with specific gender and authority role play. This, becoming automatic with each succeeding generation, with each generating of children within the lack of development and thus the same or similar emotional and feeling natures, these a separation from self as life, unknown , unseen, consuming, to the point where these “ lacks” as separation, as parts made huge because they are not resolved, these would seek like “ state of separation as energy” as whine of separation, thereby as an individual action being expressions of woe, unrest and as a collective of like minded , “ conscious” methodic development within defined limitations , such would come together, gravitate towards one another and therefor perpetuating the same picture - emotional/feeling show again and again.
Therefor, it would make sense that despite race, one could meet a woman from another race and be able to converse with them at relative ease, immediately because the construct is the same.
This can vary by degree, and this can then be made huge, the slight variations by degree, and this difference made really big, a slight of hand by degree, and thus class exists,division within development based on ideas of role and gender, and within each level the status quo of the whole maintained. The separation that are so slight, and that reveal that the nature of man, the living expression of man, can be controlled by what is given and allowed and by what is not given, not allowed. And this means that there is something beyond the totality of all this withheldness varying by degree. This means that all of this must stop. It is a game of division that is the cause of all the abuse existent on earth. And what has been the part given, either a little or more than, is, all of it, not reality, it is so caught up in itself that it can no longer see what is real , here under our feet.
Yes, there are exceptions to these general rules I have outlined above. The point is that the rules are the limitations to the ability shown by the exception! The laws, as the ideas and beliefs within class are the limitations that are the cog in the wheel, that diminish awareness as the role as idea is made a self definition and touted to validate self within feeling like they are within a place but this is illusion as it is not self as life in being self in full potential. And the byproduct of this limitation of self as life absolutely are the existential excesses of abuse to the physical, as self, as actions of brutality to women, men and children, as sexual abuse, as substance/drug abuse, as alcohol addiction, as mental disease, as psychotic behaviors. One can never suppress, as what is suppressed will inevitable find a release, a reckless release, as there has been given no directive that takes the total life of each of us as humans into our full potential. The means are here, but this must be given as self by self to all, as anything that does not develop a human being fully is a crime against life, because this is life not being allowed to be.
This is why the prevention of abuse is the best cure of abuse, the end of the suppression of life as the human away from and as accepted and allowed limited self definitions within gender, class, race, nationality, education, color etc. as one being more than another, the parts being of a inter-dimensional system as consciousness as mind that accumulates within as expressions as energy, a lesser expression of self as life from being in equality and oneness with self as life realizing this same “ force: as life in all, being connected and one with it. A living proof of this would be the end of abuse, as what is equal in all would be realized as this substance as the sound of life, is the value. Thus to not see this is to be separate, as to see this would mean the end of dis-ease in life. Since there is so much dis-ease in life at present, here on earth, what we are, as what we believe, as what we speak, as what we create, as what we accept and allow on earth, as war, and rape and pollution, as poverty as neglect of children and animals and plants are indicators of our separation.
And this consciousness is a collection of relationships made huge without directive principle as awareness as self as life, manifest as the actual living of the words, give as you would life to receive, love your neighbor as yourself, respect life and it will respect you back. But first the mind as consciousness as the voices of comparison and fear of loss, of anxiety, of past events and playouts of superhero dreams as the power of suggestion via our movies and our fairy tales and our beliefs, opinions and ideas, brought forth and placed all around us by those who have managed to accumulate money, as in holding the principle and the resources, believing these can be owned and selling this idea to each of us, gathering up the space here in their self interested name and branding this everywhere using the fire of electricity in a glass tube, building “ test tube” babies as our minds with which we then dream our lives away never really living. We have accepted and allowed a matrix as consciousness as mind without and within. This a separation from life. The only way to see this is to stop the mind. And the mind can be stopped.
We are not living with life, with earth, with the physical world here. We are as a consequence rejecting life. The amount of abuse and pollution and destruction is a testament to our separation from life. And we are failing the test as this to prove ourselves worthy of life as we are not becoming equal to and as it.
Become yourself as life, listen to the eqafe interviews, inner views. The voices of those who consumed the dictates of the mind, as limited values constructed of past events and as inequalities and un-acceptances of life as self trying to resolve and justify separation and living as hope only, a dream of something better, when it is that life is here, right here, as it should be.
Stand up and support a system of equality to and as life as what we are, with Equal Money. Build an Equal Life foundation for earth. Realize the right to life and all the needs of the physical for all of this physical world must be met into and as the order of supporting life of which every person, and thing on this planet is as its nature and form in full expression the sound as self as the muse of life. it only means letting self be self here.

Listen to the After death interview of the person who died from being struck by lightning. Learn to see the shadow of your lesser self you have accepted and allowed yourself to be and become, this which occupies your life experience as how you believe you will survive. In the end, what will be realized within accepting this half measure of self, is that you have not survived life, as you have never accepted and allowed the gift of life to be you as what you are.

