Day 562 The Nonsense Right In Front of Us.

It is astounding that while there is a water drought in California and an economic drought in Detroit disabling individual access to water, there are corporations sucking this resource needed to be life as water truck by truck by truck, using roads and infrastructure paying minuscule amounts in royalties and taxes, hiding this in offshore tax havens that use currency exchange rates and national tax loopholes to divide and conquer profit. This then, is held by a few companies that are the only ones with enough wealth accumulation to build munitions companies and purchase air time to  tell a story on the media that it is the local poor people fighting about who’s god is more real and who’s culture is the chosen culture and blaming this ignorance that was a consequence of economic suppression to the point where there was not a constant stable point of a solid education, housing, proper food and clean water to build a human being who could function without fear and in common sense, to which we come full circle because those people in Detroit are economically suppressed and in fear because of this and are not getting water which is a basic necessity, and the people in California are placed in restrictive water use and cannot make a living that enables them to afford and education, I mean the number of vets in California has dropped because no one can afford to take care of pets anymore! . And so it all spins around and around, and every part blames another part, and the power people pulling the strings of government, the extremes who used means to ignore these extremes and yet are an extreme themselves, are pointing the finger at welfare when these people pointing are recipients of the welfare of earth that is freely given!

None of this makes any sense, it is all nonsense. And yes, we are all zombies walking around in energetic picture shows as imagination completely separated from our own common sense that built the bubble of separation. If you slow down you can see the halo effect of this within, as the thoughts that spin around and around in and as your mind, that you so earnestly believe define you, you will see this.

So who generated what? Was it the building projections of separation within each that lead to the structure of the present system? It had to manifest from somewhere.

The solution to this is to have a Living income Guarantee from our natural resources, instead of allowing the money from this to flow into destruction as war and violence that are the same action of resource control to maintain a more than in the extremes that are called a new world order but are really the same world order moving into creating a third world of the whole world with tiny pockets of a first world that lives in excess and does not realize it is imprisoning itself and destroying the means of life from which it all came, which was the earth, the physical world. The physical world has been here, giving of itself day after day, visible, and what man has used to generate what is here, right in front of us, while that imaginary world of a figure as a god, has never been seen but in someone’s imagination, as a picture show, like a television. If we think of television, what is more real, television or that physical system using electrons? Does that television pay the bills or water the plants or feed the dog? No. 

If we can fit the population of he world into a state the size of Texas, and we can use just a tiny square of earth to build enough alternative energy systems to garner enough energy for our needs then this present system need not exist, it is only existing because humans hold it in place based on a very limited morality within as pictures as memories accumulated from a past within this same nonsense system and are walking around with a constant television in and as our minds.

This is nothing new, it has been said that we must stop our minds. And it is nothing new that usury moves principle value of physical things into the control of the lender, I mean this is what happened in Rome thousands of years ago, and it seems that there are many Jews, who have not changed one bit because they are doing the same, eliminating what does not support their idea, their televised mental ideology that they are the chosen. Chosen for what? I mean what does that mean?  It is nonsense because if a bomb dropped on them, the outcome would be the same as the outcome for the Palestinians, no difference,  they are the same.

This world should be one of an order that all things are cared for and allowed all potential within to manifest because this would create a world where the machine as the physical, as the parts would be working together, all electrons flowing in balance, every atom ringing in balance. This physical world should be THE picture show, one that would be a sensation that answered to all of self as life, where there would be no need for fear, no need for substances to inebriate and dull the senses, no obsession with sexuality and instead connection that allowed balance and creation using our ability to sense form and our ability to divide and measure in ways that do not harm and as such build the manifestation of life as physical information in ways we have not been able to imagine, so limited and dull are we within as a morality show of beliefs as an very limited ideology ( idea logic only) that one physical formation is more than another, when they are not.

We must stand and at the moment open some gates to have the wealth from resources as money flow to each, taking our soldiers, for example and arming them with tools to build many different alternative energy systems all the while maintaining the ones we have until they can be changed. We can diminish the water we are using for unnecessary things and move the wealth as money from this to each to at least remove the economic stress that builds fear instead of our creative ability when standing in common sense because we are at ease. We can move so many who do not have jobs, to begin taking care of animals, getting the animals out of the stalls of torture as what such limited confinement is. We can organize, using technology, to get water where it is needed in the world, using our planes and our trains until everyone on earth as a human being is stable within their basic needs. This would allow so many mothers to care for their children and  end  the hyper sexualization that is another drug to avoid facing reality. A real sense of release and ease can only be found in being constant in focus with the actual physical world, expressing oneself in a constant manner, directly with the physical. We have the technology, we have the men. We have so many men who cannot shoot the guns they are given because they sense, as that part of them that is life, that killing is unacceptable. If the men in military alone would stand together and say no more, and the teachers of this world stood together and said no more, along with the parents, this world, this present system could transform in a very short period of time. We need only stand, and create a system through politics that gives as we would want to receive, by giving each and every person on this planet, enough money to ensure they can have what is necessary for the physical as the human to have clean water, shelter, education and food.

The whole structural resonance of the world would change in a short period of time.  Each person would begin to feel a burden being lifted from their hearts, each parent would begin to see a glimmer of that promise they could initially sense in the children when they were young begin to come forth, each human so immersed in stress would begin to see the sun and the moon, the animals and the trees swaying like the water in the ocean. Each couple would begin to see more than the anger as the fear projected onto their spouse, each  person driven by an obsession would begin to sense the the lack of fulfillment their obsession brings, each person would for a moment stand and weep away the fear and ask, “ what have we accepted and allowed, how could we have lost sight of life and not respected this gift?” 

