Holding something within myself

I have been doing math equations to improve my movement within solving math equations. At first it was really slow, and then it starts to speed up. I know this can happen because it happened when I was younger. The same thing happens with any new discipline. It is known as critical mass, or momentum, or mastering something, getting comfortable with a form, and being able to manifest a blue print based on the structure within one’s self.

At times it is hard for me to make the attention shift. Yet this is a key. I ask myself why I cannot make the shift. Usually, there is something running in my mind. And, yet, the concentration on the number problem, allows me to see that this is happening because I can’t concentrate. I have had the same thing happen when I had to practice, which I did for years. Depending on how I concentrated, a piece was learned quickly or slowly. And if learned slowly, that was how the piece was played the next time I looked at it.  How we do what we do when we do it, is remembered, or imprinted, unless we begin to realize how this all works. Yet, an imperfect practice causes delays because even if I am aware of this, I still have to sort out and focus. The focus is not clear, in other words.

I find, that if I try too hard to concentrate on the numbers, it gets more difficult. If I move with more ease, it is not.  I also find that I can go backwards and forwards within the numbers being laid out, so it is not so necessary to memorize each step, it is more to move through the whole picture of the steps, and see the steps and the answer as one, and then let it go. This is the same as listening to another person.  The moment I rush in self interest, I miss some of what is being said and I cannot recall the person’s words. To note, it is interesting because a false unclear logic is redundant, meaning filled with repetition, and hence, not that hard to follow. This is because what lingered that is not clear, hangs around, just as in those times I practiced without being focused or without first grounding myself into a direct focus on what I was doing. At the moment, I have this saying, ‘ do the math’ . It is the same as when my practicing was not effective, because I was not doing the math, I was within myself polarized into a cloud, or fog of something I was thinking about that had become an entity that I had not cleared up. Every time I played the piece I practiced that I had carried a spinning issue into in the back of my mind ( or the front!) that ‘ issue’ would jump right back into my presence. It has the characteristic of busy-ness, whereas a real focus has a quality of ease.  lol. water is fluid after all. That quality of our sensibility is fluid after all.

Immediately, I have a sense that explaining this is too difficult, yet this in itself is an illusion. It really is in our face, right there, in front of us. So, how can that be difficult? And it can be transposed into many many scenarios within decoding the behaviors of this same mis-understanding in relation to behaviors. lol, yet this is being able to do the math, being able to begin to see the unresolved and its lag and effect on being able to hold a focus that has the quality of moving with greater ease and standing here physically no longer fearing to understand before taking action, and realizing that a perfect practice lends an ease of movement and the ability to expand one’s awareness, to the point where one becomes a master of one’s self. Will I get to the point where I no longer have the lingering past experiences of fear because I did not take the time to understand how this works, and had to rediscover it through the life time I have had on this earth?  The distraction, dis-traction of television , as what is aired, beginning with religion will and must become realized as a great crime against life. 

Our ability to understand and connect is so fucking great, it is astounding that we choose less than this. Being sad about not using this nature of life, which is the gift, does nothing. This is the point of self forgiveness, to let go of what was accepted as an imperfect practice and to become a master of one’s self as life. There are also tools to quantify this process of taking back self, as life.  A tool that can be the practice of living the difference between being caught in an imperfect practice and the movement of the self outside of that fog one carries around and that interrupts one’s focus towards what is real, as this creation in manifestation as the physical. Life is right here, right in front of us. 

The sad fog of the mind.  The Sequence Attention Dis-order of Fear, Obligation and Guilt. A disorder that has forgotten the real symbols are the physical information.

It is all a math and it has no mumbo jumbo. 

Day 253 it is our responsibility to show all consequence when using words on a page.

I was looking for words to practice in the company of a guest staying at my house. She became involved and we started to speak the meanings to some of the words on the list. It appeared to me that she knew more words than myself. I noticed a moment of “ not wanting to look stupid” as a judgement. Then I stopped and let this go. I defined words as I thought I understood them, and then looked up the meaning. If I did not have a clear meaning to the word, I noted it and moved on. Together, the two of us realized we did not know some words as well as we thought. And we laughed and just enjoyed ourselves. It was really just pure “ follow through” as I call it in this moment. Another way to say this is to have direction within clearing up, taking a direction into understanding, letting go all ideas of self judgement, judgement about the other being “ more” and any thought about the task being overwhelming. She and I were simply two people working together. 

I realize that humans build understanding together through communication, through words. Yes, we can within direct physical interaction imitate and learn but in our modern world, we use words to communicate with one another. For this reason, placing words on a page without giving a total understanding, can be used to manipulate within a monetary system of inequality. And, it would benefit some for children to not be able to process information, the IN -FORM ation as words that have come to be used to convey how things work. In essence words on a page are people communicating together.

Thus, any group of words placed on a piece of paper that do not fully reveal all consequences within what the words propose is a crime. And, not taking the time to ensure that all children, all humans can understand the format of the written word within proposals is a crime. If we as a collective of people assume that others can understand words on a page, within the full implications of what those words are building an understanding of,  and we do not follow through in making sure every person understands, and, that our words and descriptions are clear within all consequence,  there is no one to blame but that the very fabric of the collective must understand before decisions are made.

