Day 654 Returning to Common Sense.

Returning to common sense.

Last night, as I was driving back from a second presentation for the week, I wanted to go into all manner of self doubt and give up. The problem is that the drama within and as me, had no common sense. This was myself looking at lack, instead of the very measure of the world around me. I had to stop, as I do so often these days, in terms of the beliefs, opinions and ideas that swim around in my mind, as what my own mindfulness is, filled with a measure that categorizes things within values of more than and less than, ignoring the practical right in front of me. I live on and as a physical beingness, and this physical world has an order of creation, built of parts, as cells, and probably even smaller particles. And these parts, collectively form me, here. It is a magnificent thing for sure. 

And yet, here I am imagining all manner of doom and gloom situations that bear no witness to this practical living measure. Instead, I am in an imaginative construction of limited ideas, made larger than the life around me, the physical life around me. I have accepted and allowed what is usurious as a verb, and pyramidal as a form, composed of limited values that are metaphysical, because they are not in common sense of this physical means of expression, which would be to include all life!

Within this limited construction lived in an imaginative state, I have become a mind consciousness and not a life consciousness. I have allowed a bubble of limitation to define who and what I am.

And, because I learn through spaced repetition, I become what I believe as a measure, I program myself with a metaphysical ideology, that does not fit into what I am, causing a dis-ease within my physical self and with the world around me, hence instead of seeing directly here, I end up in my car, driving down the road, imagining a lack, believing my inner measure to be true, and everyone else’s measure to be  the fault in comparison to my own. Yet, right here, right in that moment, is the obvious answer, I am in separation from common sense, and that common sense is right here in front of me, all the time, has always been! Thus, it is only me who can be the blame, because I accepted it, I allowed it. I am the cause of my own separation and I am the only one that can change this lesser measure that is chaotic because it does not fit into reality, as the physical. I am the cause of friction as the conflict within composed of self pity, and spite towards the world around me. I am focused within a construct of lack. I have, because I learn through spaced repetition, accepted limited measures about reality, again and again until I have believed them to be true. Hence when I race as my own measure of expectation, and that expectation is not lived exactly as my inner picture show stories, I crash. 

As I drove, I stopped. The blame and spite in my mind, sometimes blaming  a lack without, and/or a lack within, judging another and/or myself as not being enough, has nothing to do with using common sense, realizing that we all are doing this, and grounding what is always right here, as the solution of bringing everything back down to earth, as in moving into a common sense measure with the means of myself being here, which is the physical world. The means of this is always the simple. And that simple is always right here in front of me, it has to be, or the ubiquitous media shower of a ‘ good’ that is a false positive would not be so effective in causing a metaphysical society in separation from earth as mankind! 

That ever present and constant media uses a spaced measure of constant remeasure to ensure common sense is not used, to distract one from what is real, as the physical world that is creation information. LOL, the media uses a limited information and repeats it again and again, to induce, or divide the within measure of each person from what is real, the physical world that is creation information.

Someone said to me this week, as I brought up what is called the ‘ harem effect’ that this was only showing the preference of a person. Yes, this is true, yet it is that preference when used to define a person, as a set of values preferred, that the rest of the many wonderful values as qualities of the physical world are ignored, hence an expansion within one’s awareness of the qualities of the world around us, are denied, as those limited values that are not bad values, are chased to serve one’s personification of oneself. That personification when made larger than the physical is a limitation. If one decides to be that measure, because it is a measure, that is cool, yet remember that one is ‘ trying something out’ and within this to respect all other measure as being of equal value, where not one is more than another. And remember that if one remains within one measure, it can become an illusion of truth, which leads to becoming stagnant, where that truth becomes a comfort, and change appears to cause a death of one’s habit or measure which appears to be uncomfortable, and is really only un- com-forting one’s value system composed of qualities in a moment. Thus, it is as though one took on some values in a moment, and within that forgot, or dismembered one’s self from everything else in this physical world. If one remembered this, then change would be a transformation instead of a death. 

Yet all of this shows how much we are creators!  If we look at how fluid children are, how they absorb and change and develop, we can understand that this is our real nature, to be able to change and take in form and function! Our within is really just like water, we can take on the form of the world around us, and come up with new ways of doing things! In all common sense, this is how men, as their real nature, can come up with new ways of doing things that improve our understanding of the means of living as the physical world around us. And, this is when we are most happy, because we are using all of ourselves to sense the world around us! This is the gift of life, within and as us. This is the instrument of the physical world as us, moving in fluid constancy as change with creation as the physical world as life information!

It is only because we have allowed ourselves to believe an inner measure for a moment to be more than the world around us, as the physical, that we have become stagnant and interior to life. We are living in fear, we are allowing a false evidence to appear real! And that false evidence is composed of qualities that are inflated values ignoring all values as being a part of life! It is really very simple. Hence, spiting and blaming another’s value system which is self blaming and spiting self’s value system because it is all composed of values existent within the physical, is really only a paranormal event in one’s mind and not an act of respect for life. It is not self being self as life, it is a disconnect from one’s real nature, which is fluid and changeable like water.

So, as I sat in my car, I realized that all the fear moving through me in the form of believing in a lack and blaming that lack, within and without, and realizing that the expectations I held based on limited values that missed a common sense of reality and the separation that exists as the minds of men, I have to slow down, and realize the hue on men, is a measure of limited values believed to be more than reality, that have become one’s greatest weakness as false evidence appearing real, a meta-physical construction of values that are great strengths because they are aspects of reality, as the only thing that is real, is the physical world as this is life information.

The warning here, is that the imposition of a false god, as a limited meta-physical construction of beliefs, opinions and ideas, to define one’s self, perpetually made larger than life, will destroy life, render it shattered because that imposition of lack, does not fit into creation, cannot and will not. As life takes that which is good and does no harm. Unless each man, removes the hue of self interest, and respects the physical world, which means working with the physical in ways that do no harm, using one’s real nature that is fluid like water and considering all things, within each moment, the physical world will shatter and disintegrate, as we see happening all around us, especially in the state of health of our trees. We are, if we continue to allow hierarchy, destroying this earth and creation, we are destroying the means to being life in expression, as nature is the product of what works in the physical, as what works in the physical is what fits in symbiotic ways.