We decide, each and every one. Humans have a mind consciousness system that carries the images of what we accept and allowed physically within and as us as mind. These images can accumulate and replay over and over again. I think of medieval paintings of so called “ saints” that have a halo floating above their heads. Have we made the mind more than the physical?

Are these soldiers that carry their actions with them as imagery, as mind, haunted by their past as their memories are what actions they accepted and allowed in a world where there are limited choices within providing a means to have access to money to provide food, shelter, clean water and education for their families?

Is what we allow without accumulating within, which means there is no escape for what we each have allowed on earth? Is the covering of what is allowed done within ignoring what is actually happening on the ground and/or creating a wall of separation from this abuse through reiterating so-called positive thinking, which is just placing a sugar layer on top of what has not been cleaned up as the negative consequence of initial lack of awareness/respect for what is real as the actual physical world? Thus, the ignorance remains as the accepted and allowed abuses, where no manner of gloss as ideological “ good” diminishes the fact as the consequences remain both physically and within as imagery?

There is no denial that what desteni is saying is or is not true, when we have soldiers that are living everyday what the point of what desteni is saying in actual fact:  that we carry an imagination of what we have done as how we have moved on this earth with us, and that eventually our choices catch up to us and consume us as that underlying abuse gets louder and louder, and no manner of drugs, or at present systemic mental health can remove this.

Each of us must do this for ourselves, and we must all forgive what has collectively been accepted and allowed as the present system and create a system that respects and supports all life including all of the very fabric of the physical as life, as life is the value.

What is done is done. Crying over spilt milk as the saying goes does not clean up that spilt milk. Expecting someone else to do it is not a solution, this is waiting and not wanting to face what has been accepted and allowed by humans.

No matter where you are and what you do, as you remain in place, stand and support a system that realizes the value is life, and the actual real physical world is the fabric of life and as this, it is the only way through to becoming equal to life, as existing in an imagination of horror is not life; it is the road map of our separation - this separation the cause of the conflict.

And so the separation from what is real, as the physical is lost.

We can learn to realize ourselves as mind and equalize this back into a common sense of physical reality. As we do this within we clean up our separation. To do this, we must also practically walk what supports the physical world absolutely. Once decided this will be much easier than we realize, because the physical that is right in front of us, will reveal what works and what does not support us. Many have investigated solutions, yet many of these solutions are withheld, because they do not serve what has become systems that we all depend on for money that we all know do not serve us as life, yet we fear not having a job to survive. This web must be allowed to change. No one can really own our national resources, they belong to life.

Changing the system to one that gives all a Living Income Guarantee, will allow us to  slow down, investigate, reform, organize, and all the while continue to move ourselves as what we have built as structures and to transform these into what does no harm. Thus not all that we have built is so called “ bad” but much of the structure can be used as is.

One example, are the many hands of men within our military, it is an organized group that can carry out actions that build supportive infrastructure that then leads to more self responsible governance, where all understand how the physical works and our ability to organize. In reality, that physical action is as important as that action of looking at a picture of something in terms of organizing pictures of measure as what administration is and does, one is not more than another, both are acts of measure to order this physical world. We have allowed one to be more than another, which is the separation from common sense of life as the physical. It is time to end this game of judgement causing abuse because it ignores common sense, this being the realization that the physical is the starting point of life, not what is the mind.

Start walking yourself back into equality and oneness as the physical. Self forgive the separation into a mind consciousness system that is the image and likeness of our separation into judgement, where a polarity game of good and bad becomes the measure of us, instead of equality and oneness to the gift of life as the physical. The physical is a story and a real “ game” meaning a real multi-sensory experience that is so much greater than any video game, than any fairy tale - so to speak. We need to discover what this means, because humans have lived as mind for so long no one can remember what this actually is, so great is our separation.

A major disconnect from reality within the existent system, which means it is time to change the system to one that supports life, as the following information clearly indicates that what we are accepting and allowing does not in fact support life.

We are living in an age of upside-downs, where right is wrong, fiction is truth and war is peace. Those who fight the wars are subjected to their own house of mirrors via pharmaceutical "treatments." Instead of providing U.S. soldiers and veterans with actual health care, the government throws pills at them and calls it "therapy."

Stimulants, antidepressants, anti-psychotics, sedatives and pain meds are the new "fuel" for America's front-line forces. While the idea of sending medicated soldiers into battle was unthinkable just three decades ago, today it's the status quo. And the cost in human lives has never been more tragic.

Here are 25 disturbing facts about psych drugs, soldiers and suicides. They are disturbing because everybody seems to be pretending there is no link between psychiatric drugs and soldier suicides. So soldiers and veterans keep dying while the Pentagon (and the VA) keep pretending they don't know why. (Sources are listed at the bottom of this article.)

1) 33% of the U.S. Army is on prescription medications, and nearly a quarter of those are on psychotropic drugs

2) In 2010, the Pentagon spent $280 million on psychiatric drugs. That number has since risen.