It is easy to see in this that in a profit before life system, this can be used and abused, and this is what is happening. This is unacceptable. Blaming the ignorant is not solution, it is blame. Using this lack for gain, or brushing off the incapable can no longer be allowed, because this is not taking care of the very sound understanding of this earth. We, all of us as people, are the composers of what is sounded on this earth. If we remain in bubbles, thinking we are only responsible for our little bit, then we are not being responsible. A democracy means that each is aware and participating in being aware and ensuring that those around us have understanding. This is why a principle of what is best for all is the only choice. It gives direction within following through, beyond ignorance, beyond lack, beyond abuse. When facing resistance, it means cleaning up what has been accepted as a belief as a limitation. Deconstruction and reconstruction do not happen in an instant, especially within a system that has not been honest within itself as life. Realigning will take time and practice as the “ turn” from judgement into supportive direction will probably be slow. But there is no other choice.

On an individual level, this means letting go of all ideas of inferiority and superiority, it is these emotions, that are the limitation, as they are ideas about good and bad. Such state of being is stagnant. Such state of being is believed to be impenetrable but it is only a constriction that is inferior to movement, to life, to self direction that leads into understanding. Thus, again, there is no choice but to follow through to understanding. This each must realize and move as, forgive all lack, in every moment. This is the only way to align with life, as life would what is best for itself as form absolutely, this is how life can exist. 

So, start walking self forgiveness, to acknowledge the accepted judgements and then change the voices of separation in and as the mind into what is directive within what is best for all because this is the way of life, the way of understanding what supports life, which means self being equal and one to and as life , here.  In essence this is what we are all looking for, and the gift of this is within us as the very sound of us as the words we speak. For this to be allowed, this system of profit for a few must stop. It is simply the manifestation of not understanding life, it is a construct of our own fear, a fear that is a state of non-follow through of self as life. It must be realized that the elite are as delusional and limited as the rest of us, they just dress better in their limited and stagnant state, that is all. What is here as abuse, that is non support and care for this earth, is because the collective as men, are not aligned with choosing in every moment what is best for all.  It is the only choice, it is the way to understanding life. I watched an interview yesterday about the advantage of GMOs only. What was interesting is that the person was defending GMOs and specifically Monsanto’s application of GMOs. In all, because this world, this earth is so interconnected, when something is changed it must be insured that it is what is best for all.  Thus, it is necessary to carry out long term studies, very detailed ones, and as we know that studies done in isolation can be influenced by the persons doing the studies, the real effects are on the total world, the total earth, thus the research done in isolation in short term study cannot be used to validate. And yet we allow this. So, when consequences occur that are against this isolated study, what is referenced is the study, and even here, the details of the studies are hidden within “ trade secrets’ etc. one big game of hiding, as the goal is profit before life, a crime.

There is the argument that Americans have been eating GMOs and this is left at that, without looking at the total condition of the American in general, We are not healthy. So, having said this, have  Monsanto’s GMOs done anything for the America people really? And here, the arguments are that the differences are so slight they cannot possibly be the cause, which begs the question that perhaps all the accumulative little “ insignificant differences “ we have accepted and allowed in total create the damage to our health. Why do we not realize that tiny differences can, over time become huge differences. Is this not the technique of water torture, that the slow drip of a little has great effect? Why do we then deny this in other practices? I mean, it is “ bring forward what validates, wonder around in dimensions to present what justifies that gain. Such a mess and such a crime against life.

Within this interview this tactic was used. The guest was talking about GMOs, about Monsanto GMO’s, and suddenly the newscaster moved from this into making blanket statements about science, turning the whole argument into a cognitive dissonance as dimension was changed from the practice of how Monsanto was working with GMOs to this being all of science, all of the practice of science. This is moving into vagary as generalization and accusation as demonizing a general practice as what the person is saying to substantiate a practice being questioned , this is dis-clarity, this is becoming protection and defense instead of looking at this cart being placed before the horse.

In this case, that science is saving people’s lives by giving them three meals of rice, altered rice, to eat a day. How can this be saving their lives? Especially when these - usually indigenous people -have managed to survive on their land for generations? And when Weston Price went to visit these people, they had straight teeth and were healthier than they are now, just as the Europeans noted how healthy the American Indians had  been when they arrived in America, thus these people have diminished since the arrival of land grab for monocultures, and now what is touted by the media is that the monoculture land grabers are saviors! All that is presented is the hero status of this form, that it is going to save lives, - the lives that it destroyed in the first place - I mean just look at the condition of the American Indian now! This is sad, yes, the lying here, the singular story line told, the lack of dimension and spatial awareness of consequence, to the point where the cart is before the horse, the  cart as the built and fabricated story for gain is placed before that which is real, the physical. It really is a game, a presentation of smoke and mirrors, a lie by omission, a choosing of limited parts as limited dimensions, to lessen the potential of the physical as the human, for gain and then to act like a hero, when it is the opposite, and then to place all this under the blanket of being against this is being against science! It is the crime of cognitive dissonance, and this needs to be understood and voiced. Time to look at all dimension, to become spatially aware, to use our natural ability to sense here, as what we are as life. Time to realize the media pretty much shouts out one part, that is only a partial truth, and then touts this again and again and again, until it is beLIEved to be THE truth, when it is not. It is like Snowden broke the law because he did not remain within partial truth telling, because partial truth telling supports a system that is partial life supporting as profit for a few and yet touted as salvation!. As this is the world we have built, we cannot trust what is in our minds, because this is the memory of a system of inequality, and thus not ourselves as being respectful of life here, realizing the effects and consequences of what we have accepted and allowed as a structure to organize earth. Our present system is not a system of order, it is a system of disorder in self interest. Those promoting the self interest are the product on the extreme side of the consequences of our separation from the horse, as we have believed the cart to be more than the horse, the cart being our minds, as thoughts, opinions and ideas, our part selfs. This that is believed to define us, as limited values, this that we believe will lead us to heaven, But remember, that Christ said that heaven had to be brought to earth, as this was the salvation, this was the solution.