We have one chance, one life, we can realize equality, as everything being us in another form/life, or we can stagnate in a mind consciousness that is a limitation forgetful of the real creation as the physical world guiding us towards what works as in what does no harm, taking that which is good as this is the action of respecting all things.

Day 550 The storied existence of the NOW and the presence of HERE.

I am looking at the word “ now.” It means to be a historical story as a point that is a sequence of events built from a past.  This means that one is in a state that is of a story of a series of events. If I allow myself to be defined as this, then I am not here, I am a “ now” instead of a here. And as this, I take events within a bordered historical reference and define myself as this. One can do this in a moment, to clarify a sequence, but to define as this only is to become a program of and as this. Would this not slow perception down, if one were this only, as a definition? And, would not what was not included, what did not maintain this story, be rejected? And then would this “ now” separate one from here, from aligning oneself here?

So, to exist as a repetition of the past, is to become a limited self definition, which so many of us do when we talk about what school we went to, and what area we came from, or what the history of our family was, or how much money we have or do not have, and /or what we missed or lack based on our economic opportunity- because it takes money in this system to develop oneself - which begs the question as to why we allow lack! Would we not be programming ourselves in allowing a past sequence of events to define us and as such justify why we are what we are? This is in essence programming because it is a state of being that is reciting a sequence of events, which is essentially reciting our past program of events. And as this, we are not looking at the form and structure of here objectively, which means we are busy with story as past, and not realizing the patterns as our story, bringing them here, and seeing the structural whole systemically that is creating the consequences we recite as our stories!

So, in essence we are programming ourselves instead of being objective about the subject of our lives as what the systemic form subjects us to in terms of access to development. And we know how a human is developed to reach their full potential, and we know that many potentials do not fit into the economic model that believes some are more than others, which is another storied belief system held in place by the individual programs of story based on ignorance of the limitations of being a now past. Now, a program of such self limitation holds in place a system of judgement called hierarchy using money, which is wealth from freely given resources to maintain story that is in separation from practical physical reality. The program of hierarchy takes a lot of effort to maintain itself, because it is counter to practical reality, to being here, in common sense of what enables such programming, which is the physical.

In the “ now” programming, conception is lost, because the conception of self as mind, is of a sequence of events, instead of a conceptual development of physical reality, on which the “ now” exists.  To move from a limited conception to a direct seeing conception will appear to be a loss, when it is a loss that removes a storied, programmed inner picture show built of value judgements based on past story in a system of inequality built from a storied in-separation of common sense of the whole presence. Here presence - as inclusion of practical reality allows self to gain an awareness of a living breathing, creation of life information, which is life expression, here. So, it is to say this change is a loss of belief, that is a gain of life. The gain is to be on the cutting edge of creation. Creation would be sound, using all of the physical to balance and ensure that all forms are moving in ways that do no harm. This is something we have never experienced, so we do not know what life is because we have been so busy, for eons, telling stories because we have allowed ourselves to program ourselves as a story of value/ self definitions and then move into comparison of story being competition, instead of enjoyment of expression, realizing that all expression is in many ways discovery and being here, in common sense of practical physical reality. So every expression, every form is a gift to understand creation, and as such the enjoyment of being life, here. The real “ story” is the physical. If we can read this, and make this our story, then one would exist as a multisensory living direct seeing expression equal and one to the story of life as the actual real physical here. So, how do you define yourself?

This is why, our words must become living words, instead of storied/programmed limitations of self validation infearior to life. Real validation is to cross reference with the physical, with every breath, to enable equality and oneness with and as life, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become frustrated at the storied past of another.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to react to another’s story, another’s self perpetuating program as a sequence of events believed to define, and within this to reject listening, where it is listening that allows me to see the patterns of limitations, and the opportunity to walk such limitation into equal and one understanding of practical physical reality here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that walking through a  limited storied existence is burdensome, which is myself fearing that such a program will infect me, but the solution is to give as I would like to receive which is to walk limitation into a self discovery of equality and oneness to practical physical reality, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to react to resistance to simple definition of words, for example, where a response is that a word is known, and within this, the subject immediately changed to avoid being clear within a measure  as a movement that appears to be a slowing down, when such slowing down is building an ease as a foundation that is equal and one with and as a measure of practical physical reality here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to want a quick fix, and within this to not see realize and understand that I allow myself to become an agenda and as such a storied existence, instead of taking the time to use a limitation being a believed program of and as a means to be life, which it cannot, thus such separation can end the race as time, and begin the journey to equality and oneness to and as life here, by walking the measure of becoming the living word, learning to read practical reality, to become a reed of and as life here, sounding equal and one to and as life, here.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand how limited values are elongated in space and time and storied, repeated again and again, which in many ways is an emotional storm that cannot withstand the test of time, and as such peaks and dies, and which cannot define me unless I accept and allow this paranormal movement of this energy instead of sound equality, this paranormal that is a ghost/projected shadow in the machine of a human allowing and accepting a self definition based on past events, such events at present being a consequence of the accumulation of such behavior that has now manifested into a system held in place by such actions having automated genetically, as memory can be passed down generationally, like a pollution of story that was never cleaned up which means aligned to practical common sense of physical reality.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear standing equal and one to a program of limitation, which can only define me if I accept and allow this to do so.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the physical as life information, is here, like a cradle, as a sound information, gifting practical reality as the physical sound formation of an as life, here.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that my emotions and feelings are the accumulation of the thoughts that are a measure of a part of existence, a part of a quality of the physical, which i accumulate and allow to build a self definition because I fear being equal and one with and as life, the physical, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that there is nothing to lose and everything to gain, in letting go of an automated self definition as a storied past, as the now, because the physical is here, with every step I take, here.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the mind as a thought is a part of reality, not good or bad, just an aspect, a quality of and as the formation of the physical expression in and as life here, one that can change with every breath, but when the imagination is made larger than life and the thought allowed to define self, limitation sets in as the part is accepted and allowed to define, and the gift of life that is the physical mechanism becomes less than the imagination.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that within this I project onto others what does not support the state of being of myself as an imaginative part only, becoming blame and spite as my accepted and allowed behavior, which is to spite myself as life, as I exist as a default as mind, as memory instead of equality and oneness to and as life, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that I blame the poor because the poor reveal to myself the parts I take to create a self definition that I then impose on the world around me to accept or else have no chance at survival, seeing realizing and understanding within this, that in order for my self justification to be real, what reveals my limitation must be removed, which overall is a crime against life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that systemically the order, the measure of the world system, is the image and likeness of what i allow within and as me as a storied existence that is my imagination built of limited parts that I have accepted and allowed to define me, where I allow the destruction of whole countries to turn resources into commodities to maintain the ghost in the machine as my personification that is composed of parts creating a limited design as a system from a starting point of self allowing inferiority to and as what i am as a physical being in creation which would be the way and the means of life, thus by my very accepted and allowed  limited storied existence as mind imagination made larger than life, known as ego, ordered as class, nationality, money acquisition,  belief, experience, idea opinion,  I fade into white as age and consume the very flesh formation of expression as life as the physical, so I allow the destruction of life on earth in not being equal and one to and as the physical world here.