3) There are now over 8,000 suicides each year by U.S. soldiers and veterans; that's over 22 a day

4) 33% of those suicides are attributed to medication side effects

5) That means medications are killing more U.S. soldiers and veterans than Al-Qaeda

6) 500% more soldiers abuse prescription drugs than illegal street drugs

7) Under the Obama administration, the number of veterans waiting for VA care has risen from 11,000 in 2009 to 245,000 today

8) More active duty soldiers die from suicide than from combat: 349 dead last year

9) The number of prescriptions for Ritalin and Adderall written for active-duty soldiers has increased 1,000% in the last five years

10) For every active-duty service member who dies in battle, 25 veterans die by suicide

11) Only 1 percent of Americans have served in the Middle East, but veterans of combat there make up 20% of all suicides in the United States

16) In the years since the Iraq War began, twice as many soldiers of the Texas Army National Guard have died of suicide than in combat

19) Most active-duty soldiers who take psychiatric medications consume a combination of three to five prescriptions

20) The use of prescription medications by active-duty soldiers is largely unregulated. Soldiers are given a bottle of meds and sent into combat. If they run out of meds, they are given a refill, no questions asked.

21) The mainstream media says the answer to lowing suicides of veterans is to take away their guns so that they cannot shoot themselves. This is the logical equivalent to trying to fix your car's engine by removing the "check engine" light.

22) The Pentagon is initiating new research (in 2013) to try to figure out why psychiatric medications cause soldiers to commit suicide. The research involves tracking brain activity by attaching electrodes to the skull.

23) One-third of military suicides are committed by soldiers who have never seen combat

24) In the last year, the military wrote over 54,000 prescriptions for Seroquel to soldiers, and all those prescriptions were "off label," meaning the intended use has never been approved by the FDA as safe or effective.

25) Dr. Bart Billings, a retired Army Colonel and former military psychologist, refers to psychiatric drugs as a "chemical lobotomy" for soldiers.

What I find the most telling within the following article, to which I thank Mike Adams, is the amount of money made from the use of these detrimental drugs, of which our present system uses tax payer dollars to finance. Thus, we, the people, are allowing and accepting the finance of this suicide with the children of this country, to fight a war that is about resource control that is then owned privately without any improvement and often detriment for the peoples in the countries from which the resource is forcibly taken, and taken in such a way that the earth from which it is taken is rendered toxic and all of this with impunity.
I attend a town meeting in my small town. The committee denies responsibility for anything, always saying they have to follow the laws, and when questioned it is always the next committee in the line up of the process to get something done, that is responsible. And meanwhile, the primary statute in the state law is to ensure the common good of the people before profit, and that this law supersedes all subsequent laws, as the people can do what ever they want to ensure the common good. Somehow this “idea” is so abstract that it is unfathomable. To actually look at what is physically here and to realize within this direct connection to the earth and the physical existence and what is best for this, cannot be seen through all the laws and words and layers existent on paper, despite what is happening right here under our very eyes.
This means that the disconnect from reality is caused by each of us, which means that each suicide committed by a soldier is the fault of each of us, every American, because we are allowing this system to exist. The members of Congress have no connection to the abuse, and if anything are ensuring that they never will, as is seen by the growing dividebetween the have’s and the have not’s in America. And there are people out there who believe that that uneducated person is un-educated because they simply did not go to school, when they did not have the financial means to attend school, and the MO of the present educational system does not meet the learning ability of humans who are not able to memorize, and need a tangible way of learning about how things function, as not everyone can memorize endless amounts of data. And given this scenario, perhaps the ones who memorize so well, lack a connection with physical reality, as obviously, the ones who memorize and thus become the leaders in our society, have not in fact found solutionsthat allow support of life. Thus memory ability is not what creates a world where life is supported. Memory is walking data, with no connection to what is real, with no ability to actually see the effects of our actions onto the existent life on earth.
Thus the solution;
is a system that allows all life on earth to have basic needs met, which means an education that connects all on earth to life, to what supports life, which is this physical reality. Such a system is Equal Money Capitalism, to take what we have as a system that turns the value of resource to support life onto a piece of paper as money, and to share that money in such a way that all have access to what is needed to live, actually physically live in dignity. What we have allowed is unacceptable and must stop.

The rewards are the end of what is contained in this list above. It is the end of war, it is the end of suicide, it is the end of raping the earth with impunity, it is the end of starvationand poverty, child abuse, sexual abuse, animal abuse.
It is the end of entertainments broadcast all over the earth that consume attention away from our actions, to allow a few more than.
It is the end of what is obviously a very limited existence.
It is like we have built this spiders web, and we think that without this web we will fall, when it is the exact opposite, the web is the sum of all fears, the fears are the falling, and the seeming endlessness is the starting point of us all, is the eternal, and it is not what it seems, it is not something we are going to fall into, it is the starting point, and it is here from where we can, with and as the physical world, direct ourselves.

The rewards of equality, of realizing life as the value and thus supporting all life is an earth that meets heaven, that becomes one and equal as life here, all life, no separation into an alternate reality and this one. It is the actions of the humans, as mind, as consciousness that is the separation from equality as life, from heaven on earth. It is the ignorance of the physical world that is the separation from life. Thus, the reward in realizing life as the value, in realizing we have the answers to what will birth life equal and one with and as heaven, is to support all without fear of loss, as support of all life, to move as what is considerate of all life, to enact what is best for all, what is for the common good. What we allow at present is profit before life. There is no “before “ life, what we have is “before” life, a system that is standing right “before” the gift of life, ignoring it and it is right here, right in front of us.
The reward is being able to give what is best for all. What else is there?