We see this same game going on with the water on earth. Where the industry of abuse, goes in and pollutes the water, and then “ voila” a savior appears upon the scene, the very same that created the dirty water, they have a solution, and for this solution we must pay. This is the “ s” spiral before the ad, before the advent of the savior, the anno dominii ( Story Anno Domini) the before “ god” head as the creation of the “ star” the “ hero” presented in big shiny lights, touted all over, until everyone forgets and this savior, becomes the truth, a lie becomes a truth. And we, as our land is destroyed right under our feet, accept the story, the lie, especially when we are the many, we are the power, to stand together and change this, because we are the ones that built the cart that carried the berries, or whatever, that are squashed to make the Coca cola that polluted the water, that  forced a symbiotic nature into a monoculture that touted solution and created weaker, diminished humans that then ate rice three times a day and then became diseased and then needed health care that never cured and that then needed clean water. One division after another, one abuse after another, and the story presented is one of a hero? This is ludicrous, an eluding cross we all bear unless we realize this and change within and without, forgive the truths touted by the media, see behind the illusion, and come back down to earth, remove the cart before the horse.

So, it is time to clean up the dictates we have accepted and allowed within our minds, and to create a order in this world where all life is supported, and since indigenous peoples have survived with straight teeth and healthy bodies with much less disease - which is why they must be eliminated in corporate logic because it is competition - it reveals what is real -  and that cannot be allowed from the eye of self interest. Thus, turning this earth into a monoculture is not a solution, it only creates more problems, and these problems are accumulating, so this system that forces nature into boxes cannot and will not work, as it is not looking at the form and function of this geometrical world, this system is abusing science in its own self interest as profit, to force a more than onto a few, themselves a product of placing the cart before the horse, this it is the responsibility of all of to understand the disorder to be able to work with the physical world, the horse, that magnificent animal that has no desire to be a superstar, they just want to enjoy the physical world, run in the wind, eat the grass, as what they are as the very form and function of what they are. To abuse this is a crime against life, as it is the crime of trying to take what is here, that is not understood, or it would not be abused, and force it into some idea in self interested gain, this in itself a cognitive dissonance of life.

Day 385 Self forgiveness on the para noise of my mind

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to listen to my mind.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to be a walking listing of items in and as my mind at the exclusion of all else, worrying and fretting about how i look, what i am going to do/believe I need to do next.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to compare myself to others around me constantly instead of directing myself here in common sense.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to want comfort, to believe that I need comfort when I am here on earth which has air to breath - if it has not been polluted by acts of ignorance and separation from reality as the physical that sustains and is the gift to allow us to be here experiencing life, here, being equal and one to and as life here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become an idea of what it means to be here, as this is thought and thus not being here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become the violence of thought, the violation of thought only in and as making thought more than life, more than equality and oneness with and as what is here as the physical world that is what i am as life, this which is visible, here, real, 

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that thoughts of comparison within a limited morality, an idea of what makes me a more than within a system of profit where money determines life, is so limiting in its directive it is astounding that this has been propagated just so a few can live in comfort, this desire to live in comfort a separation from reality, the extreme play out of what we have all accepted and allowed in separation from being here, equal and one to and as the physical.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to resist doing “ paper work” administrative work, such as taxes, and bills, and organizing all the bureaucratic filings that need to be done where it seems that when one thing is done another thing is sent to fill out, as those who are the paper pushes living a diminished life of pushing papers have to justify their jobs and thus layer endless justifications  that are really meant to eliminate so that money is pooled to a few, which is a crime against life when not made efficient and done with common sense which means looking at the present system and realizing it is not efficient and what is best for all in that it is not supporting the life that is here and obviously supporting more of the same that has been going on for a long time which means it is not structured to be supportive and solve inequalities, as the only answer is equality and oneness which is to realize the value is life and that systemically the only choice is to create a system that supports all life, as life being the value, and in common sense every point of this grid of inequality, which is separation from life, acting in self interested survival without questioning and taking steps to be a directive change that realizes that what exists on this earth as a system created by men, is not in fact supporting life and thus is not supportive of life, because if it is not working for everyone than it is not working and any resistance to this is simply self resisting common sense of the physical actual real world that enables every human to breath.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become blame and spite about objects and systems within this world, as this is anger, as this is fear, as this is paranoia , myself in separation from and as common sense of this physical world, this dialogue, this log of “ die”/death in and as the voices of my mind of a limited morality leading to death as a life never lived, is designed to navigate within a system that in itself is in separation from supporting and realizing equality and oneness with and as life, the physical which in totality is a separation from myself as life here, as life is directive, interactive, giving expression of life, as it would like to receive as being life here.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that my mind, as the voices in my head are a GPS as an order of the system created by men as mind as being in separation from the substance of what is here as life, which is sound, gentle and forgiving, moving within and as an absolute purpose as life would life, thus the voices in and as my mind are my separation from life when made “ god” as being more real than what is actually physically here as how life works as being what is best for all as the only choice is what works for all, here.