Day 214 Self commitment within back chat self validation

I commit myself to breathing, to remaining in and as breath, to stabilize myself in and as the physical, to move myself as life into stability here, equal and one to what i have allowed, as the mind, as the backchat in and as what validates myself as mind in separation from oneness and equality as self as life, here.
I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that the conversations, back chat, comments based on values of more than and less than, are evaluations within a game of survival where money determines life, and thus a validation of myself within polarities of fear of loss and hope for gain, where fear is met with a set of morals that support the presentation of myself based on what was taught within a system of inequality within the culture, family, society, educational system, religion in which I was born, where these more alls were taught to ensure my own survival, not seeing, realizing and understanding that what was real, was this actual physical world, as this is the real expression of life, which is what is actually here, where no real god would create anything but what is actually here, shared equally by all, as this is life, the very action of life, absolutely.
I commit myself to breathing and realizing that the back chat, as recitation of protection and defense, in and as my mind, are limited values in consideration of my own survival, and thus to be stood one and equal to, to realign this conflict back to self and to direct within the principle of what is best for all, in becoming the living word of and as the value being life.
I commit myself to seeing the polarities of thought as the back chat in and as my mind, as protection and defense of personalities as what I was taught to project as myself in creating what serves a hierarchy of more than and less than, that is in itself an abdication of life, as the dialogue in and as my mind is a communication of survival and thus ignores equal and one movement in and as myself as life with what is real, this physical world, where what is here is/has been built by the hands of men, thus this physical world is what is real and thus, within and as breath, awareness of this physical world means all there is, is facing this actual physical world and directing myself in common sense, in practicality, within interacting with what is best for all that is here on this earth.
I commit myself to realize the positive thoughts, desires , wants and needs, as words and pictures, ideas and perceptions in and as the mind are the positive value presented to hide the negative fear of loss in relation to what is immediate within my environment as accepted and allowed behaviors built to support a system of inequality, that hide the inferiority as a fear of loss within survival.
I commit myself to seeing, realizing and understanding that the back chat in and as my mind, protects and defends instead of looking to correct patterns within solutions to and towards what is best for all, to enable life to become a directive principle in and as being life, within absolute purpose as what is best for all is best for self where life becomes creation instead of this present system of destruction in ignorance of life, where the only choice is to realize that life is the value.
i commit myself to, in my case, worry about money, to investigate what will support myself to be able to support what is best for all, instead of allowing myself to go into back chat that directs myself within presentations of myself within personifications established through what would enable myself to survive as what was taught, as a means of comfort and survival and to stop these thoughts and redirect them into and as solutions, seeing, realizing and understanding that the choice is to stand within what is self directive as life as what is best for all.
I commit myself to instead of blame and self justification, to stop and to breath, and to investigate solutions through understanding patterns of behavior within and without, within the present system of inequality, to stand within what is best for all.
I commit myself to realize that back chat of seeking comfort, is myself wanting to hide and not stand and to stop and to simply investigate what is here, and what is needed to be walked within solutions that support life, as this is what is best for all.
I commit myself to realize that the back chat in and as my mind indicates the friction/conflict of separation that simply needs investigation towards what is actually physically here, and to direct this within what is best for all, thus a sense of “falling” and/or vertigo is myself within fear and not being directive within what is supportive which is understanding how this physical world functions, and taking the necessary steps to and towards what is best for all.
I commit myself to realize, see and understand that moving in self interest within survival, which is a system created through a belief that some can own freely given natural resources and thus placing money within a system where life must them be bought, is a crime against life, and thus unacceptable, as this is the outward manifestation of what I have accepted and allowed in not directing myself within self responsibility in equality and oneness with myself as life, equal and one to what supports me as life, which is the physical as this is the substance of life of which I am.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that participation in and as the mind is a validation of continues separation and not myself within and as the validation of myself as life, as I separate into values of less/loss and more/gain and stagnate within limitation instead of investigating what has been accepted and allowed in self abdication in and as what i am as the substance of life, here.

Day 176 The care of wanting immediate change

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to place myself into a drama of judgement when change does not happen immediately.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to judge myself as a failure when things do not change within a development desired immediately.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear remaining where I am without development happening immediately.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to wish for a change to happen, this being an admission to wanting a future to be here and not actually being here, looking at what is practically here, where things take time within this physical world and thus this idea of a miracle as though some magnificent change is going to happen is an illusion and is ignorance into and as what the process of change and development actually means within this physical existence.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear that a change is not going to happen just because it does not happen immediately.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that in becoming anxious about my own development within a change is a separation from practical reality and thus I am the cause of my own insecurity where by I am focused on the non-change happening and not actually being here using the time here to enjoy what is actually here as I become obsessive within judgement and fear in and as a belief that a change is not going to come because it has not immediately manifested.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to start picking and biting my nails when I become anxious within a change and/or development happening immediately.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that in wanting an immediate change I realize that my starting point was of expectation and when this as not met my fantasy crashed and I begin to doubt instead of being here, looking at what is here and realizing that the fairy tale idea in and as my mind did not include actual practical reality, thus I slow myself down, breath and self forgive ideas separate from practical physical reality, as the answer is here and not there in some projection/dream.

I commit myself to breathing, to slowing myself down, to forgiving myself to what i actually physically am here, and correcting myself within realizing how this physical world functions, and within this to look at what is actually existent on this physical world that reveals the ignorance of this physical world by the human who has become separate from this physical world, as the greed of men who desire more than another, which is all men, having developed a system of self interest and self religion composed of ideas , beliefs and opinions, in separation from what is actually real, physically here and thus ignore that the abuse on this earth and to self is the cause of discord on this earth which is eventually going to catch up to each and every one of us unless we wake up and realize that we, the human are, each and every one, the cause of the destruction on earth as we are not working with , one and equal to, this physical world as what is real, a world abused, in decay that is going to come to our doorstep, where waiting for someone else to stand is not going to work as it will take all of us to change this system of inequality as it is all of us that support it through inaction as well as action, both actions of allowance, as silence and inaction are not mechanisms of change.
I commit myself to slowing myself down and practically looking at what is here, to see, realize and understand that change is a process that requires actions, where consistent action manifests results, realizing that worry and fear are not the makers of change that is in awareness of what is actually here, where self is existing in self direction, self honesty and self responsibility, as a dream of the future is fantasy and not actually being here, equal and one with what is here, as it is only here than self development and self direction actually takes place as life existing equal and one.