Day 119 The solution is an Equal Money System

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that there is some one person, some god, some”entity” out there some where that is going to come and solve all my problems which are actually just self inflicted and imposed through the acceptance and allowance of a debt based system where money is given value as what determines who lives and who dies by the hands of a few.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that the present system exists through the acceptance and allowance of the collective, where responsibility has been given to systems that are controlled by a few, as this has been accepted and allowed by the collective, and thus I as myself have no awareness of what and who I am, as I have allowed myself to be indebted through money printed by a few at their own discretion, where the amount of money within the system can be pulled out to force loss and thus gain for the few, where the desire for control by the few characters whose character is a desire for power and power alone and thus can no longer see, realize and understand that the value is life, as they are possessed and obsessed with power.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that interest lending is a game of monopoly, where the outcome is as the name suggests, the mono against the poly, where the end game is for the mono to force their means and ways of control as a sport in and as a belief that they must compete for power, to become more than another, when the real “more “ is the value of life as what is real and equal in each and every one of us, within this, this real value that is life, the earth provides and gives freely as this earth is the gift of life and thus exists without signature of ownership, as what is value is life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that in creating a system of economic enslavement, as debt, controlled by a few, the same few who sign their names to what is here - an illusion we all accept and allow- the collective are allowing and accepting a monopoly where the mono/few will direct the poly/many and thus will I have abdicated my self as life to the one, and not realized the gift of life as myself as life here, one and equal to all that exists.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that the gift of life is here in and as the physical, the substance of life, giving myself the ability to realize myself as life, as being one and equal to all that is here, where there is no ascension coming to some other planet, no rescuing angel coming to take me away to some supposed greater existence, as what is real is life, here in and as the physical world here, a gift, as the value as what is real, where the only real supposed “ascension” is to become life, right here, in realizing that I am a being in a human physical body, a tool to realize myself as life, this gift given in and as this physical world, as I am a creator as life, yet I have handed this over in and as an abdication of myself as life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that my self as the mind is my separation and my fear in standing up and taking responsibility as my self as life, the gift that need not be feared as it is life, here.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the system of debt is what I have done within and as myself as life, where I have given myself over to a directive, a shadow, an image, an idea that is self created, that is a reflection of my fear where I allow and exist indentured to a secondary directive instead of being one and equal to myself as life here, as this is what I am, as this is what supports all, as what is here cannot exist without itself as life, thus I am abdicating myself as life, and allowing and accepting a system of more than and less than, in and as money, as I have allowed myself to judge myself as being more than and less than in abdicating myself as life, as what is the substance of myself here.

I forgive myself for not seeing, realizing and understanding, through breathing, to stop within and as myself and to see how the mind is like a spinning picture/feeling/recording movie/book of images and past memories of what I have judged as not one and equal to me as life here, not realizing that what I am as mind, as this spinning halo of stories, is my separation and thus un-acceptance of myself as life, myself denying myself as life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that in common sense life would gift life, as that is the value.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that I as the human have accepted and allowed the abuse that exists to animal, plant and earth as I can no longer sense the life that is here, as all I have become is a broken record of my fears in abdication of myself as life, in and as what the mind consists and exists as through the projection of thoughts, emotions and feelings, where i have not actually stopped and looked in common sense of what is physically here and have instead allowed and accepted systems to define myself here, and the definition as what is on this earth is unacceptable, as all it is is the very manifestation of the human abdicating itself as life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that all the me=more-ies are myself wanting to be more, wanting to actually be life, yet I have allowed myself to be directed through separation and not realize that I am life and thus I am able to be self directed in and as, one and equal to, this physical world.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that I have lost my ability to actually see, realize and understand this physical world and only exist in and as fear for my own survival where I am accepting and allowing a system that cares only for profit and not life, in and as money determining who lives and who dies.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that there are many people standing up and realizing this system of inequality, and enslavement, there are soldiers who will not shoot, the are health practitioners who realize that vaccines are in fact not about health, there are ex money traders where I live who have personally told me that the money system was all about making as much money as possible without any consideration for life, there are local fire departments sending out letters asking for a fireman;s relief fund where it is not realized that in sending out letters to the people, they are in fact stating that the systems that exist are not supporting life, yet what is believed within this is that this entity as the fireman, must just support themselves, not realizing and understanding, standing back and looking at the whole, and asking the question as to why they must ask the people outside of the system for financial support as being a clear indication that this system is in fact NOT supporting life, where even the firemen realize that a widow of a fireman lost in a fire, is in fact life an therefor needs to be supported, where the solution is to stand for a system that in fact takes what is here, and organizes it to be what it is, life supporting life and not something that can be owned by a few to make themselves me-more-I-es, an illusion that is in separation from what is one and equal within and as all of us here, as life , the value.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that stepping out of my accepted and allowed thought structures will cause a sense of fear, as I deconstruct the limitations as what I have accepted and allowed to be what is real, that this will seem like I am falling and thus I will react in fear, will have a feeling - which I will believe to be real- that something about changing myself is somehow “not right” when all it is is that I am having to reconstruct myself and consider my own accepted and allowed  beliefs, opinions and ideas, where I was taught these  ideas, beliefs and opinions by those who came before me, those who also grew up within a system of inequality and self abdication in and as life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that when I am in fear, I am within friction in and as my human physical body, as this is myself in separation of myself as life, as separation from life would create a feeling of friction, as separation, as it is not whole, as self as life is one and equal to what it is that is the substance of what is here that is the support as what we are in fact, life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand the common sense of this.