I commit myself to realizing that the flow of money can systemically be organized to support all  life that is here as men, within taking the value as men working with their hands in various ways, and giving a basic income to all men as the resources of this earth are given to support life and that support has been developed through generations of men, thus no one man/human has created what is here as life as the system of the human and even here what is here was created by a reptilian as the manifestation of what we have all accepted and allowed as ideas of more than and less than within and as ourselves, all of this the substance of life here, and thus nothing can be owned as all that exists is the gift of life, thus it is to order a system that supports all life, as life being the value, which means creating a basic income grant to support all life, to allow life to no longer exist within and as limited and destructive survival behaviors that are simply life in lack, and to stop blaming the object as the human and the animal and the plant for its limitation when the very substance as earth as life is denied and thus creates a behavior that is destructive as a limited expression in lack for which we are all to blame as what is here is us,  of same substance , thus what is here on earth as the present system is the sound of life manifest as separation  as energy ignoring itself as life, thus all abuse is a separation from life, a crime as it is destructive of life, for which there are solutions, which at the moment is to stop what we are allowing and to stand as a system that realizes all life has value and that that value can be expressed when the physical world as life as what is here is supported absolutely, which means standing and structuring this system of money to flow to all men, to provide the basic means to live a life of dignity within and without, to create a chord of stability as life physical, and expressively, in thought word and deed, which means an education as to how the mind functions, how the physical can be at ease with proper nutrition, and how the human needs interaction with life, with the society of life that is here as the physical, as life on earth is very mush an orchestra of life, each part needed to support the whole where no one part is more or less than another as all life is equal as life in expression here, thus we are one yet individual.

Day 358 " Only corporations " is the warship of a false god.

“as one USAID representative says “There are things that only companies can do, like building silos for storage and developing seeds and fertilizers.””

This statement “ only companies” is an idol made into a god. This is a separation from physical reality, from the detail and specifics of physical reality. A corporation is a collection of men, and organization of men. But this collection of men have been formed into a corporation and given a label and then made the means to an end both revealing how here works and how this is turned into a singular group acting in self interest.

Thus there are truths and lies by omission within this.

Yes, it is the hands of many men that develop what is here.

Since what is here is what supports, it is to form a system that supports and respects all life, as this is the value.

A corporation as it now exists is a structure where it is believed that one level of organization and transformation and development is more than another, when it is all needed to develop and organize here, thus one level of organizing and transforming what is here as the resources of this earth is not more than another unless we accept and allow it as we are not looking at physical reality.

If the ones organizing a few at the top have become so separate from physical reality and believe themselves to be more than another, and continue a system that gives them more than another, they not only take more than they need to exist, they also have no connection to the actual physical world. They are separate from the effects their “ organizing ideas” create, and they believe that what is there on the ground is less than them because they see themselves as more-than when they are the same. This is a dis-ease of separation from life, and this lack in ease with the physical is lead by judgement absent of common sense of physical reality. The outcome is pollution, genocide, war, abuse, destruction. And we are all to blame and will suffer the consequences unless we realize our equality as life, and that this is the value. Also, that no one group or man created what was here, it was all that has been here and is here that created what is here.

We have been told that making false idols into gods was a crime against life, we have been told that usury leads to enslavement. We have been told to love our neighbors as ourselves, as we are one and equal to all that is here as we are the substance of what is here, equal and one.

The only way to stop this false worship, that is now a military industrial war-ship is to stand together and move ourselves as what we are in common sense of the physical gift of life to guide us, living what is best for all of this physical reality as being what is best for all, the animals, the plants , the soils, the water, the children, the human. We must put an end to the existent divisions placed by limited beliefs, opinions and ideas that are not all “ bad” but simply not aligned within and as what manifests an earth that is cared for and functioning without abuse, pollution, war, poverty, sexual exploitation, drugging. All things of lack as division and diversion from physical reality.

The solution is to realize our value as being life, and to place into practical living a system that supports all life. This is Equal Money. To take a tool that represents the resources of this earth and to distribute this to allow the human to have what supports them as the physical form of a human being that they are because it is the many hands of men that have and do what is needed to develop, work with, what is freely given as the gift of life as the physical, here.

Day 348 A " state of being" in separation from life.

“ When in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the Political Bands which here connected them to another, and to assume among the powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God ( life) entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Separation.

As the physical as what we are here on earth, as the LIFE form that we are, it is required to have certain needs met in order to be the life that we are as the physical beings existing within the laws of Nature, thus we as physical beings within the laws of nature require what sustains us to be the life that we are, which is provided for by earth.