When and as I have a thought, I stop and I breath, and I slow myself down and I see realize and understand that within this I  can stand in common sense of practical physical reality, which is the means and expression in and as life, here.

When and as I find myself in thought, I stop and I breath and I slow myself down and I see realize and understand that such thoughts i have allowed and accepted to define me, as a thought can be a positive value that I believe is what I am, or a negative value as an emotion that I have allowed to define me as a good or a bad, all based on a past within a system manifest of same action accumulated over time, but which began with self, and as such must be equalized back into practical physical reality as this is the way and the means of life.

When and as I find myself becoming emotional, or excited as a feeling, i stop and I breath and I slow myself down and I see realize and understand how I have defined myself as idea, belief or opinion, because of experiences of a past within a system that is an automated manifestation of separation from equality and oneness to and as life here.

When and as I find myself fearing for my survival, I stop and I breath and I see, realize and understand that money is flowing in the form or usury, which is to take parts of qualities of life as resources and to move them through limited pathways to support a self definition that is a composition of belief based on an imagination that is in separation from common sense of practical reality, where whole nations are destroyed to turn water - for example- into a commodity to usuriously pre-empt a common sense local use of that resource that could organize the local, regional, national, physical earth in ways that create a self directed order that respects and maintains the physical life that is there directly on the ground, which would be a system of stewardship of earth, which is to exist as a state of being, equal and one to and as the life that is the physical, as this is the way and the means of and as the expression of life information.

When and as I find myself judging, as being in a state of story as a self definition as a mental “ now”, I stop and I breath and I see realize and understand that I have become a parasitical energetic flame of limited parts that consume the flesh as the formation of life as what allows me to exist as the gift of life, here, and I stop and I breath, and I slow myself down, to stand equal and one to the parts as values of good and bad, as my accepted and allowed self definition, and I see realize and understand this usurious ghost in the machine as my personification that is myself existing as a paranormal event, and I bring myself here, to become equal and one in measure of common sense with and as the means of life, which is the physical world, to stand as what I am as the presence and substance of and as life, equalizing myself into practical reality, standing in common sense with and as the substance of the physical here to become of sound mind which is myself in equality and oneness to bearth myself into the physical as this is the way and the means of life here.

When and as I find myself becoming an emotional/feeling reaction, I stop and I breath, and I see what I reject and what I impose to define me, as thoughts, in protection and self defense of myself as an imagination which is a mis-use of the tool of imagination, as this is a paranormal event I am accepting and allowing creating an elongation of limited measure separating myself from a direct seeing conception of physical reality and as such a loss of common sense, and I stop and I breath, and I slow myself down, and I bring the parts as self definitions back to self, to align in common sense to equality and oneness to and as life, here.

Day 516 Facing Cruelty and Conjecture

When I talk with others and explain things about spatial awareness, it is like there is nothing there. And then I go into fear. And then statements come at me, stated as though this is the way it is. And compassion is wanted. I take this personally, as though I am supposed to wait. I even had a group of education professors tell me that it was too difficult to teach spatial awareness/depth perception.

I go into believing that i have not explained myself well - which maybe I have not - but I notice i get loopy at this point, like there is a mirage in front on me, and then, i get all confused, and go into thinking I can’t get through and I am trapped.

I freeze, I hold myself tightly, closed, like a silence, a dumbing silence. And then the corners of my mouth sink.

I did this today while talking with another person.

I have a memory come up from high school. I have written about this before. I was in a foreign apartment waiting for someone. Suddenly, a face of a man appeared up in the corner of the room. In a split second he went from being a gentle man to what many would call a demon presence - it was like he suddenly got really really angry and started projecting red horned monsterness. But, it was too late for me I had seen what came before and had realized it was all conjecture. Then the white light behind this paranormal event appeared in the distance, like an inverted distance, depth.

I asked if there were things happening in that apartment. and evidently things moved around went the occupants were not at home. 

I left knowing, with no uncertainty, that what was there could not touch me in any way. Too bad I did not speak. My conditioning on some level was already set.

So, lately I have had thoughts when I see the face of a person that there is a harshness in the visage. a manner of cruelty, a rushing intense manner. I see this and this earlier memory keeps coming up.  I also have these images coming from behind, of old people. It is like something enveloping me.Somehow it is all linked to the cruelty within the consequences of the present system that does not respect physical life on earth.

I continue to react to the cruelty I read about what exists all over the planet.  It is heart wrenching for me. And I can feel my heart going into a knot, like there are two forces pressing against one another.

I cannot learn to address limitation if I go into confusion, and yet I get these images of projected cruelty and this reaction to actual cruelty - and seeing a harshness in the visage of people, perhaps because this is my present emotional stew and pictorial exaggeration as mind. Perhaps the situation is to accept this and reorder so I can begin to address confusion when conflict within me leads to confusion. I may be addressing the limitation but I am doing so in protection and self defense. Like the script is there, but it is used to hide - because I am reacting to the cruelty of the projections of rigid beliefs that are themselves the same as me projecting a script that is more ordered, but still a projection.

And, in my busyness to project properly - I lose focus and miss the cruel projection of limitation and as such cannot address it and then feel I failed and have not faced the storm - the paranormal as a limited mind consciousness system.

Also mixed into this self blame is anger. a subtle twist of the victim feeling they are not listened to, self righteous.