I commit myself to breathing, to seeing, realizing and understanding that I am life, and my mind , as the memories in and as my past were developed as what i am, as images, within a system of inequality to life, and thus I have never known myself as life, yet I can see that something has been lost as I age and find it harder to remember things, harder to move my human physical body, as what I have accepted and allowed as the personality and character in and as myself is my survival suit within a system that does not develop myself as life, one and equal as what I am in fact, thus must I decompose what I have accepted and allowed and reform myself as what I am, one and equal to myself as this human physical body, bring myself back from all the separated parts as myself as character and realign myself to what is real, this physical world which is life, where the opposite of ascension - so to speak - must take place, I must descend back into the physical to birth myself as life, to accept this gift of life, this physical world, the one thing being controlled is the thing that is what is real, that is the value, that is life, that is the gift, here.

I commit myself to realizing myself here as life, to bring myself back to what is real, this physical world, and to realize that there is no ascension, that the gift is here, right in front of me, where a system of inequality would promote an idea that life is somewhere else, as this allows control and that will create a separation and thus a mono and a poly, where a few have comfort and the poly struggle to survive.

I commit myself to seeing, realizing and understanding that the entertainment presented by the mono is not interested in myself discovering myself as life, even though it is obvious as nothing cannot exist without life and that what entertainment shows is what I am accepting and allowing myself to spin around within and as , as the very separations I accept and allow, as though I am trying to validate my own separations, and as they are not real, I need a constant “fix” of them to keep them going and thus I am never at ease, one and equal as myself here, as what i am which is life.

I commit myself to realizing that the health care system is not about health, as this would end the game of the mono and the poly.

I commit myself to realizing that the present education system is not about developing awareness of this physical world as this would end the game of the mono and the poly.

I commit myself to see, realize and understand that small collectives of like activity, such as the fireman’s relief fund, though supportive of life, will not end and solve the problems of no support, as they are not standing up and looking at the totality of the system and the nature of the system of debt and economic slavery ( this that needs those to fall off the board to maintain a fear of loss to keep the rest from changing) and realize that it is this system of money that is what does not support life here and thus must be what is changed, and that sending out letters begging for support is in the interest of a select few and will not solve the problem, and does not consider others who are in similar situations where they have no support, thus to ask the individuals within the community for support as a small entity, is not supportive of life and will not change what needs to be changed which is this system in totality.

I commit myself to supporting a change to a system of equality, as an equal money system, where no letters need to be sent out begging for money for survival on and earth of plenty, as an Equal Money System.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to create a hollywood movie in and as my mind about everything in and as my life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that all the movies as stories in and as my mind are a coloratura of a belief, opinion and idea of more than, in separation from what is actually physically here, where these embellishments are made real, and the actual physical world is ignored, where the actual physical has more embellishments and coloratura than any mind imagery could possibly “en-vision” in and as my mind.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have created mind movies and stories to support myself here, as I was afraid of here and within this actually became a “raid” of here, as taking from that which was forgiving, as what I am, and using this to hide in a separate reality, as a separation, from directing myself in and as, one and equal to, what was here as myself, this physical world.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that many of the movies in and as my mind where/are of hope, where I sought a dream of success and accolade by and with my imaginary audience, following the dictates of a world that glorified in bright lights fame and FORTUNE, meaning the accumulation of money to survive.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see that in maintaining this alternate reality, mind movies as what motivated myself to move here within this physical reality, I denied myself myself as life and thus denied myself one on one interaction with all of myself as all that is here, as all that is here is an expression of life, one and equal to me, and thus different parts of myself as varied and more fluid than any alternate reality limited and stagnant mind imagery.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that in allowing myself to exist as my mind, I abdicated myself as life to singular two dimensional energetic dream land imagery and thus began chasing an idol and left all the joy of myself as life, depressed and suppressed, confined and sequestered into and as a tiny coffin as a box of shadows, composed of emotions and feelings and thoughts, a web of strings woven with worry beads of memories, from which I pulled experiences from my past to direct my future, all the while ignoring what was actually here in and as this physical world of which I am one and equal to here as this is myself as life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the self forgiveness, writing, and corrective application process, as the DIP course offered by desteni is to clean up this alternate reality, to bring myself as life back to what is real, this physical world, to stop the mind imagery from taking the life in and as me, where I end up committing suicide as this is what all dis-ease - as dis-ease is separation from life- in fact actually is.

i forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see realize and understand that in being a desire I am in ignorance of this physical world, as no real “god” would deny life, and thus is life here, all that is needed is here, it is only an idea that I desire, where this very idea as desire is used within this accepted and allowed profit based system to create and build an army of followers for the few who have developed characters that allow them to take all that is here for their mind alternate reality existence manifestation, and everything else that is here is made to serve the alternate reality movies and stories of the few, where this is not even this “elite”  ( those whose energetic lights have full feeding resource for their “lights” - lol)  groups real self expression as life, themselves not existing in and as the full capacity of themselves as life in and as the real joy of life as life is oneness in equality, as this is what will bring heaven on earth.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand  that denying the physical world is the ultimate racism, where the human knows that racism is a survival-defense mechanism on a grand scale, where one color is pitted against another, this being used and enflamed to allow a few alternate reality movies and stories to sit in luxury and watch their dream performances in physical comfort, while they are slowly diminishing to come to the same point of death as the mind alternate reality when the physical can no longer support the alternate mind reality movie.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that within myself, allowing and accepting myself to feel sad about this is myself as belief in and as sadness, and not myself being here, one and equal to what I am, the physical, in absolute equality and oneness, where the strings of separation, as the strings of accumulation , where I have depressed myself into and as emotion, thoughts and feelings that are separate from what is actually here, as this physical world is the real instrument of life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that this is too hard to decompose, these collected experiences in and as emotions and feelings collected into an album in and as a collection of characters developing a personality with which I project what it is that I am onto this world in order to survive within a system of inequality demanding subservience to limited ideas, belief, and opinion to allow a few a fully air conditioned, plush movie theater to view their movies composed of their past, where sex is needed and turned into an expression of release of built up energy and no longer the self here, expressing self as life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that my emotions, thoughts and feelings are my collection of beads I spin in and as my mind, my religion bracelet,  bought and utilized to keep me within a limited system to profit/survival, in separation of myself as life, as myself as the physical, as how I have allowed my physical self to direct myself as life here, where the outcome is dis-ease resplendent as what is presently existing on this earth, an existence of myself in separation from myself as life, as breath, as being one and equal as this physical world.