Thus to be life, we all need, the plants and the animals and the soils, clean water, shelter, sustaining food, and an education to understand our environment and communicatewith one another.

If the governing body we have voted to represent us no longer has fulfilled this role, then it is time to re-evaluate what we have formed as a system of “governing” and make the necessary changes to ensure the right to life and what is needed to be that life that we are, following the laws of nature, of the actual physical world, to ensure safety and health.
Is this what we have here in America? Do we have a state of health for all of nature, be it man, or animal, or plant or soil or bug? Are we secure in our lives and our health?

Are the farmers in the Appalachia's secure in their life and health? Are the growing number of homeless Americans secure in their life and health? Are they able to have clean water, and shelter and sustaining food? Are they educated enough to understand the present system and to then, within this understanding, have the strength to stand up and follow their constitution in efficient and clear ways that are listened to as these are the ones of mankind that are life, one and equal as each of us?

Does a profit based system blind us from what is supposed to be self evident? Looking around on earth within the United States as a system of government in right to life are the requirements of the needs of life met? Is what is declared in our constitution as the right to life being implemented? Or, is it time to stop and look at how our government has become separate within ensuring security and health on earth? Are we not responsible for our elected government that has become separate from life as the levels of destruction existent on earth at this time show us.

There is no security in war, and there is no health in depleted uranium.
Each of us is responsible for the government of men, as what we are, whether we are a corporate executer or a practitioner of health, it does not matter. So if someone is an executive within a corporation they have the responsibility as men to ensure that what is produced is what is best for self, expecting no less from anyone else. To choose anything else is a crime against life, because if it does not support life in security and health, it does not secure life in a state of ease, as health.

The use of depleted uranium is a state of separation from life.
Non-supporting wages that do not support or give a secure and healthy being of life as a “ state of life”, as all on this earth, is a separation from life.

The creation of mortgages that cannot possibly be repaid is a state of separation from life being in a state of ease, as security and health.

The allowance of children to become so obsessed with video games that they kill their mothers in a tantrum is a separation from life, as it is not an act that is supportive of life, ensuring security as self as life in a state of ease as life, as killing is a state of dis-ease.

The allowance of animals to suffer brutality physically to the point where they as life become riddled with tumors is a “ state of being” in separation from life.

To sell such meat that is riddled with tumors is a separation from life.

To bomb civilians and children in Syria and anywhere else on this planet is a separation from life, from ensuring security of life, and a state that is at ease as life, here.

Thus, our present system is in separation from life and it is the responsibility of each and every one of us as men to stand and realize the cause of this separation from life and to organize the necessary changes that put an end to what has been accepted and allowed that is causing a separation from life.

What is for the common good, what is best for self, is what is best for all, to ensure security and health in our state of being as life, here on earth. This is to realize what is needed and to give this absolutely, so all life is no longer in separation from life. To secure that life is in a state of ease on earth be the response as the life that you are one and equal to in all existent, support a system that supports the security and health of life, Equal Money.

Day 336 Rammed Earth House

The rammed earth house

One way of building a home is to take the soil directly from the site and pound it into forms that when removed leave behind a wall. This is a building material right under our feet, and it does not require as many trees to be cut down and moved great distances. This method of building has been in existence for thousands of years. Parts of the Great Wall of China were evidently built this way, and remain standing to this day.

The walls of a rammed earth house can be two feet thick, creating what is called a “ Thermal Mass” that collects heat during the day and releases it at night. These homes areenergy efficient using anywhere from 1/2 the heating costs to a 1/3 less in heating costs. They are also acoustically pleasant, fire resistant, insect resistant, and have longevity, and probably less toxic than many modern building materials. Also, one can build this one’s self.

The rammed earth wall is very much like a concrete wall, except that they are made from pounding earth down until the dull thud of pounding the earth begins to ring, then one knows the earth has been pounded down. What is produced is something like the sediment that creates limestone on a river bed.

There are so many ways to do things on this earth, ways that work well with the different environments. Ways that can support the human on earth, simple ways to provide homes for all, and the materials are right here and freely given. Thus, why are there so many without homes, when this is a basic need for men? There really is no excuse for any human not to have shelter and food and self development, as this is what we are, here as life. It is time to realize that this earth provides to support life and the materials are right here under our feet. It is time to take our heads out of the clouds and look down, at what is under our feet, and realize this is the ground, as earth, that supports us as life, and it is in being the haptic beings that we are, that allows real happiness to exist on earth. All humans are capable, with education that leads to understanding what is here and that we are the creators of our world and spending our time here on earth to realize life is the value. Anything that does not allow this is a crime against life.