But it was me not listening and reacting in fear of the violent aggression - as how I viewed the statement that was a response to my words, that was really an inner reaction of the other trying to make sense based on their own knowledge and information within which they were trying to make sense, but their sense was on a construct of knowledge and information association, without any practical application to physical reality.

So great is the disconnect from physical space and time, that association to knowledge and information as mind only reacts because looking here, at physical manifestation means one has to change and give up the projection clung to. A projection has no real substance, it is fueled by ideological beliefs, opinions and ideas. This is idol worship following, self validating. It really is no different than what that man did in the apartment. It is all, in total, a separation from the eye of the needle, which is physical reality.

Another aspect of dreams and this “ other world” is the background. It is dark, black, it is like a velvet thing, and all this projection is on top of this. I have noticed that this is behind it all, this darkness that has no anger, has no cruelty, it is always there, it has a depth somehow. The darkness is the “ light” and the “ light” is the conjecture and the conjecture is cruel as it now stands because of what we humans have accepted and allowed as our present.

I remember working with a younger person when I returned to school. This person could not hold form within her, she could only write papers by cutting and pasting sentences. Needless to say I was astounded. When asked to actually discuss something, she claimed a learning disability and wanted everything ordered within this “ care.” Though we have a society that is allowing this, it is cruel to allow this, and because this has been allowed it will take time to sort this out, because the tool of the mind is to build an image to build understanding and has to be realized as an image only: the image is not what is real, what is real is practical reality. Which is why the man that projected demonic pictures ( which is all they were) was hanging on the physical world, he could not exist without it. The joke is on you!

Day 509 Facing the Paranoia of the Paranormal

In working with people recently, I noticed reactions within walking a simple process. I realize that the process can seem overwhelming when first presented. One response was, “ I am not as disciplined as you!” another was “ Why can’t the schools do this?” and yet another was “ O, That is a hard one!”  And then afterwards, with a family member, “ you don’t explain this well!” - this being a long rant about what words to use. I didn’t catch the undercurrent, as things are presented within projecting blame, moving what one does not want to face into any facet of reaction, this being screaming a blame, when that scream holds the answer to the problem, or reveals the overall fear. If they are projecting it outward are they really screaming a fear that they believe they lack this, especially when it has to do with slowing down and looking, no matter the context? Is the idea of slowing down and looking always/allways overwhelming at first? I mean, just think of having to learn some new physical action, one has to slow down and place awareness into it. Which means refocusing self. Slowing down and expanding awareness within sensing the measure of something in detail, is the means to an end,  and yet the change to such is like pulling teeth. All manner of resistance comes up. Like an LP record playing and the arm gets caught on the vinyl and drags across the surface emitting a heart piercing screech. I think parents go through this phase within facing change.  How to impart a structured, clear understanding that change is actually a joyful act when done with patience and starting out in small amounts, understanding that the first steps are bumpy, yet the stability is learned with each bump. Without the bumps how does one learn to steady oneself? So, a mistake, is a guide, not a punishment. A mistake leads to the reward of awareness in balance. Conversely, to use mistakes to ascend a ladder is really a crime against life, 

I was so busy trying to steady myself in this storm, I did not listen to the storm. lol.  My starting point was , “oh no, what have I done”. This is a paranoia of the paranormal.  

Day 502 What is paranormal?

What is the Paranormal?

I remember walking around in New York City and looking at people’s backs. I remember this sense that there was something there, inside. I have two specific memories. One is of myself walking towards home from having done street performing. I am on a corner of eighth street and I stop and think, what is in that person’s back.

Around this time as well, I encountered a demon. But the event did not match, and yet did match, everything i had been told, as knowledge and information only about demons. I am not going to tell the whole story because I have told it before. What I saw before the behavior of a demon, was a man. It was like a split second before the demon anger came. By this time, it was too late, I had seen the man behind the curtain of emotion, lol, like seeing the paranormal world before it projected excessive emotional reactions as what we have been lead to believe a demon is. What was very clear to me, was that this man could not touch me, no way, unless I allowed it.

But, the problem with all of this, is that this is a separation from here. None of this is equality with life, with here. It is all the behaviors of separation, it is all paranormal, it is a separation from what is constant, what is eternal, what is normal. What is normal is here, equality and oneness with and as the physical. This is to say, that were there a “ god” he has to be here, right here, moving equal and one with the physical world, in balance with here, this is normality, because it is in being normal, here, that one moves and directs as a physical being, the physical being the formation of life into creation. Thus, life can only exist here. The physical is life. That other existence, as demons, had to equalize to here, to the physical. And this has been done. So, the process of equalization to physical reality is the only solution, and yet the rewards are great, if we humans decide to realize inequality does not work.

On the economic front, I notice in looking at the history of countries , is that there is a point where that country was taking care of itself nationally. Then our so-called economics came in and things started to fall apart. This was with the advent of a GDP, which was also when some sort of - usually American backed- committee - economic or under the guise of democratic or economic development  ( both susceptible to ambiguity ) was formed measuring only international resource movement via money. Here, all measure was about turning the wealth of the country into exports. Domestically, workers lost a living wage, and austerity set in. Inflation came about and then more committees came, using more of what caused the problem in the first place. What is being ignored, is life as the physical means of creating value, which is the labor and the environment. And thus, this begins to exist in a state of neglect, and a state of neglect is purposely created to force more of what causes the problem in the first place. And then some say this is the way it is. Which makes no sense, because at some point these countries I have looked at did live a very high degree of self sustainability, And Syria is one of them. Thus, what is happening in Syria is an constructed imbalance for personal gain. It is a crime against life.

One thing Allende in Chile did was subtract all detriment in lack of care when nationalization transpired. Which, ended up negating any compensation to a supposed  owner. In so many ways, this must be done on earth, because the present system of inequality has caused so much harm to earth, we will be lucky is we can balance out what we are doing in ways that do no harm, that take that which is good and order the disorder we have allowed in believing that someone who moves digits and letters around on a piece of paper is more than someone who moves seeds and water around on the ground. One is not more than another, they are the same, they are a human  ordering and realizing how the physical world works, and building new structures and ways of physical existence that bring efficiency and new standards of physical being. This is the real nature of the human, to organize and self discover to understand physical creation, as the physical is the manifestation of creation. The paranormal, is the mind consciousness system, or a cognitive map, that is believed to be more than reality, when it is just a map, to reference, and as such must, with every breath, cross reference physical reality. Which, to add, is why a system of representation that is so separated from the ground and yet allowed to make decisions with very little communication exists, because open communication brings in all factors, and as such does not allow a division into inequality.