Within this, I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not realize that any desire of gain is myself in separation, as in wanting more, I am not one and equal to what is actually here as what is here is life, as myself.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not realize that all jealousy, spite, blame is myself defending my own separations, defending my own imaginary world, my own stories, my own movies.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize I am a character of fearing attack.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that I am constantly being attacked.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have movies in and as my mind of the potential of attack by a race, by another cultural ideology, by what my neighbor believes to be what is more than, by what my family believes to be more than, by what men believe to be more than.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize that within this I am defending what I believe, remaining stagnant within an idea and not looking at what is actually physically here and directing myself within common sense that we are all same, and thus what is best for all is the only choice, as this sameness of life, where the values - as belief , opinion and idea, are - are simply this, a different color, no single one greater than the other.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that I am only being attacked if I allow myself to be, as this is myself defending instead of being one and equal to the principle of what is best for all, as what is best for me, is best for all, as I am one and equal as life, to all, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not realize that a survival/profit based system, grabs all resource for the gain of the few, thus within this system on this world, takes all support and defense away from many, leaving them to suffer in a world where there is plenty, as enough to support the life that is here exists.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that 52% of the American GDP is used on defense instead of as support for life, which is leading to a dis-eased existence for what is on this planet, and thus, I as myself, with the resources being pulled towards defense for the few to profit, am as an American becoming economically depressed - which is what war and defense is really about which many soldiers are now standing up and saying is unacceptable and where many soldiers cannot participate within as most soldiers on the battle front are unable to shoot directly at their supposed opponents and thus what the system does is create an indirect video game out of war by creating drones where men sit in a box on a distant continent and shoot at civilians that are basically in the way of the resource, and then these same men playing essentially what appears to be a video game, go home to their children as though their children are greater than other children, when these same men do not even understand where they come from and leave this understanding up to some imaginary god they have never seen.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the same system that builds the guns within this world, which must be the top 1% of this world that owns all resources, and thus know full well where they want their guns sent, as war is about resource acquisition despite life,  needs the support of men, and as men, it is up to us to stand and realize conflict and war are not life, so easily seen and understood in the fact that most men in war are unable to shoot directly at their supposed opponent as they realize that all that is here is life, and it is only greed that is the creation of defense.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that I have been programmed by a system of greed, creating an illusion of lack.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding my own defenses based on beliefs , opinions and ideas, where what I believe I can lose is the illusion.

I commit myself to remaining in and as breath, and as I walk my day, to step out of the character of believing myself to be attacked, and to practice addressing the belief in attack by others, to practice speaking within and as breath in common sense of what is best for all, visible in myself and/or the other relaxing within themselves almost like a sense of relief to no longer have to support what is known as a temper tantrum of gain in separation of what is real.

I commit myself to breathing with every step here, to self realize oneness in equality with and as this physical world.

I commit myself recognizing my own line of defense characters and stepping out in union with breath to no longer participate in protecting a personality, as a persona is a projected and accepted movie of self in separation from life.

Day 70 Suppression of common sense begins in childhood

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see realize and understand that as a child my own common sense what rejected and ignored.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not realize that in “shutting down” my own common sense I lost the ability of myself to communicate.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand , that there is no common sense within this world and what I am as what I have become to fit into a world that does not consider and respect and work with this physical world, is a reflection of the shutting down of my own common sense that happened over the number of years it took for me to become an adult, and that the adult I have become is devoid of common sense.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear using my common sense for fear that I will be ignored and attacked as this is what happened to me as a child, and thus this memory is  based in fear of attack attached to myself resonantly as I am programmable, as self one and equal to an awareness of this physical world as what I am as life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear being myself for fear I will not survive in a world that attacked me, as I was a child and it was believed I had no sense, when this does not make sense as children can rapidly learn things, more so than the supposed “developed” adult.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not realize that what I was seeing happening to the young girls who were models in NYC when I was a teenager, was their common sense being shut down as they stepped into and as a limited design in and as the “perfect” looking woman, as a role, trying to fit into the media image idea of what a woman “sould” herself as to survive, as common sense does not fit into a system that only serves profit for the few.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the soldiers committing suicide, one a day at this time, are doing so as they are being forced to go against their own common sense of life, and thus of their equality to all life, where they have been lead to believe that they are not fulfilling the perfect male “dominator” role and thus are a failure to their country, a country of politicians and corporations composed of people who allow and support the rules dictated through their participation, saying they are just doing their job and not realizing that it is the actions of each and everyone of us that create the “water the fish swim in” as what this society has become in totality - a society in separation from a common sense of this physical world.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that our soldiers are in conflict with their own common sense as life and the “G.I. Joe” image and likeness they played with as children, a doll sold to practice the boy into being sould to a system that supports the flow of money to a few and to being a limited means of making a living - as this is all that is offered- while all this effort and development could just as well be used to provide clean drinking water for this world, to provide the means to live a dignified life where children are allowed to become adults in full capacity of their common sense, an existence of heaven on earth, where fathers could actually spend time with their children without the stress and anxiety of financial indebtedness hanging over their heads and causing the manifestation of anxious behavior.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting a system that continues  an existence of war when the sons of this earth are committing suicide, a clear indication that life is not being supported.