Take yourself as life back, stand up and support a system that develops life on earth, that takes what we are as the dirt of this earth and creates a home as earth, that takes care and respects life. Day 321 "Don't Look, Don't Look" back chat

How and when did I begin to separate into the fixation as fear, seeking the good “feeling” of validation, mimicking the adults?
So, in not looking, in the dictate of “ don’t look” I have to question why such thought would even exist. I mean why be this, why be a “not looking” at what is here? This in and of itself is a red flag. Life would not be an action of “don’t look”! Life would be live, look, understand, exist, be.
Thus, when I do not look here, when the voice in and as my mind says, “don’t look” I need to stop and to breath, and to slow myself down and to stand within and as what is physically real, to look at the words present , to realize where the words are of ambiguity, where they lack a defining of what is here as what is best for all, where such words disinform what is actually physically happening with the work of the hands of men, as this is what is real, to be and become self responsible within and as what exists within actions taken and the consequence to and towards the actual physical, to put an end to limited self interest, which is the interest of money moving to a few, to maintain an illusory existence in separation from common sense of the actual sustaining physical world.
This is to become the living word , the equal and one consideration of the actual physical world, and how what we allow and accept has consequences in the physical world.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that when and as I allow myself to “not look” I then have accepted the consequence of participating within ignorance of what is best for all as the physical, and within this non-looking to maintain my separation, my survival is a laziness within being equal and one with and as the real actual physical world,
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to within this, drive myself to ensure that I will not be discovered and punished, cast out and ignored through non compliance of entering limited conversations, which I enter to survive, and then become addicted to the praise and friendship in and as energy as the positive feeling where I then seek this attention in self validation, thus making/allowing/justifying the separation from myself as common sense of the actual physical world as myself and how I am here within and as the physical as I include the physical as myself, from a starting point of fearing punishment and an action to ensure that punishment is kept at bay, distant, where what must be realized is that in fearing punishment, an action, a state of being as energy exists, in seeing only punishment and not looking in common sense at what is actually physically here, and within this to not become blame and spite and finger pointing, but to look and to direct self responsibly within and as what is best for all, including the physical, the ecology and the economy being equal and one on earth.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become comfortable within this seeking of praise to “feel good” within and as energy as mind, in separation from looking here, being here, speaking in common sense, within realizing ecology is equal and one to economy, meaning the physical is what is real, as this is life, where this “feel good” is an avoidance tactic in looking at what is common sense, and a reaction to fear of being punished for questioning the limited self interest, ambiguity and disinformation presented within a design of inequality as self interest lacking awareness of the actual sustaining real physical world.
I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that this is the confusion many children face, where this confusion is an inability to speak up in common sense, of the physical as a vocabulary has not developed, this which is used by the present system to maintain a belief that self interest, as those on the top of the pyramid cannot see anything else but their existence of comfort and believe this to be the way it is, by some illusory belief in a divine right, which is a total disconnect from physical reality, so evident in the state of the earth within the amount of poverty, sexual abuse, starvation and damage to the environment.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become righteous within and as this, which is my self not slowing down and using common sense within and as deconstructing what is unacceptable, which will take the physical action of many, thus the idea of a super hero is an illusion, as we must all stand and be self responsible, which means walking through what self has accepted and allowed as mind as separation from common sense of the substance of life, as what this physical world is one and equal to and as.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to avoid facing my own separations from and as myself as life here, into and as mind, to exist within and as a fear of being shut out, within and as speaking up in common sense.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that in avoiding here, in fearing to speak up, I allowed myself to become righteous about issues separate from myself with which to be righteous, instead of walking in common sense here, with every breath, all of this a way to justify my own immediate fear of facing the bully in and as the mind, as I had found a comfortable way to keep the bully of “don’t look” at bay.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that in order to face the systemic allowance of a dis-regard for life, a non-looking at life as the physical, I as myself must realize my own separations from common sense here and the character in validation protection and defense through seeking praise to establish security as ignoring what is here in common sense, to avoid confrontation and discord to and towards what does not make sense, what is of ambiguity and dis-information , to see realize and understand that the crime is to not point out what is in separation from looking in common sense of what is here in totality, this physical world being life.
I commit myself to, when and as i become a sense of fear, as a sense of falling, within and as coming from my solar plexus area, I stop and I breath, and I slow myself down, to not allow myself to become this sense of falling, of fear, and within this to begin to practice becoming self responsible and self directed within and as common sense, standing before reaction within and as my mind, and without as the voice of fear as separation from common sense, and I look here, practice looking here, taking the words that are presented here, and bring them back into and as being a living word in practical common sense interest within and as what is best for all, here.
I commit myself to walking one step at a time within practicing facing this fear that has a voice that is “ don’t look, don’t look” with a thought that in not looking I will appear to “fit in” with the status quo, which will end, if I continue, with a life not having been lived, as less was the stance taken to ensure survival, instead of self becoming equal and one to and as the living word, this being self living in equal consideration of all life, as life being the value, self living equal and one here without value judgements of more than and less than, and instead looking at what is here in practical common sense, where even the movements and structure of men can be seen realized and understood.