So, what is in our backs? It is the accumulation of our inequality to life, it is the weight of our separation from life, it is our accumulated values of limitation where a self interested gain pushes away the bad which is what was ignored, to grasp that gain in a belief that it creates a more than, when it is in fact life in reverse. We see this every day, we see this in the constant self validation as the stories people tell of what they have done, as their experiences, which is really a cry of guilt and a maintenance of holding onto a separation from self as life, consuming and weighing down the physical body. In the back, it looks like this heavy stiffening thick thing. This is the real monster in existence, this is the real demon and it is the cause of the geopolitical and economic structures that move all that is freely given for self discovery into what allows accumulation of value/wealth in self interest.

The problem is that we all see it. We choose to ignore it. Which is an abdication of life, and abuses the animals and the plants and the soils. Our system reacts to the problem outflows, instead of addressing the problem, taking the problem into solution, to then become the reward of life. We can no longer move as problem reaction solution, because a solution to a reaction is a quick fix and not a solution addressing the problem. Because of this, no solution has been found, only quick little media bites telling a partial story, which is just more of the same.

We have technological programs that allow imput from all dimensions of existence, to ensure that what we do respects and cares for physical creation, as the physical is creation,  we need only forgive out separation and realize within this that all that will happen is that we will fall to the physical ground. For this we must implement a structure that is one vote per person on all decisions, to educate the human back into equality and oneness in direct seeing and understanding with self as life as physical existential awareness and  become the sound as the voice as the manifestation of a democracy. For this, our natural resources must be nationalized, as they are freely given as the physical to support the physical.

Stand up and support a Living Income Guarantee. Time to balance ourselves within. Walk self forgiveness, writing and corrective application, to equalize one self, to life. Become a normal actual living being. It is the gateway to life.

Day 500 Addressing the Paranormal: Our Cognitive Maps

Addressing the Para-Normal, our cognitive maps.

In my life I have encountered entities floating in the air, voices coming out of a white light, neon crystals floating above my head, bluish neon lights in front of the eyes of children as they spoke  as though they were reading but did not read the actual words on the page in front of them.

I don’t know where this comes from, the only thing I can think of, is that i have studied music for a long time. I mean, the study of a musical instrument demands looking at subtle movement, and concentration on the form to shape it. I have mastered this on some level, which I realize could even be greater than the levels I reached.

I also have a history in my family of seeing paranormal events, namely my father. My mother completely ignores this. I really could only talk about it with my father. And he has told me of other members of the family on his side that also has some of these abilities, and interestingly enough, this side of the family was heavily involved in music. 

Before I found desteni, I was working with children. I had taught children violin and knew that point where a stable understanding of the instrument, an awareness of the instrument, got to a point where that child could then focus on what was played to begin to shape it and form it, without being overwhelmed with the physical mechanics of the instrument.  They had accumulated enough understanding of the structure of the total to self direct. Unfortunately, at this point they would often stop playing. Usually this was the preteen years. I think of some recent films where the behaviors of animals change once reproduction desires step forward. Somehow, all control is lost, and focus on this becomes bigger than actual self development. And it is self development that leads to greater stability in the long run. That a child walks from a growing self directive capacity into all the trappings of how to look, becoming more focused on how they look to match what is a commercialized idea of how we should look, is an unbalance that is disruptive of a development in overall focus of our capacity.

But, if we look at what we are allowing to be impulsed in the media, which effects all of us, and has for generations, then we can begin to understand that our cognitive maps are  unbalanced. And we know that we develop an inner map because we all have memories swimming around in our minds. So, the images in and as our minds are a paranormal existence and this is so, because when our children are born they have no language, no religion, no education. They become the measure of what the collective allows, as all the divisions of value measure that defines behaviors and personas expressed in the various cultures and belief systems around the world. We all know this to be true, because it is considered a value to travel and expose oneself to other cultures, to realize more subtle ways of measuring things, meaning looking at things, which overall creates a deeper awareness, that leads to more capacity in communication, more flexibility. All of which begs the question as to why, if our awareness can expand, this is not granted and purposely given to all children and humans as men on earth. 

If we look at the economic web, and the resource extraction  and development web, we can see that it is a system of measure, as division as the resources into goods and services and the transfer of these values into money. The transfer of the values created into money have created a para-normal existence, which divides opportunity for men to become aware as in being exposed to the abundance of expressive capacity of the human via direct interaction with the total of what they are doing, why they are doing it, and the effects of what they do. 

If the manifestation of division into limited scenarios of exposure goes on the some generations, this begins to generate its own limitation, as that limitation becomes the para-normal picture, as a cognitive map within that human as the memories of previous generations as what was lived becomes the model for the child.. 

If children do not have the opportunity to place their sensibility into an awareness of the structure of here, as in our world in total, as if this world were an instrument, no different than a violin, and another behavior is impulsed out of balance, because it is a commodity in a system where money has been allowed unbalanced division and that idea/image impulsing was a limited depth perception, this would become the directive of the child. And, that paranormal ability of men, as memory builders who build cognitive maps, made larger than the norm, as the physical vehicle, could be used to hold a division from that norm, as the physical, to allow a diversion ( interesting, di-version) from what is real, because it is only what is real that can be used to create, which is the physical earth. it is only what is real that can be used to create excess for a few, because that paranormal map, is not what is real. That paranormal map can warp the map reader’s directive, render the instrument out of normal order, for an idea of a more than, that is only an idea, and as that idea, it limits a fully sensual interaction as life. In this way, what is right in front of us, that is normalcy, that is the ultimate fulfillment, as the norm is being life, the vehicle of life, is the physical. In other words, there is no real peace on earth until our cognitive maps are equal to the physical reality. Being equal to physical reality means moving ourselves in ways that create a mean that does no harm to any living thing. This “ mean” can only be a mean of equality. There is no other way. And this “ mean” is of an awareness that is so much greater than any paranormal picture could ever possible be.