I forgive myself  for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that not only is it a crime to go into another country and kill children to obtain freely given earth resources, but that it is also a crime to send the sons of this earth into killing fields to become puppets to a few who believe they have a right to more than that which is one and same as them, all that exists on this earth that is life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the children and wives of these men committing suicide are left to a world that cannot explain why suicide exists as all common sense has been shut down, where if one really has a look at this, suicide is a clear indication that this system existent on earth is not supporting life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see realize and understand that the suppression of myself is the suppression of life, and that what I am being taught by this present system, as evident with the existence of suicide on this earth, is not what develops and supports what it is that I am, which is life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that until suicide no longer exists on this earth, life is not what is being lived on this earth.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that when some man with a degree tells me that the suicide of my husband is not my fault, this supposedly educated person is only giving sympathy, and not telling me anything of any value or explanation as to why suicide exists.

I forgive myself  for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that the very existence of myself as not being able to explain suicide is my self telling me that there is no explanation, as suicide is the very manifestation of a lack of common sense as what this present system on earth is in fact, and as how the human has not been allowed to develop in common sense, thus what exists on this earth is a system of limited design, and not of common sense.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize that a child is gentle and giving and thus perhaps this is the nature of the human as life, where within and as this nature is the ability to learn rapidly, and thus this ability would be the presence of a child in and as common sense, as common sense is the ability to sense this world to a greater degree than what that child turns into as an adult, where the adults of this world serve a system of limited design, and thus become an e(nergy)go that serves a system that obviously does not support life, as if life were supported, there would be no starvation, no rape, no suicide, no child sex trafficing, no disease, no  ADHD, no cancer, where all of these things are growths of destruction and SUPPRESSION of life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see , realize and understand that advertising spends billions of dollars a year to influence the public, and that they continue to do so because it works, tells me that the human is programable and thus, the stories and images all over the media are doing the same, and thus everything that is propagated by the media is the dis-focusing of common sense, thus must the billions of dollars a year continue to be spent in order to keep the separation from and suppression of self as life, as self in common sense of life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that my obsessions and addictions are one and the same to what is plastered all over this earth by media.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize see and understand that the only way out of this separation from life as what this system allows is to change this system to one that supports life where the answer is  “to give as you would like to receive,” as does this earth.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to sit down and look at how much of the federal budget is spent on war, how much is spent on alcohol, how much is spent on advertising alone and to realize that this could be spent on supporting life, thus is there no excuse for not implementing a basic income grant to support life first, where it would soon be discovered that crime would come to an end, that many of the abusive behaviors that exist are caused by accepting the unacceptable simply to survive and that this must be done to stop the sons of man from committing suicide.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize that soldiers committing suicide is the child unable, in common sense , to support and maintain the accepted and allowed world system of profit/greed and survival.

I forgive myself for not allowing myself to see, realize and understand that this system of greed and profit is so indifferent to life that it sends the sons of man onto battlefields to clean up bombs made of depleted uranium where it is known that this substance will lead to a horrible death as this uranium is radioactive.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that this same depleted uranium is subtly labeled as “depleted” to misinform and lead astray as it suggests that somehow it is no longer uranium.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to research what this depleted uranium is doing to the children being born in the areas where this depleted uranium was used and all in the name of grabbing resources to support the existence of a few on the top of a pyramid that need not exist, as this earth is able to support life in dignity for all.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that I accepted and allowed the rush of energy that leads to obsession and possession, all of which is one and the same as myself as I became and desired to be the image and likeness as that which is promoted by the media and advertising.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize that I have allowed myself to separate myself from my common sense and thus suppressed myself as life, thus am I as much to blame as the people on the top of this pyramid, and thus the only solution is to deconstruct this pyramid by standing up and supporting a system of equality - an Equal Money System and/or a Basic Income Grant, which can only be done through coming together as a group and developing a majority to stand and place, through a vote, a system that supports life as the value, to remove the evil - living eye as a centralized power that suppresses self directive autonomy, as self is capable of when common sense is allowed to develop as what the human is as life.

I commit myself to showing the human how programmable the human is through revealing what has been accepted on this earth to the extent the human no longer can fathom any other existence than what has been propagated.

I commit myself to revealing that the desteni i process is about deprogramming what is resonantly held within and as the human physical body that is the self separated into and as energy, where the energetic addiction has consumed all the focus of the human, to the point where it is believed that nothing else exists and to the point where many of our children can no longer read.

I commit myself to practice standing in common sense, again and again and again , no matter how many times I fall, until it is done, until there is heaven on earth.

I commit myself to pointing out how advertising spends billions to indoctrinate and enslave to energetic fixes that need constant sustenance to survive, where the movies and words in all media, including the stories sould are essentially the same thing, as that the media is paid for by those who have control of money and thus what is propagated by media is configured in such as way to keep the addictions fed and not to sustain and develop a self directed human in common sense of what is real as this physical world.

I commit myself to asking questions that cause friction within the program of energy as polarities towards my fellow men and  to no longer fear the cognitive dissonance as the mind seeks an answer in singularities that have no answer as a sense of the whole and totality of existence has not been developed.