Day 292 Self forgiveness: Make-Up and the Modeling World

Today I put on some make-up to be presentable within the norm/expectations of the present “barbie doll” world. I don’t wear make-up, so it is something I have to learn about; the shadows on the face, the highlighting, the “bringing out of the eyes” ( so they are “blingy” lol.)
So, I am there applying this make-up and I find my self becoming increasingly aggravated and angry. The back chat starts, “ why do I have to do this”, “ this eyeliner pencil is a drag, how the hell do people do this all the time!” , “ this is so stupid!”
THen I start thinking about the whole modeling scene in New York and all those girls, those children. Then I think of all the middle aged corporate men who drooled around these girls, not caring, not seeing that these girls were children.
So, as I applied this make-up I got angry, and started rushing, getting annoyed at every little thing, Like placing my car keys on the seat next to me, and in the next moment of not being here, forgetting that I had just done this, and becoming anxious that I had somehow misplaced the keys. It all just went on and on, even though I knew this was happening, from walking the process of self forgiveness, I had to keep calming myself down, slowing down and breathing.
Okay, there is nothing necessarily wrong with wanting to add color to my face, I mean why not play with what is here, as life. And I am sure there are ways to create such mediums that are not abusive to animals, or toxic to the environment of earth, including my skin. And the wearing of color on my face does not need to be coupled with theabuse of children within the modeling/fashion industry by the overblown fantasy of the reproductive act of sex, which is really two bodies touching and need not be considered anything more, nor developed into some mental picture addiction leading to obsessive behaviors about body image - not that we should not take care of our bodies, as we should, they are life and therefor to be respected and understood. Any practice that is not what is best for anything on this planet is a crime against life. The disease here on earth is that profit has come before life, and this must stop, there is no excuse for it. Time for a direct vote, and equal life sustaining payment for all, as unequal profit based pay simply leads to the disregard of what is best for all, as survival comes before this gift of life.

Anyway, I am here to forgive my anger based on the memories from my past, where I have associated using make up with the abuse of children in the modeling world, where I made myself superior to make up in creating a relationship with make-up to men in grey suits hovering around prepubescent child girls in New York city.
This week I also came across a magazine with fashion pictures. In one of the pictures there was a child girl that had to be about 12 to 14, all dressed up with make-up. I took the picture and asked a man how old he thought the girl was, he said 20, maybe 18. I told him to look again. She was a child. I should know, my sister was such when she started modeling, she was a child, not a woman; no thighs, no breasts, a child just beginning to turn into a woman. The man looked again and found it hard to believe, he could not see through the image with the short dress and the make-up. Then he looked again and began to notice that yes, she was a child. He was shocked, or at least he “played into” what I was saying. This ignorance really gets me, that someone could be so blind and moved by an image without really looking at it, And yet, I am sure i have done the same. All that can be done is for such to be pointed out until reality is seen for what it is, and the fantastic ideas projected and advertised, that are limited and addicting, that are not real, will never satisfy. These ads are really child pornography, and the selling of a product promising happiness and fulfillment, and this promise can never be reached because it is not real, it is limited, it does not consider life in totality, absolutely. Trying to fulfill self as life, within all capacity of sensing this actual real physical world, cannot be done by themind alone, this takes awareness with self and the physical totally, not with pieces of self and not when directed from without, as only self as life, from self can life be lived, equal and one to and as the actual physical world. Slow down and start hearing what is going on in your mind. It is the voice of your fear, taught for generations, it is the map of your separation from life, and the world of profit and all it promotes as the outward projection of this limited being of each of us as what we have accepted and allowed.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become the behaviors of my past within and as judgement of past events that I was powerless to change, as I was one girl among many, and these girls were trying to make a living, as the desire to survive was the only choice many of these children believed,as all the adults around them were within the same behavior as this is what has been accepted and allowed by humans on this earth for generations, which is what is meant by the term, “ the sins of the fathers.”
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that I became angry with this so many years ago because i believed that I could not competewith these limited values of what a woman should look like, as I did not have these kind of looks, and my sisters who were the models had to have a chaperone because the men were only considering their own desires as what had been taught as how we express ourselves within want need and desire as mind in separation from awareness of ourselves as life, here.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to feel that no matter how much make-up I put on I will not fit the image and likeness of what is considered the face of a model, thus do I allow myself to become inferior to my own judgement that another human being is superior to me within seeing limited values as what i accept and allow, thus do I become the same as the model a separation from life within being a polar opposite.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have back chat in and as voices in my head , that criticize all aspects of the modeling industry, such as wearing make-up and high heel shoes, and tight clothes, and worrying about how I look and the behaviors of the girls and the photographers, and the business men within the industry.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become reactions in and as my mind, where I lose my sense of what is here and become anxious, not remembering from one moment to the next where I placed my keys.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist as the behavior of “rushing about” because I am not comfortable with applying make-up and it ended up taking longer than I thought.
i forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become angry at an eye-liner pencil, where in doing so, I am so busy being angry that i am no longer here, slowing myself down and simply practicing with applying the eye-liner slowly focusing on how this functions, where with practice it will become faster and not seem so overwhelming.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become a behavior of rushing within doing something “new” within my normal ways of doing things.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to allow the behavior of anxiety, not seeing realizing and understanding how this causes my whole body to tense up, to the point where I am not longer able to move within this physical environment at ease, and end up dropping things and forgetting what i need to have with me.
I forgive myself for not seeing realizing and understanding how I move from emotions to feelings, all based on the past, where I at first become angry and negative about the make up and think about the models and then call make-up stupid in and as my mind, which is an act of justification, turning a negative into a positive in self interest to place myself superior to what is negative instead of looking at what is unacceptable as the negative, which in this case is my own sense of inferiority and the abuse to these child/girls as the existent system of abuse of life, through placing life into limited delusional more than and less than expressions.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that wearing make up can be a cool way to express myself and thus, here in this moment -though I would want such products to not be harmful to this earth and its inhabitants- it is to reach into this present system and stand within and as what is best for all, as standing on the edges and pointing fingers of blame and spite will do nothing to change this world, change is walked and practiced, not something that magically appears through complaining and talking about what needs to be done, it is doing that creates.
I commit myself to breathing, to remaining within each breath in each moment, and to focus myself on what is here, without judgement, without becoming the reactions in and as judgements as memories from the past, using these as determinants of the future, as this is a separation from what is actually physically here, where within allowing such behaviors I separate from here, from facing the storm of emotions and feelings and judgmental thoughts in others when I allow myself to become one and the same as mind, as a system of separation into more than and less than beliefs, opinions and ideas, rejecting what is physically here as life, and becoming the self direction in and as what is best for all, to learn to speak a living, directing word within the principle of oneness and equality, in and as how to direct oneself as life absolutely.
I commit myself to realizing that at the moment, just as that man looking at that magazine could not see the child all dressed up to look like a woman/prostitute, the present system is composed of the same movements as mind in separation from what is real, what is under the veil of the dictates of a consumerism promoting a religion of self filled with desires as product to pur-chase what can be bought to maintain and define these developed rely-igions within a profit based system of inequality, where money is used to regulate control by a few “haves’ to maintain that control, creating many have-nots within an illusionary game of fantasy in separation from what is real and right here, life, all that is needed is to stop and breath and bring ourselves out of our minds and to look, to see, realize and understand that what we seek is what we are, which is right here, which is life.
I commit myself to facing the consequences of what has been accepted and allowed on this earth, that is very quickly destroying this earth, and to stand and to walk within what abilities i have to become a directive principle within and as what is best for all, here.
I commit myself to , when and as I apply make-up to slow myself down, focus on here, apply make up without separating into judgement and emotional /feeling polaritymemory based reactions and ensuing behaviors leading to physical constriction ignorant of a common sense of the mind map/physical, to remain here, equal and one in and as breath, equal and one in and as life, here, within the principle of what is best for all is best for self, where as this, there is nothing to lose, as this is being one and equal in and as life.