Our cognitive maps must be concretely grounded with physical reality. This means building an understanding of how our present system moves in every division within every child and that this is the responsibility of each of us. This means that no one adult can expect another adult and the collective of adults within the systems of this present paranormal existence made bigger than the physical as what has been accepted and allowed,  abdicate looking at how the child is developing and actively participating within that development. Thus, the real responsibility of  everyone, which is the same as saying not one parent can expect any other person to direct their child. It only works with total focus and involvement of the parent. And as we have allowed a paranormal existence for generations, to get ourselves/our children out of this, to normalize their awareness and thus build their self directive capacity, will take efforts beyond what the present system offers. But this is already known, were it not, then there would not be tutors, and private music lessons, and very expensive private schools. In our created world, either one has the skill and teaches this to the child, or one pays another to do this, and the costs of this are great, because that person teaching the skill beyond the lowest common denominator required by the general education as what a public school can afford,  is worth its weight in gold - so to speak - because it is understood on many levels what we are allowing, and that the way out of the limitation within the present system is so valuable that the costs of really developing a child, more than pay for themselves in the long run. A child that is more aware, whose cognitive map is more equal in understanding and able to read the subtle values of division that build the separations and abstracts this into a whole, has a much greater chance of survival, is more stable, and can stand and  become that which would begin to balance out the whole. Of course, conversely, the suppression of this natural ability would eliminate competition.  Those that have maps that are also of limitation, that have an impulsed directive that is a belief that they are more, are also in separation from realizing the value being life, and the means of this being that all have  in essence been following what is a para-normal cognitive map that is unequal with the physical world. The physical world is what is life. The physical world is what is normal. The physical world is creation, it is what we accept and allow. As we can see, what we are allowing is destroying it.

In the end, the only way out is that each become self responsible.  It is self in abdication of normalcy ( which is the real abundance)  in not being involved and aware in every detail, which simply means looking at the physical, and the accepted systems of not having looked directly and instead using a paranormal map, that has caused the present system. And the present paranormal fabric in place as a directive can only be equalized to what is real as the physical, from every point holding the separation in place, and that is each and every one of us.

It is not as difficult as one might think, and the step of becoming self responsible, is what alleviates the burden of limitation, because it is the limitation that each is trying to make real that is self in a stagnant sludge of heavy impossibility that on one dimension is a layer of neon lights that can be seen if one really looks, that clogs the free flow gift of life - as a common sense to here- that is that inner map imitating the limited values impulsed as ideals of more than creating judgement of less than and behaviors of comparison and competition instead of being forgiving and thus thankful/grateful of self as life. The irony is that it is in equality and oneness, being equal to the structure of the physical object as this earth, that exists the real expression of self as life, which has no sense of burden, no weight, no heaviness in the body,  no bitter after taste, no separation from the ability of each of us to become equal and one in understanding one another and the existence of earth as the value being life, here. The structure must be one of equality with the physical. This means democratic movement, at every point with every person, on the ground directly. This means one vote, for every person, within the choices made for the use of the natural resources given freely as earth, because it is the physical that allows the expression of life.

In all, it is to stand equal and one with that para-normal cognitive map, and to realize it is composed of energy that can be brought back to what sustains self as life, of sound mind. As this, this wall is flexible, not stable as reality, not clear, yet visible because its lack of stability is transparent. The sense of joy, is the movement of self, realizing that one is not alone, because one is all one as the substance of self as life, considering and respecting all life, as being self, and that this is the value.

Our para-normal cognitive maps are a mind consciousness system that is formed using limited values, structured as hierarchy, dividing insight from form and function of the physical in common sense, which is the self that built the map, that is self as sound. It is time to build as sound mind, that is self in equality and oneness with and as life, as what self is, equal and one to the physical.

Day 376 Covering the known with data in self interest as consciousness in separation from life

Today I was talking with  friend on mine, someone I have known for years. I watched his eyes, sometimes they look cross-eyed, as though they are reading a script, accessing information from somewhere else, knowledge and information. THen I got in my car, and I found myself doing this, as though I had become the other. And I have been dizzy at times this week. Very odd, I have to breath, slow down, just breath. Sometimes I feel like I just try and read the forms of other’s logic, interspersed with commentary, laughing at what forms don’t match what is the knowledge and information of themselves. I have to slow down and breath, and try to see what the fuzzy logic is that I am doing, and disregard the commentary of self interest, the values spoken, because if I become the commentary on the comparison as the form, I will not be able to see the movement of how what was said was formed and how this can be improved. At the moment I try to simplify. The contexts of form vary so much, what is inferenced by one might not be by another, so it takes patience.

On another front, it seems our government, which is us, a reflection of us, as our government is composed of people, is collecting data and then using data to create more data, or meta data, molded and reformed in self interest, creating a scenario where anything can be woven into a straight jacket to protect the self interest of profit, of dividend for a few: the flow of money to a few who believe that they are deserving because they have created beliefs that one form of organization is more than another, when it is all of us that have allowed lack and abundance, suppressing life, thus we cannot blame those in lack alone. This whole state of being in separation from a common sense of this actual physical world, this world that is the real support of life, this world that is the real value, within simply being here equal and one with what is real. It is this process of endless division, that creates a meta world, a world of paranoia, as it is a paranormal existence creating a paranoise of destruction and abuse, as it has created a world of ideas being more than life. Conscious human hubris in a bubble, a metaphysical existence of judgement, beliefs that one thing is more than another, an order of inequality with life. One thing being made more than another is a lack of insight into the balance and forgiving expression of life as life, to warp reality into judgement and thus create friction and conflict as the expression of life is forced to uphold a more than and suppress creating a lack. Unstable ground is the outcome, the destruction of the physical world, which is not being equal to here, to life.