I commit myself to no longer wanting to win something, or becoming righteous, as I realize that in a system of equality, I will not be known or become famous or have more than another, thus is there nothing to win in promoting a system of equality as what will be won/one is myself as life much like the smile of a child before the tantrums of energetic desire consume and begin the separation of myself into and as wanting to be special when the value is simply myself here, being life.

I commit myself to explaining to others that the idea of self direction, as self expression, as self honesty, as self responsibility will seem like a huge fearful thing when seen through the eyes of a mind that has been made huge and addictions that seem insurmountable as nothing else has been taught, and that the physical is here to support as this is what is real as this is what is supporting all of us, as what is real is what has been allowed to be owned by a few, who themselves are in separation from life.

I commit myself to realizing that what desteni is saying is that the configuration of this world can be reconfigured to support life, and that the tools are here, they just need to be directed, by the hands of men, to support all life and to end this world system of profit and greed.

Day 69 Unworthiness as reaction to Irritation

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become reactive to irritation.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to take confusion and irritation, as cognitive dissonance personally.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to react to irritation and cognitive dissonance, where I looked only at the emotion of this behavior/response and reacted instead of realizing irritation as cognitive dissonance, where, as the word suggests, there existed a misunderstanding or deconstruction of belief, opinion and idea, and within this the irritation had only to do with a process of realignment.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become reactive to discord, irritation, cognitive dissonance, to the point where all I looked at was the emotion and not the words being spoken and within this direct myself as what is best for all, meaning giving what was actually happening a directive within the principle of what is best for all: within this it is easy to see that a child does not have the verbal capacity and development to be able to realize that adult irritation is a limited mind in cognitive dissonance existing within values indoctrinated to survive within a system of inequality, a system of profit, which has been going on for generations.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become submissive within this, in self pity, that I had done something wrong, not realizing that I was creating a belief within myself that I was unworthy and unheard, when in fact all that existed, as indicated by irritation, was a cognitive dissonance that simply required a common sense directive within what is best for all.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see realize and understand that all that was needed was to stop and breath, look in common sense of what is best for all, and use the capacity of myself here, as a human being, to realize a directive that is within the principle of what is best for all.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to  realize that, as a child, I was not trained to do this, and instead taught the roles of a woman, to be submissive and to develop myself in accordance with what enabled my survival within a system of limited design to support a system of money usage for profit for a few instead of money/resource usage that support the value of life as this physical world as what is real.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize that irritation is cognitive dissonance, and thus a moment where the mind must review what has been accepted and allowed as belief, opinion and idea, and deconstruct to include a new view point and that this can cause a moment of  disassociation from accepted and allowed patterns, where, within this, a direction can be given that is within the principle of “giving as you would like to receive” instead of what serves a profit based system that has caused an existence on this earth where many lack the basic necessities to live a life in dignity, thus is causing irritation  a natural consequence of changing the habits and beliefs that support a system of inequality, a system that is showing the human how ineffective it is in supporting life, with the amount of abuse to animal, plant, soil and human, manifesting as the rapid depletion of earth’s resources and unacceptable living conditions on earth at this time.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see realize and understand that I developed my own feelings and emotions of unworthiness, begun in childhood as I was not taught to direct myself within the principle of what is best for all, or taught that as a human I am capable of being trained to use my human physical body, to work in tandem with this physical world and develop myself in ways yet unknown with a system that dis-allows human development in favor of preparing humans through family, education ,media, to serve a system of profit for the few, evident in the frustrated behaviors manifesting on earth at this time, where people are killing their children, eating other humans, where soldiers are committing suicide and children are being bombed by remote control to allow a few to have control of earth’s resources, resources given unconditionally by this physical world to support life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to realize that this pattern I have accepted and allowed is in this moment constricting my lower back and causing constriction to flow down into my legs as I fear speaking within and as my writing that I am somehow not speaking clearly enough, where I spin around in and as my mind looking for a way out and cannot find one, as my mind operates in singularities and cannot see what is best for all, which means I have become that which I fear.

I commit myself to breathing, to stopping the allowance of myself into and as fear.

I commit myself to realizing that fear is an energetic possession within my human physical body as myself in separation from myself where the only choice is to breath and direct myself within the principle of what is best for all.

I commit myself to realizing all images in and as my mind are showing me how I have separated from myself and thus are not real, only energetic possessions I am allowing to draw my attention away from what is physically here and real.

I commit myself to revealing that this is what is happening to our children where we label this as ADD and ADHD, where parents of these children take schools to court to demand a private/special education not realizing that it is the parent that has developed this very inability to focus on what is actually here as what the child exists as, and therefor in taking the schools to court, are the parents abdicating their responsibility and wanting a system - the very accepted and allowed system that is one and equal to the cause of the lack of focus in the human- to take responsibility for their child.

I commit myself to not allowing and accepting myself to believe that I am unworthy, and realizing that reacting to irritation and discord necessitates a corrective action within utilizing the principle of what is best for all, where practice in giving direction instead of allowing reactions as defense, spite, blame, insecurity, wanting to win,  and fear of loss are not an action of resolution to and towards the principle of what is best for all, the principle of giving as one would like to receive.

I commit myself to revealing that the method of operation within this present system, through media, family and education, suggests that the human is programmable, and thus the human is able to realize that this present system of inequality is not the natural state of life, as it needs constant broadcast to perpetuate it’s propagated desires, wants and needs, to support the few, and thus can this world be changed to a world that supports life, a heaven on earth.