Day 270 Equal Money Capitalism will end Pet Abandonment

Pets abandoned in the foreclosure crisis.

The Problem
Across America and in England people are no longer able to care for their pets. They do not financially have the means to take care of their pets. In America people who have lost their homes, due to the housing crisis, have left their pets behind.. In England, horses have been sent to the slaughter house because there was no longer enough money to support the purchase of what sustains a horse.
A system that allows money to determine what lives and what dies, a system that creates an inability to care for animals, for pets, is a system that has failed, a system that is not working. Such a system must, in all absolute common sense, stop.
Blaming the individual ONLY, or the politicians only, or the financial market only, without looking at everything that is here, in detail from the stance of each human being to the form of this present system that has placed a belief that life must be bought, is being myopic, as it ignores the fact that all the parts are a product of the whole scenario, the whole system. This also believes that one part changing will have some kind of magical effect on the whole. And it will not.
The animals of this earth, must have care within the form of this system that has been created by men. That we are leaving our pets behind in abandoned homes, and sending horses off to be slaughtered because we can no longer afford to feed them, is unacceptable. This is a huge red flag. This is an indication that we must stop what we are doing - what we have accepted as a system, and realign, reorganize, reform what we have created to ensure that this does not exist.

The Solution

Presently, money determines what lives and what dies. The tool of money serves an idea of profit. This profit idea rules the land. This is not working. This lacks principle. What supports life is known, what allows life to exist in ease is known. Studies of communities given a basic income grant have shown that people will care for their community, for their children and their homes. Thus, as humans, it is the nature of ourselves as life, to care for what is here, to enjoy what is here and to participate in life. If the means to exist are taken away, the behaviors as this life become behaviors of frustration and fear, leading to addiction and dis-ease, abandonment and abuse, greed and hoarding. Even a small amount of investigation will reveal this, as this is what is compounding on this earth. Life existing against the very nature of itself.
The principle of the nature of life, is to give as one would like to receive, which means to care for what is within one’s environment. This earth is our environment.
Thus a system of unequal distribution of the capital of this earth does not work, will not work. What is needed to support life, absolutely, is, in common sense the solution.
Equal Money Capitalism is a system that places this principle in practice. It is a solution based on the common sense that this physical existence has basic needs to exist. If these needs are taken away what is left is the behavior of destruction. Thus all behaviors of abuse, are due to lack. All behaviors of abuse are compounds of systemic failure. This means the present system is not working. And the solution is simple, to take what is here on earth to support what is absolutely needed for all life to exist. That support of life breeds behaviors of life, where life will stand and become autonomous as the life that it is and thus will care for what is here, as this is the nature of life in support. The value is life.

The Rewards
The rewards are that existence will become the nature of life, one and equal. That each individual part will become the nature of itself as life.
Animals will be cared for.
Homes will be cared for.
The environment will be cared for. If homes are cared for, they will last for generations, as we have homes on this earth that have lasted for generations. This leads to less resource use.
Children will attend school, meaning children will have the means to develop into their full potential as life, as what they are, all of them, equal and one, individual yet the same, as what is the value is that they are life. Period.
This means what is sustaining will come to be what is practiced, absolutely.