I commit myself to slowing myself down whenever I notice a comment about what i am, within myself or without, to see, realize and understand that the comment is always a self protection and defense of self’s order as self’s collection of values in self interest.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that the forms of order, the rota of collections of beliefs, opinions and ideas are often “ backwards” which allows a straw horse effect.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that within this what must be looked at is the total form of what has been accepted and allowed as my own way of thinking to see, realize and understand how i have built what it is as the knowledge and information that creates the character of what I am as how I express myself as what I place as more value before other values, and to see, realize and understand that my order of value, may not meet another’a and to realize that this is just this, an order of values and this order within itself limited, and thus the only solution and prevention is to investigate what would be best for all as this actual physical world, as this physical world is what supports life, and thus this physical world is the gift of life, to direct me to becoming one and equal to and as life, in communicating and existing equal and one to and with what is real the physical, thus within this, what supports this actual real physical world is the only choice, as this is the opportunity to be and become an expression of life, here.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that within this, I can be only patience and self forgiveness to what is here, even as the voices of men within limited systems of selected values that are not in consideration of what is best for all, as there is not life until all life is supported and equal to and as and with this actual physical world, that which is the gift of life, here.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that when I feel dizzy, it is myself in separation from what is real, where I realize I am existing within limited values that I am deconstructing to realign myself back into a process of realizing the separations from life that i have accepted and allowed within and without.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that self validation is a separation from life.

I commit myself to  seeing realizing and understanding that i am my own sequences of values which I protect and defend as what I believe that i am, such sequences existing as chains of positive and negative values, where I validate the good within and without through manipulation and reject the negative in fear of loss of the good I accept that is of limited value as it is my own personal pacifier from becoming myself as life here, accepting life here.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that whatever righteousness I exist as is a protection and defense for the self validations I have accepted and allowed in fear of my order of survival being pushed off the table to inequality into what appears as mind to be an abyss of nothing/death, when this is just the loss of my separation from life, and having said this to realize that such self allowance by men , has created a system that supports a paranormal, metaphysical existence of limited values as associations and relatives that are in separation from practical physical reality with which the disregard of life is causing abuse and destruction of this physical world, and as this is what exists, to not reject but to accept and realign back to and with the physical through self correction within the principle of what is best for all, as this actual physical world.

I commit myself  to no longer reacting to the orders of others and myself but to stop and to look and to realize the limitations accepted and allowed, and to bring these back down to earth, to bring what is paranoid, what is paranormal, back into a common sense of this actual physical world and what would be a normal supportive existence in respect of life here.

I commit myself to seeing , realizing and understanding that in approaching situations within judgement as a lesser evil choice, I am accepting a limitation, and have not regarded what is best for all, as the only choice, and within this allowed myself to remain stable within directing myself with respect for all life, this which is the profit of life, to regard all life with respect as it is me and I am it, where there is not real expression of life until all life is supported as life being the value, and as it very visible on earth at present, what exists is a system of war as profit, thus division in greed, as war is conflict and destruction, in separation as ideas, beliefs and opinions that one thing is more than another, which is judgement, and we have been warned/told that the way and means of becoming a living word is to judge not lest ye be judged.

I commit myself to myself to seeing realizing and understanding that the UN known is simply the separation from the known as the physical as the gift of life, creating relationships and associations of value judgements as beliefs leading to self righteousness and behaviors of self validation of lesser substance as energy feeding off the physical world, creating alternate realities as consciousness in separation from the gift of life as the actual real physical world, here.

When and as I find myself within thought, I stop and I breath and I see realize and understand that thought into and as a solution as what is best for all, to bring myself back to the physical and realize what is normal as what is supportive of all life to realize what will being heaven on earth, as this is the only choice.

When and as I realize I am existing within fear of loss, as survival as thought of limited values, I stop and I breath and I slow myself down and realize as consciousness I am a collection of data, as mind as a web of associations into metadata that serves my own self interest survival in a system of inequality that is a system of separation from life, and thus a system that lacks the voice of life, a system that has, as a consumerist system in self interest supporting a few,  denied the voice of the people, the real voice of democracy, the voice of the people as life, meaning there is no voice of the people as life until all people are fed with what supports the physical absolutely, educated to understand themselves as life, housed with the basic needs of the physical body met,  as anything else is a crime against life and thus a paranormal destructive order in separation from common sense of this actual real, cannot-be-owned world the gift as  the value to be an expression one and equal to and as life, here as the the physical.

Day 374 The paranoia of the unKNOWN cont.

My fear of the unknown is based on my fear of survival.  In existing as fear of survival I accept a limited view of life, as I ignore physical reality as life, as the substance of life here. Obviously, the trees and the grass and the air are not owned by anyone, they are here and we cannot remember why they are here. Is it our fear of survival that separates us from realizing here, looking at what is actually here and the very form and function of here! We have accepted a system that grabs in self interest instead of gives that which it is, life. We ignore what is right here in front of us, giving to us, this earth, life. It is only man that has created a belief that something can be owned, nature has no sign, no signature that says one man owns what is here. One only own/grabs because of fear, of ignorance, the opposite of nature, which gives. What would such separation bring? create?

So, within this natural giving world as this earth as this physical world, why would there exist such things as a floating head with a rainbow ring around it and this white light stream behind it going off into some distance with a velvet black behind it? Why is this there and why is communication with this absent? Why would a teenager make this up? And what would be the point? And why is the behavior of what is seen so weird, meaning of such reaction and anger? This in itself is an indication that something is really really out of place, because what is the point of this? How in any way does this develop a human into the true potential of a man? In all common sense there is no way, that this event, person, entity, demon, vision, whatever someone wants to call it, is a reasonable thing to exist. It does not matter what label a religion would give to this, there is simply no justification for it. And the latest question I ask is, why the hell is this off this ground, not equal to this physical ground of earth, this earth where there are people who can learn to play musical instruments very well, do many things, become developed human beings? We do not have to research what our children are capable of, we see children on TV who sing beautifully, make scientific discoveries, which means that our children are capable of being trained, given proper education and sustaining nourishment. Why have an entity of lesser dimension exist in a behavior of anger, clinging to this physical world acting out what appears at superficial value to be disruptive, and why fear this? Why do we have the same behaviors now with men and woman on this earth. Has our consumerist pickings brought a voice of the people as life?

So, is that floating angry head a misaligned part and substance of life? And should we realize that this is us, that this is life that has not been corrected and  made equal to life? That we are diminishing the actual physical world on levels we are not even aware of, in our abuse and disrespect of life, so prevalent on this earth, with the gross existential inequality? Have we created a polarity of heaven and earth, where life is not being lived, and the dispersement of this means that we are destroying ourselves on levels we had better realize or all will be lost? Is it time to bring heaven to earth, as what Christ was trying to say, which means cleaning up all our behaviors, within and without. This started with all of us as how we allow ourselves to be in every part of our beingness. Consciousness is the play-out of behaviors of separation from life. Our leaders the extreme of this behavior.  Is consciousness the mirror of accepted limited design, of human hubris forgetting life/earth/reality, with behaviors of poverty/sexual abuse/genocide/disease to match? An absence of awareness, ignorance that is the behavior of gain in self interest, a system of inequality that has allowed money to determine life on a planet that gives life equally. Our demons are simply a byproduct of our separation, and now they are within us, as our accepted and allowed behaviors of greed within allowing and continuing this system of survival.  Unless we stop and realize that life is the value. Life would be a lightness of being, and who here, that might read this can say they are a lightness, as in weight, of being? No one.

Is what we label as supernatural, super natural? Meaning what is suggests, something imposed onto what is natural, what is real? Reactive behaviors, such as floating heads with angry faces, are indications that something is in separation from the natural world, as the natural world gives, is life.  Some illusion of lesser dimension exists, and thus is in separation from what is real, as this actual physical, natural world. Are our judgements of others just as much a separation from life as any “ entity”? Obviously, we are separate from earth, or we would not be destroying earth and believing that some are less than others. This is the super- natural, it is not natural. Nature is not utopia, nature is simply life. Man is so much in separation that a singular exists as being ideology only.

On a practical level, our so called leaders, are pushing everything away and pulling the rug from under our feet. At least they are using both their hands, they have had some more education that the rest of us, they at least know how to use two hands, the rest of us just stand there like zombies sucking our thumbs. And I sucked my thumb for a long time. But, still, our leaders are divided from life. They believe that the masses need to be manipulated. And this is supernatural, it is not nature, as it does not develop democracy, it presents it with a forked tongue, but it has not created democracy, as the voice of the people, is not the voice of life, which is what the true voice of people would be. No piece of paper can justify this crime, and thus all pieces of paper are rendered obsolete. We live in a projection of hope, with a lascivious tongue of greed behind the voice of promise, this is a paranoise of separation and it is time to stop. It is not acceptable.

We have been told not to judge.

I have allowed myself to be overwhelmed with my survival at the expense of life, an inner allowance of not looking at what has been allowed on this earth, that must stop as it is not developing and allowing the true potential of earth, of life, to be in expression here. In not being here, practically working with this physical world, and what is best for this world, this physical reality, I am existing as the paranoia, the paranoise creating a divide of known and unknown, consuming my senses, my flesh, and building a distance from life. Here I then believe that there exists an unknown. and the known is here, right in front of all of us. Look at the picture of the word- unKNOWN. We have allowed a system that does not support life. We have allowed a system of ownership and division in separation from equality with life, with being respectful of life here. Ghosts, and poverty and pollution and isolated estates of cared for earth, sexual abuse, and animal and forest destruction are, in all common sense, a disease, and it is time to stop this separation from a known ease. Our system of division has created the distraction of judgement which is a perpetual fear of loss, blinding us from our directive capacity as life in common sense of this physical world and thus creating the existence of an unknown. We are our own ghosts, this ghost is our separation from life, what we resist is what we deny, what we lose intimacy with and if we remain in this ignorance we create our own unknowns, where the real “ unknown “ is the nothing from which we came, that is really the gift of life. Like being in a process of birth with every breath, how awesome would that be?

In practical reality, this means protesting does nothing, it only allows the bully to realize the disciples of ignorance are right where they need to be, busy with blame and fear of loss instead of practically looking in common sense at the existent structures, standing up and organizing this world into a place where all life is cared for, as being the value, as the means of expression of ourselves as life here. Our system of values are in separation,  limited. Our acceptance of this system cannot work because its values are limited. We have not accepted life. The consequence of this rejection of life, are much of what has been created on this earth, thus we have a lot to clean up, a lot to align back on earth, to align with this actual physical world, as this is what is real. 

That angry man was looking down at me, I was not looking down on him. And I noticed him when I was in a state of quiet, calm. When these white light things would happen, I was calm, which means I was probably not in my head, I was silent. Which, just after my husband had died, I was numb, I mean, I had lost everything, so I was numb, there was nothing there, as mind chatting away, because i was numb, it was all meaningless, all that occupied me as my life with my husband, there in Europe, and I came back to the states to an, by comparison, garish smily, happy American standard personification, and it was LOUD to me, really loud after the more reserved Swiss mode of operation. So, here I am numb, “ bugged out” as some might say, and there in front of me was more of this subtle neon like bubble around people, like a lesser dimension of “ stuff” and all I could think was: what in the fucking name of god is that! What is going on, what is that”  

Do we ever have a lot to get done. All of this is a reflection of out rejection of life. it is what we fear facing because we have accepted a lesser value system, one that has formed a pyramidal system of inequality on this earth,  this that we have built without consumes us physically, because of our accepted and allowed within, which must be be realigned back to and as a common sense and respect for this earth. It is the only way, and the sooner we realize this the better.  Self forgiveness, refocus yourself here, equal and one to the gift of life, this actual physical work.

It is time to stand and develop equality, to bring ourselves back to earth, to life, to what is real. We might want to deny this earth, because it is a mess, but given that we have, or had floating heads in this existence, means that something was seriously out of whack. There is no more (-as as) heaven ( this would be the illusion), as it should be. Life would be symbiotic, communicative, in expression with and as itself, equal and one. 

The solution is to realize the limited dimensions we exist as, where there are many dimensions here, simply divided and segregated into parts surrounded by borders. Which means that not all within each faction is all bad or all good, it means it is divided from accepting all life, from being symbiotic with life as earth, here, in equality. Our monetary system must be changed to one of equality, where all have what allows the human body, this that is like a plant, what it needs to sustain itself, as every plant is needed, all the substance of life is needed to be in communication , for the expression of life to exist, thus this idea that the undeveloped on this earth just need to disappear is the real illusion, it is as what it does, it is a destruction of life. The solution is to bring back to earth, all that has been rejected and to align this equal and one to and as life. What fun really, if we get over this being something overwhelming!

The reward of stopping our paranoia, our alternate reality composed of our separation, our rejection of life, this which we have rejected that persists as the unacceptable behaviors of a consequence of unsustained life as what we read about and see on television and locally, even within the ubiquitous drug culture, is to create a heaven on earth, meaning to bring heaven to earth.
